Arsenal has performed very well in the Europa League in the past matches. Arsenal won the first 4 matches. And so today's match was not that important for Arsenal. Arteta needed to rest some key players and give other players opportunity to prove themselves, unfortunately those players couldn't live up to expectations, PSV were more determined to win and truly deserve to win the match though Arsenal has more possessions, Arsenal needed to win next week against FC Zurich to consolidate their topping their group to qualify for the knockout stages and avoid defeat because if PSV eventually top that group Arsenal will play extra games as a runner up tight one for the gunners with a game against Chelsea after their match against FC Zurich next week.
