Before the match, many people predicted that Germany is the favorite to proceed to the next stage of the competition and it happened thus finally. The officiating referee had to suspend the match because of the thunderstorm that was striking during the match just for the safety of everyone in the pitch and not because he wanted the Germans to win the game. Also I think the match officials from the technical room were the ones who signalled the referee to put the game to a halt so that the players can have enough time to rest. The result of the game I don't to has anything to do with the suspension of the game during the second half.
The two teams came back into the game more energetic than they left and were going at each other to get a result in that game but unfortunately for Denmark, their goal which was scored after restart eas ruled out for an offside. Well this has been what am saying since about this Italian side  and another team again I won't be surprised to be knocked out would be the england team, they have struggled to score and even put up an actual good football but I guess that doesn't actually matter as getting the results is only thing that's important in the game and it doesn't care which way you used in getting the results.
