this season, I put PSG in the list of the top 3 teams that have the potential to win the UCL. what's interesting about PSG this time is not the trio of neymar, messi and mbappe but the PSG coach (galtier), he really makes PSG look convincing, after officially getting renato sanches, galtier said he still wants to improve the back line to be more ready to face the fight in the UCL.

I'm not still convinced that PSG will win the champions  league this season especially now that Mbape and Neymar are not in good terms.Football and good performance is all about the teamwork  and unity among the players in the team,the moment the team is not United,there is every tendency that they will not do well in the champions league next season.

You shouldn't take every news you see from the media as hundred percent.. As I don't think Kylian Mbappe and Neymar Jr are having issues. This lead to talks about Neymar leaving PSG but since the new Coach arrived he has settled all of those talks saying he likes Neymar and has a role for him to play.
They have a good squad but them winning the Champions League is what I doubt, Manchester City came so close to winning the Champions League last season but they slacked down for Real Madrid, for me they have a better chance also I want Ac Milan to win, that's only if they can.

It will be interesting to see if Sheriff manages to reach another Champions League group stage. Let's not forget they won against Real last season away from home.
I think Rangers are the favorites in the double-header against Royale Union. Royale Union isn't even playing the match at their home turf, so it's like they have two away matches.   
Ludogorets and Dinamo will be interesting. Dinamo is the slight favorite if you ask me.

That is rather more like a one in a million event that Sheriff could beat Real Madrid in an away game. I personally think that this CL season is going to be quite exciting for Manchester City and Haaland (if he stays healthy). PSG is also on the list although I think that they don't quite benefit from playing in Ligue 1. They don't have enough games on the absolute highest level. Same thing last season when they literally gave it away as a present to Real Madrid. That should have never ever happened. Of course Liverpool is also in the position to make it very, very far, but I believe that City is going to be the number one favorite this season.

I don't know whether they are automatically favorites. They have played pretty well the last couple of seasons. But the players also need to work well together. Neymar, Suarez and Messi at Barcelona worked extremely well together. In my opinion even better than now Neymar, Mbappe and Messi although there is no doubt that Mbappe can decide a game anytime. He is a machine but he needs to be able to rely on the defense not making horrific mistakes...

It's caused by so many teams were going all in to the champion league. This tittle can be considered as the best title and that's even better than local competition. That's why so many people were also trying so hard to be the best team that can get the champion league title. The champion will be considered as the best team in the world at that year.

It's true, winning the Champions League is not an easy matter, there are many obstacles to overcome because the teams that join the UCL are the best teams in their respective leagues. PSG have long wanted the Champions League trophy, but until last season they had not been able to make their dream come true. Even though PSG already has the most luxurious squad in the world, it doesn't mean they can easily get the UCL title, because the depth of the team must prove to be able to make a breakthrough when faced with other strong teams. One thing that PSG still doesn't have to succeed in the UCL, namely the Champion Mental. Although there are so many PSG players who have had success with the team they previously played for, but PSG do not have a winning mentality on the European stage.

The last match Manchester city played against Liverpool it seems Haaland didn't give his best which he was struggling, when Haaland was in his former team he was a wonderful player that scores goal all the time,  his last match he played for Manchester City looks as if the premier league is a tough place that might take him sometime for him to get used to. If it is winning the Champions league, no doubt I know it is possible for Manchester City win it.

It was a lack of natural striker that cost them two years ago,a miraculous defeat to Madrid last season but with the addition of haaland,it is safe safe to say city have the instrument to fight for this year's champions league. Guardiola's style of play is based on rotational play but sometimes you need a direct approach to some games, that's why it is the league of champions.

you are the first one I saw favoring Barcelona to win it, and I didn't consider it at first but now I'm thinking they can, but only if they got lucky in the draw, even though they have a quite good team now but I don't think they can beat Man City, Bayern, Liverpool and PSG (Messi playing against Barcelona would be sick) I think this year we're going to see a team that never won it lifting tge trophy, Man City or PSG, and unlike most people I'm favoring PSG over Man City.

I also agree with you. In my opinion, this will be difficult for the coach because PSG are almost all star players.
It is better for an experienced coach to train a club with minimal stars because it is easy to manage than a non-experienced coach to train a club with star players who we see have their own egos.

Barcelona I think it is not the favorite to win this year Champions League despite their buying of good players.Lewandowski being the best player they have transferred while the other players I have to see them how will perform at Barcelona,soon the La Liga starts this weekend and we can have a clear picture where Barcelona is as a team.

However compared to Manchester City,PSG,Liverpool,Real Madrid and Bayern Munchen I think they are far behind these teams in terms of quality.They need to find their perfect balance before fighting for real for the Champions League title.

There's nothing wrong with that because you see their movement in the transfer market and also the significant improvement that Barcelona have shown. But don't be in a hurry, because in the last season there were also many who made Liverpool and Manchester City the favourites. It's very hard to talk about Paris Saint-Germain's title chances right now as we are not even in group stage yet. Everything can be changed but the most important thing is the draw. If they get a lucky draw they can reach finals but if they draw like Real Madrid last season then I don't see much chance for them.
You know Real Madrid passed Paris Saint-Germain, Chelsea, Manchester City and Liverpool and reached the trophy. Paris Saint-Germain couldn't survive in a draw like this. Besides Spanish and English teams dominate the competition, Paris Saint-Germain have light opponents in their local league and they don't get ready for bigger matches. I don't know if it's psychological, motivational problem but if they don't get ready mentally then they have no chance in this tournament.

PSG has a great chance to qualify from the group stage, but there is no guarantee of being able to reach the final round. PSG has just made a transition with their new coach, even though they just got a big win in the first League 1 game, it doesn't mean PSG can spread their wings easily in the UCL. Now that Christophe Galtier has a tough task, he must be able to shape PSG into a team that has a winning mentality in Europe. In terms of player quality, PSG is very ready to compete in the UCL, but from a winning mentality, PSG must learn a lot from Real Madrid.
