And one more newbie with AI posts, OceanBit. Some of his recent posts are detected not by each AI detector; for some detectors give just 50-70+ per cents. Here are several of the recent with over 95% by each detector.

I had similar experience. Sometimes, when I'm not fully invested in the games or just placing bets casually, I end up winning but small and not satisfied. Other times, when I put a lot of effort into analyzing and selecting games, hoping for a big win, but in the end, outcomes don't go as expected. It's frustrating when the outcome doesn't match the level of investment I've put into it. Well, it's the reality that outcomes are unpredictable, regardless of how much or how little we invest in it.

I agree. Chasing losses is a dangerous trap that many gamblers fall into. It's more like an impulsive and irrational decision, which leads to losses and risking more than you can afford to lose. It's important to accept losses - win and lose is always part of the game. What you can do is, take a break, assess yourself, set limits, have a clear and rational mindset, and always gamble responsibly and make informed decisions.

New technologies and innovations are constantly evolving which offers exciting opportunities, but can also present new risks and challenges. Virtual reality could revolutionize how we gamble, like the VR from companies like Meta or Apple's vision pro, making casinos more immersive and interactive anywhere at any time. All in all, it depends from person on which do they prefer the most, some may enjoy traditional and some prefer online platforms for convenience. Regardless on the medium, enjoy and gamble responsibly. Can't wait to where the future of gambling will go!

Placing multibet with a lot of matches can have a high payout, but it's also risky and hard to win. Like as what you have mentioned, there is no solid strategy for actually winning these bets, especially including the maximum number of matches. The odds of winning the bet decreases as the number of matches increases, which can lead to substantial loss if even a few of the matches do not go as predicted. Well, it depends on personal preferences, some might find it thrilling and worth a shot, while others may prefer different strategies. All in all, always be mindful of potential risks, set limits, stick to budget, and avoid impulsive decisions.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

How about BitcoinTransactionBoost?
He's posting BS on the tech board to promote his (equally BS) website, and gives me a chatbot spammer vibe:
It's important to consider different perspectives on the effectiveness of rebroadcasting transactions. While it's true that some nodes may keep unconfirmed transactions in their mempool for longer periods and that increasing the fee or respending the transaction can be options for some users, not all users may be aware of or have access to these options.

Offering a rebroadcasting service can provide a valuable alternative for users who may not want to or cannot increase the fee or respend the transaction. It can also serve as a temporary measure to keep the transaction in the mempool and prevent it from being dropped by nodes, giving users more time to explore other options or wait for network conditions to improve. while rebroadcasting transactions may not be the ideal solution for all cases, it can still be a helpful service for certain users in specific situations.

I detected some AI content in this user's posts someone703
Here are the AI detector links with which I used in identifying the AI contents:

https://quillbot.com/ai-content-detector

https://app.copyleaks.com/dashboard/v1/account/scans/xuc8xpqqu33advof/report?viewMode=one-to-many&contentMode=html&sourcePage=1&suspectPage=1

https://www.scribbr.com/ai-detector/

I would also love if some users here check the posts thoroughly as there are many more AI generated contents.

Below are the two Posts I discovered the AI CONTENTS:

Online casinos exist in a curious state of efficiency. They're global amusement parks, accessible from any corner of the world with an internet connection. This global reach, however, comes at the cost of a scaled-down workforce. Unlike their brick-and-mortar counterparts, online casinos don't require an army of dealers, security guards, and waitstaff. Automation reigns supreme, with algorithms dealing the cards and resolving bets. It's a world of virtual croupiers and self-service entertainment.

This automation creates a fascinating paradox. While the online realm offers a wider audience, it fosters a sense of isolation. The camaraderie of a crowded casino floor, the clinking of chips, and the shared gasps of anticipation – these are all sacrificed for the convenience of the digital experience. The human touch is replaced by the sterile efficiency of code.

There's a trade-off at play.

Social media paints a distorted portrait of reality, especially when it comes to gambling. We see carefully curated feeds showcasing wins and triumphs, fostering the illusion that riches are just a lucky bet away. This facade fuels a dangerous misconception: that gambling is a viable path to financial security. The truth, however, lies in the unseen. The countless losses, the emotional toll, and the financial strain – these rarely find their way onto social media. They are the shadows lurking behind the glittering highlights. Even for those who appear wealthy, a single loss can be a drop in the bucket. Their financial security isn't solely dependent on the whims of chance. They have a safety net woven from investments, savings, and diversified income streams. For them, gambling is a sprinkle of excitement, not a lifeline.

