I hedged against the pool a lot this season, and it worked: I went against popular picks and took a massive differential points to go from mid table to top, despite having the lowest TC points in the first chips phase.

My team's value is poor for my position, but the good thing is that there are too many cheap assets running the party this season, so I don't have to worry about team finances.

It is too early to judge Eberechi Eze's move to Arsenal. I do not like to judge players based on their first season performance, because there are a lot of players who had a bad first season, but went on to do good things at the club.

As for Semenyo, i think we would just have to wait and see. I think he has more assists and goals in him than Jeremy Doku, so he may be an instant hit at the Etihad.

I decided to save my free transfers in the last round and thankfully I didn't regret doing it. I could have collected more points but still not bad for the general look of the pool.

I'm entering this break in the Premier League as the leader which makes me happy. My closest opponent's collecting much less points than me helped me a lot about it.

I didn't say he was but he was unused sub for 5 consecutive games and when you look someone keeping him on the bench ( Martinelli and Trossard) it doesn't make any sense. There was clearly no plan for him and I'm sure they didn't tell him he was coming to be a squad player.

You always wonder how players will react when they play their first game after the manager has been sacked. Sesko looked eager to attack the Burnley defence from the start and managed to score twice after Amorim was sacked but how will Mbeumo react? I will probably leave him out unless my exisiting team pick up an injury.

What about Chelsea players reacting after Maresca resigned, they played well for the draw against Manchester City therefore should they be considered.

If he plays deeper he has more DEFCON, more baseline BPS and more assist threat, if he is on number 10 he looses DEFCON but gets much bigger goal threat. No matter where he plays should be good pick, but from GW24 onward, next 2 fixtures are though. And that should be enough time for us to see how United plays anyway.

Fletcher is in a tough position because he wants to extend his stay as interim manager until the end of the season and if the team performs well then he will make a case. Having said that, he could start with a 4-4-2 or 4-3-3 formation and alter it during the game depending on the circumstances. It is possible he will manage them for the last time before an announcement is made therefore Fletcher will be desperate to have an emphatic win.

If he is fully fit, the chances of Fernandes being substituted are virtually zero. He will take penalties and most free-kicks on goal too. If Manchester United score he has a good chance of getting an assist but the problem is that he has not been as productive this season.

If he recovers from his hamstring injury and plays the full game, he could make an impact but he might be used sparingly as a substitute for his first game back. They will be cautious, no doubt about that as they do not want him to get injured again.

I planned to sell both my United assets anyway - would have done it even under Amorim so now it's a no-brainer. I don't have any from Chelsea.
With both teams I think that waiting a few GW's is the best call. We dn't know how they will line up - but then again - some players will surely have leading roles.

How did you end up with Cunha, you're always too careful with your picks- this is someone who couldn't do with Mbeumo and Bruno in the team and y'all fell for the hype.

There really is no reason to select players immediately because any of them could return from the AFCON injured, it seems waiting until closer to deadline day (or a day before) is going to ensure players are not injured. Do you see Mbeumo scoring on his return for Manchester United? I am not sure about him.

I forgot he played against Burnley but did not play the full game. There is no guarantee he will be taking part in either the next Premier League game or the FA Cup game today. If he picks up an injury again today he will be out of the next Premier League game. If Manchester United will have tough games then avoiding their players might be prudent.

I will wait until a day before the deadline to start making transfers because there is no rush. It does not mean I will be successful but at least I might stand a better chance of accumulating points.

Not a Chance against Manchester city and Aston Villa in the next 2 GWs - not a buy in the next  two incoming fixtures imo.
