Unfortunately, in this type of situation, there is no way to create a live backup. Since for server security, it is blocked from the outside.
But, I'm trying to configure and activate a cloudflare service in order to reactivate the site more quickly, until I find a definitive solution.

Unfortunately it is a sad reality. There is not much way to avoid this situation.

In +10 years of working with websites, it was the first time I had this problem. So it all ended up being a bit new to me. This only helps us learn and grow, to reduce the impact of this situation in the future.

To me, this looks like a DDoS ​​attack caused increased traffic and exceeded the maximum quota it receives from hosting. I am unsure if removing the suspension will be possible if the bandwidth limit is not increased.

joker_josue have you talked to the hosting support, maybe at least this month you should pay for a bigger hosting package, and later go back to a smaller one if it is enough. I assume that btt members can help with a donation to compensate for any extra payment.

the situation sucks, but take it easy man, there is no rush to get the website back up. take your time.

not sure if you are using a cdn for the images or serving them directly from your server, but it's possible someone uploaded images and then used them on a website with big traffic, which could explain why your server is being hammered by all the requests.
if that is the case, you might want to disable hotlinking so that you can get the website back up and check the logs to see what exactly is causing this.

i can't imagine this is a targeted attack?