The allure of the 50/50 bet lies in its deceptive simplicity. It feels like a calculated risk, a coin toss with potentially life-changing rewards.  However, the true risk lies in the gambler's mindset. The thrill of the potential win can easily cloud judgment, leading to reckless behavior and a disregard for responsible bankroll management. The danger isn't the inherent risk of the bet itself, but the gambler's emotional attachment to the outcome. Gambling should be approached with a clear head and a predetermined budget, a set amount one can afford to lose without jeopardizing their financial well-being.

How about Newbie benbrian42 Banned!?
I recently encountered an issue with my Bitcoin wallet and I'm having difficulty understanding the recovery process. Here's what happened:

I was using a popular Bitcoin wallet software on my computer to store my Bitcoin.
Unfortunately, my computer crashed unexpectedly and I lost access to the wallet software.
I do have the recovery phrase (mnemonic seed) that was provided when I initially set up the wallet.
However, when I try to recover my wallet using the recovery phrase on another device or a different wallet software, I'm encountering some errors or inconsistencies.
I've researched online and found various methods for wallet recovery, but I'm still confused about the correct procedure and worried about the security of my funds.
I've also tried reaching out to the support team of the wallet software, but haven't received a satisfactory response yet.

Questions:

What is the standard procedure for recovering a Bitcoin wallet using a mnemonic seed? Are there any specific steps I should follow?
Are there any recommended wallet software or tools for recovering wallets from mnemonic seeds that are known to be reliable and secure?
How can I ensure the safety of my funds during the recovery process? Are there any security precautions I should take?
Has anyone else experienced a similar issue with wallet recovery? If so, how did you resolve it?
Are there any alternative methods for recovering a Bitcoin wallet if the standard recovery process fails?
Any assistance or guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Undetectable AI and Scribbr is both screaming red with the warning that the text is AI generated, we can probably even confirm what AI it came from if we do a prompt where we ask an AIs like ChatGPT or Bard if they've written this text, if there's close to zero changes or iterations, they'd definitely say that they did it but it's a different story when they did some changes. Regards to this possible trend of new accounts that would be abandoned once there's no merit coming in, wouldn't this be too much of work just to cheat on this forum? It's not like there's anything worth cheating for in this forum anyway? The signature campaign payments are pretty much peanuts in many of us so I'm really curious how the brain of the people that do this kind of boring and soul rending activity works, I don't know who they're but they probably need to find a job.

Yes, i believe it's an attempt to earn merit. Thread about detailed, specific or constructive question usually earn some merit. Fortunately, AI-generated text usually doesn't meet any of those criteria.

Instead of Merit, they could add spamlinks to their post later. Many spambots have been doing that, usually with worthless posts. A few days later, they edit it and in many cases the backlink stays undetected for years.
I just hate seeing this crap on the tech boards. It's becoming more and more difficult to differentiate between a real Newbie who needs help, and useless spam.

Fortunately, AI-generated text usually doesn't meet any of those criteria.

Wow, really shady and polluting way of using the forums, I guess you're right, with bots getting more good with their way of doing things, it gets harder do see who's the real newbie, maybe the best thing that we can do right now is to find a way to tell quickly that someone is a newbie that asks for the genuine questions but sometimes there are some newbies that totally don't know if not ignorant that they're doing a spam posts so the way to distinguish them is probably a difficult thing unless of course we do some talking to them either via PM or through the spam, they'd respond to them if they're newbies for real and would immediately change their ways. What worries me are those that spamlinks because as you've said the backlinks are undetected for a really long time.

How about Newbie benbrian42?
His post was deleted, but he's not banned. So he keeps pretending to have a tech problem:
I'm also encountering a similar issue with my Bitcoin Core node. I'm running version v26.0.0, and like you, I've been using bitnodes.io to monitor its status. However, I'm consistently getting the "Your IP network is currently pending review" message for several days now.

Interestingly, when I switch to internet provider A, bitnodes.io verifies my node without any problems. But when I switch to internet provider B, I encounter the same issue you're facing, with bitnodes.io stating that "Your IP network is currently pending review."

