Congratulations to those who bet on Barcelona and maybe this time Barcelona was just lucky with this win. For Porto fans, this result must be enough to make them angry and for me, who tried to turn the tide by betting a handicap for Porto's advantage, I felt disadvantaged in this match. The reason is that the referee's decision was felt to be very detrimental to Porto, how could Porto not have received 2 penalties, but the referee did not give a single penalty in this match. Starting from Cancelo's handball, after being checked by VAR, the referee said the ball had hit the Porto player first. Then there was Julius Kounde who pulled a Porto player's shirt in the penalty box until he fell, but the referee didn't consider it a foul.

I think this match is a bit strange and I don't want to give too much opinion about it. Well, however, the match is over and Porto must accept this result sincerely and continue to be confident in the next match.

When I tell people that this Newcastle side I'm seeing is not one that will just faint in the champions league as people thought,they are a very strong side that won't even be stopped at quarter final,they are a side that will get to either semi final or final of the champions league.They play good football,and I always say it,that it is only a premier league side that can deal with the kind of pressure that Newcastle possess while facing an opponent.The kind of result they got today really made me believe in them the more.
As for Arsenal,if they would get to quarter final or semi final,it is Arteta that will determine it because if he should put on the right players,they will certainly do well,but if he sets up a wrong formation and wrong players same way he did during the Lens match,then they might not even cross the group stage.

Hoping they get another win when they face the final fixture in this round and that Borrussia Dortmund who are also excellent attacking side. They sure have picked up from all of the early loses in the Premier League. They attack and defend at the same time gives me lots of joy when watching em shape. That was a good win in the Champions League, that was them first win since 2003 ( in the Champions League ).

There has got to be issues with Paris players, I don't like the mental strength of these players last night, they did same during the league 1 game they played over the weekend ( Clermont )

PSG did dominate the game but were quite unlucky as they couldn’t utilize the opportunities they had to score more goals. Newcastle on the other hand, despite having less of the ball in their possession, utilized their opportunities and scored 4 goals. They had some good attempts and were pretty much composed as they had quite a number of  shots that was goal bound.

I saw a Newcastle team with so much vigor and strength. Newcastle coach Edward Howe perfectly analyzed the PSG team and came up with a good plan. The Magpies didn't give PSG players space, they were always marking the ball. And it proved effective because two goals came from wrong passes due to the pressure Newcastle players were mounting in the PSG half.

Newcastle came to the champions league and surprised everybody especially in tonight's game against the French champions, I never expected this game to be so easy for Newcastle with the way they ran through the PSG defense was just too easy, and they had to silence Mbappe all through the game.

Newcastle have been surprising everyone this season. I wasn't expecting Newcastle to win the match, but they won the match comfortably. Newcastle won PSG 4-1. The goal difference is just too much. PSG conceded 4 goals, which was just a surprise to me. The PSG defense was just too easy for Newcastle to penetrate, and they utilized the opportunities that they had. Every club will now be scared of Newcastle because they are a dangerous and unpredictable club currently.

I can't place it at the moment, PSG should have given Newcastle a run for their money but to me it seems the French side underrated the English Premier League team which was too bad, because at some point PSG wasn't adding much power in the game but when they saw it has gotten out of hand that's when they started striking and making dangerous crosses and trying to get in the game but it was too late. Imagine at 20+ mins no shot on target for the visitors, how unusual. And I don't think other clubs would be scared of them but they have to be careful and take business serious whenever they want to play against Newcastle. I really give every credit to the Newcastle team

Most people had similar thoughts, but as we can see, everything is just different. Newcastle comfortably won the match, and Newcastle is now topping the table with 4 points, which is really a nice one for them. Newcastle made most people proud of them today, they showed a brilliant performance.

What's the point in having more than 70% ball possession while the club was only making even less than 4 goal attempts? The different result showed by newcastle. This club was only playing defensive conter attack strategy but it was able making whole of PSG players are feeling panicked once newcastle was doing counter attack. 4 goals was a very bad result for PSG.
I see no chance for PSG to win UCL with the current performance. It's too good to be true to see PSG gets UCL this season. It's may not also able to pass the group stage. PSG is far from another team like real madrid or even city.

Even this season PSG's performance is also very bad in its domestic league, indeed this season PSG is very bad and in my opinion Luis Enrique is the person most responsible for all of this, he seems to have failed to continue his previous coaching to handle PSG.

It was too bad for Milan that there was no win yet. They drew with Dortmund, they drew with Newcastle. These draws are bad because PSG have 3 points, Newcastle have 4 points and Milan only have 2 points. Their next match is against PSG. The two decisive matches for PSG will be against Milan. In an unexpected massacre of Newcastle United, they embarrassed the rich French club with a score that is sure to be unforgettable. Instead of being favored, PSG couldn't prove anything. Dembele had many chances but he failed many times, while Mbappe found it difficult to get a single chance because his movements were closed. I was actually amazed by Newcastle today because their performance throughout the first half alone was 2 goals ahead. From any angle, Newcastle United players are very solid in maximizing quick counterattacks by pressing which is difficult for the opponent to overcome. Congratulations because with this win I'm sure Newcastle will be motivated in the next match.

The game between Newcastle and PSG was the one I wanted to see the most as it was really unclear to me who would take control of the game. PSG has overwhelmingly more ball possession and Newcastle has all the chances. This is odd because PSG has one of the strongest offensive trio out there and despite almost 70% ball possession they are not able to create chances? I wonder how that is possible and that not even Mbappe was able to have a shot on target. It can only mean that Newcastle is defending extremely well here and that is usually a difficult job against so many high level offenders. But this is also a bummer for PSG I am sure. This was the game that they should have won and they would have earned some respect back.

PSG is not believing what they are seeing the this match, I don't know if they underestimated Newcastle or PSG is not fit to play Newcastle. Longstaf has scored an early goal in the first half with a wonderful strike which went straight inside the post.

There are still more goals in this second half, the only person that I feel for is Mbappe because PSG does not worth his quality because they are bringing down his potentials.

Hernandez has broken the deadlock lock for PSG with a header 5 minutes after Newcastle scored their third goal, which is on the 60th minutes. It is like PSG have woken up from their slumber after the goal because I see that they want to start pressuring Newcastle to score a second goal. Its 3-1 against the visitors

There is a mix of several things going on at once here. PSG's attackers are much less dangerous than I thought and than they themselves certainly were hoping for. Kolo Muani is nonexistent on the pitch, which came without warning as he is usually a player who is highly present. If not in a game in the Champions League against Newcastle, when else?

Mbappe was also lost and couldn't enfold any danger in the box of Newcastle or let alone go for a high pace dribbling.

PSG do not lack good players, rather they most likely lack good tactics enough to have won that game,the problem with PSG is never good players as last summer window they did signed good players and it was more like every of they positions were in check, from the defence up to the forward/attacking line. It's most likely they needed a good tactics that will position the players rightly.

Nevertheless Newcastle isn't a small or weak team either, they have been really good and started the season on a very brilliant not in the EPL so they wouldn't be considered an easy one for PSG, Newcastle aswell had the home advantage over the visiting french side, most English teams except for Manchester united, have been performing really well in the UCL this week.

Definitely mbappe is not staying in PSG any season longer as they are no longer fit for his career, I think PSG is gradually becoming a mediocre team and it's no longer healthy for his talent, most likely by the end of this season he should be leaving although there are speculations his contract is till 2025 but I doubt how authentic that information is because there is yet an official Statement to confirm it.
