I expected much better from Liverpool and I got fooled by their last match where they scored was it 5 or 6 goals, I was like fuck it, they should runover Wolves as well while thinking there would be no better time to bringing in Szoboszlai and Ekitike for Haaland and Wirtz (-4 points)... This was one landmine I didn’t step on, I was about to but, my fingers kept tingling and I was alert to the danger and took steps away towards Semenyo and it paid off. One decision I didn’t make though was not having to get Pedro in, came quite close but, just didn’t execute and he goes about scoring a hat trick. That could have being some points for me. Did hit the bench boost and it was 16 points for me, not bad and that’s a chip gone. Don’t want to end up with unused chips this season.

I have to disagree with you here, this type of strategy for winning games is unusual. And I don't really like it because it's making the Premier League more and more like the NFL.

Even if they do end up winning the league this season, people will know that they were mid at best, because the entire league in general  was also mid. They weren't  dominating like in the City/Liverpool era or even just 3 seasons ago in 2023 when they almost had the title in their hands.


I think I almost won the gameweek, it's too bad that tiebreakers are decided on league position (and I shuffled Anderson around the bench last minute).

Worked quite well for you in the end  Sarr already with 2 goals and one more ruled out for offside and still whole second half to be played and Spurs with red card. I can only forget about this GW asap and hope for better luck in the future.

I can't say I was able to do better in this round compared to the last one. But at least I managed to increase the gap with my nearest opponent in the standings.

I got tired of talking against their Haram football and just gave them the credit for being consistent and also for PGMOL to keep allowing these kind of football to go on; there was an obvious handball in the buildup goal against Brighton but the ref and VAR didn't do shit about it.

Every team comes with a game plan to counter their corner tactics but those bastards keeps rotating new tactics every game - sometimes you just gonna hands up and applause them for being good at what they do.

I also do have 4 Man City and Arsenal assets, I think the least anyone who have would be around 3, I definitely won’t be using a chip for that round, I’ll just use my next two transfer to ensure I’ll be able to field a full 11 players and I’ll live with whatever comes from it, Wirtz played for around 30 minutes as a sub for Liverpool, but CL coming up I won’t be expecting full 90 minutes appearance in the EPL for the time being.

Wirtz is OK, will probably start and play 60 against Galata and then be fully ready for the weekend.

I'm stuck with 4 players that will blank in GW31, so I guess I'm 1 transfer short from a team that is fieldable.
Can't say I'm happy about it to be honest - people who forced Palmer, Pedro and City assets in this period got handsomely rewarded so even if they take -20 points to fix their teams they will still be net positive against us that didn't go for them.