I've run a traceroute as well, and it seems that the second hop, which shows a private address router (10.2.0.1), might be causing the problem. This differs from the path taken when connected through internet provider A, where the route doesn't pass through a private address router.

It's quite puzzling, and I'm not sure what might be causing this discrepancy. Have you had any luck resolving the issue on your end?
He's now rewritten the OP and other posts in this topic. Why doesn't the forum ban users who post plagiarism from chatbots?

By that time it happens, i expect this forum either already overrun with AI or ban AI even at risk of false positive.

Even i wasn't sure that thread written by AI. Maybe it's because me and other people frequently see AI generate answer/statement rather than generate question.

What worries me are those that spamlinks because as you've said the backlinks are undetected for a really long time.

I recall that if someone edit a post, the thread will be bolded which indicate there's new/edited post. If spammer do that on board with relative low activity, it's somewhat easier to detect.

Cryptocurrency could potentially help in times of an epidemic in several ways:

1. Contactless Payments: Cryptocurrency transactions can be made entirely online without the need for physical cash or cards, reducing the risk of transmission of the virus through touch.

2. Borderless Transactions: Cryptocurrency can be used for cross-border transactions without the need for currency exchange or physical contact, enabling essential supplies and funds to reach affected areas more quickly.

3. Decentralized Funding: Cryptocurrency donations can be made directly to individuals or organizations in need without the involvement of banks or traditional financial institutions, ensuring that funds are delivered quickly and securely.

4. Transparency and Accountability: Blockchain technology, which underpins most cryptocurrencies, provides a transparent and immutable record of transactions, ensuring that donations and funds are used for their intended purpose and reducing the risk of fraud or mismanagement.

Overall, cryptocurrency could help streamline and secure financial transactions during an epidemic, ensuring that resources reach those in need quickly and efficiently.

It's understandable for your family member to be concerned about her son's gambling, especially if he's financially dependent on her. Even if he is using his own savings rather than stealing, gambling can still be a problem. He should think or consider the consequences of his actions not just on himself, but also on his family. Encourage him to find different hobbies or ways to manage his finances. He should also prioritize his studies and future goals. He can also seek help and support by professional or even joining groups and communities. And lastly, it's important for him to respect his mother's concerns and have an open and honest conversation.

"Your wins in gambling are just your money returning to you." While there's some truth to it, I believe it's an oversimplification. Yes, casinos have the edge, and over time, most players will lose more than they win. However, that doesn't mean every win is just a return of previous losses.
I have seen new players win big, and I myself experienced unexpected wins myself. Sure, there are countless losses, but not all the time. We should understand and not forget that gambling is about risk and sometimes luck will be on our side. House may usually win at the end, but it doesn't mean that we cannot enjoy the occasional big wins in the game.

Gambling and luck is very unpredictable, so it's important to always be prepared for both wins and losses. It's also good to see how you know or recognize when to walk away or take breaks, although sometimes, or many players always tends to chase losses or more winnings. So, it's very important to set limits and most importantly, enjoy the experience, regardless of the outcome.

Reporting member Briggsmarineconsult for using AI to generate his posts.
I checked with five different AI detection tools and they all confirmed content of his post in not made by human.
Please check with post below and correct me if I am wrong:

state the 5 best ways to protect cryptocurrency wallets

1. Use a hardware wallet: Hardware wallets are devices specifically designed to securely store cryptocurrency offline, making them much less vulnerable to hacking or unauthorized access. Examples include the Ledger Nano S and Trezor.

2. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA): Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security by requiring not only a password, but also a secondary form of verification, such as a code sent to your mobile device.

3. Keep your private keys secure: Your private key is essentially the password to access your cryptocurrency wallet. Never share your private key with anyone, and consider storing it in a secure location, such as a safe or encrypted file.

4. Regularly update your wallet software: Developers often release updates to address security vulnerabilities or bugs in cryptocurrency wallets. Make sure to regularly update your wallet software to ensure you have the latest security measures in place.

5. Be cautious of phishing attacks: Phishing attacks are a common tactic used by hackers to trick individuals into revealing their login credentials or details.

I don't know the exact prompt used, but I asked Google Gemini to respond to this: "Topic: Austrian Economics + Bitcoin", and this is the content it produced:

It is quite similar to Rayser's post, with many identical points. Judging by Rayser's previous posts (just a few words each), I'd say it's almost certainly copy-pasted AI-generated content.

For everyone's education, so we can see what an AI generated post looks like (and this is clearly one), here is the post in its entirety:

The Austrian School of Economics and Bitcoin share a fascinating connection rooted in their philosophical and economic principles. The Austrian School, known for its emphasis on individualism, free markets, and sound money, has had a significant influence on the development and understanding of Bitcoin.

Sound Money Principles: The Austrian School advocates for sound money, which refers to a stable and reliable medium of exchange. Bitcoin aligns with this principle as it operates on a decentralized network with a fixed supply of 21 million coins, making it resistant to inflationary pressures that fiat currencies often face due to central bank policies created by politicians.

Decentralization: Both the Austrian School and Bitcoin emphasize decentralization. The Austrian economists argue against central planning in economics, favoring market-driven processes. Similarly, Bitcoin operates on a decentralized blockchain technology, allowing transactions to occur without intermediaries like banks, exchanges, or governments.

Individual Liberty: Austrian economics emphasizes individual liberty and property rights. Bitcoin, as a digital currency, provides individuals with greater financial sovereignty by allowing them to have full control over their funds without relying on third parties (not your keys, not your bitcoins).

Spontaneous Order: The concept of spontaneous order, central to Austrian economics, suggests that complex systems can emerge from simple rules without central coordination. Bitcoin's blockchain operates based on predefined rules (such as the consensus algorithm), leading to a decentralized system where transactions are validated and recorded without a central authority. It is recommended to run your own full node 24/7.

Critiques of Central Banking: Austrian economists often criticize central banking policies, such as quantitative easing and low interest rates, which can lead to distortions in the economy. Bitcoin, with its fixed supply and decentralized nature, presents an alternative to traditional fiat currencies controlled by central banks. Bitcoins are controlled by the people, the full node operators.

Market Competition: Both the Austrian School and Bitcoin advocate for free-market competition. In the realm of currencies, Bitcoin's existence alongside traditional fiat currencies promotes competition and innovation in the monetary system.

In conclusion, the Austrian School of Economics and Bitcoin share common principles related to sound money, decentralization, individual liberty, spontaneous order, critiques of central banking, and market competition. The emergence and adoption of Bitcoin have sparked discussions within the Austrian economic community, with some seeing it as a potential solution to monetary issues consistent with their principles.

I just noticed this shitposer on our local board, sharing some news (probably merit fishing via Google/AI translation). Since I never saw him before, I checked him out a bit and it turns out this guy has been busy today, posting bunch of posts that look like they were made with the help of AI and below is just one example.

Creating a vault using the existing Bitcoin protocol without relying on covenants is indeed a challenging task, but it's possible to implement some protective measures using multisignature (multisig) wallets and time-locked transactions. Below is simplified approach for additional security!

Multisignature Wallet: Set up a multisig wallet that requires multiple signatures (e.g., two out of three) to authorize transactions. This means that even if one set of keys is compromised, the attacker would still need access to the other set of keys to spend funds from the wallet.

Time-Locked Transactions: Implement time-locked transactions to add an extra layer of security. Time-locked transactions can only be spent after a certain period has elapsed. By setting a delay on outgoing transactions, you give yourself time to react in case of a security breach.

Emergency Recovery Transactions: Prepare emergency recovery transactions as your "countermeasures." These are additional signed transactions that you keep securely stored in a separate location, such as a safety deposit box or with a trusted friend or family member. These emergency recovery transactions can be used to reclaim your funds in case of a compromise or loss of access to your primary keys.

Regular Monitoring: Regularly monitor the activity in your wallet for any unauthorized transactions or suspicious activity. Set up alerts or notifications to notify you of any unusual behavior.

Education and Awareness: Educate yourself and others about best practices for securing Bitcoin wallets, including the importance of storing private keys securely and being vigilant against phishing attacks and malware.

It's important to note that while these measures can enhance the security of your Bitcoin holdings, they are not foolproof, and there is always some level of risk involved. Additionally, implementing these measures may require a certain level of technical expertise, so it's essential to thoroughly understand the process and seek assistance if needed. Overall, by combining multisig wallets, time-locked transactions, emergency recovery transactions, regular monitoring, and education, you can create a more resilient and secure Bitcoin storage solution without relying on covenants.

Ah, so in the end he might actually speak our language, but that news he shared today really looked like its been translated by some tool. Either way, hope that he gets some sort of punishment for his  incessant use of chatbots.
