So if someone wants to show deliberately that he can speak and write good English (or any other language) with the help of third-party tools it is a case of misrepresenting your abilities. Clearly English is not your native language but you have spent enough time on this forum to have a decent command of the language. If you were posting only one or two posts in English a week that might be OK but you are deliberately posting in English sections and it is evident from your post history that you are struggling to maintain conversations in English.
You must be translating the entire post from your native language or using AI humanizers (or both) which is leading to the high detection rate by some detectors like Sapling AI and Stealthwriter AI.

I disagree with your reasoning. A post that has been refined using a tool that corrects grammatical or punctuation errors isn't detected as AI-written by the tools, and I say this because I use Grammarly myself for the same purpose, it helps me detect and correct the mistakes that I make in my writing, and you can go ahead and check some of my posts using the tools and you will see that they won't be detected as AI-written texts.

The problem doesn't only lie in punctuation but also in the writing style and formatting, etc. If you write a text yourself, but then use a tool to correct punctuations or other small mistakes, it doesn't change the writing format or style unless you make it do so, and that's why, you can't say that using tools or even Google to have correct punctuation and grammar makes your texts detected as AI-written.

That being said, it's really unnecessary to try to write in perfect English because no one is going to judge you based on the small mistakes you make when you write in English. I never said it is worse, I said it is giving me false positives here and there (in much greater quantity than others). That does not mean the tool is useless, apart from that I also give another reference to stealth writer AI. You can check his post history and judge for yourself.
And I never said non-native speakers can not post in English sections. How often do you post in the Arabic section? You can do that with AI and third-party tools, but really? English section is open for all (as well as the other sections) but it is our duty to maintain some level of command in the language before deliberately posting translated or humanized stuff. There is a fine line between learning and forcefully posting just for the sake of posting and here IMO this line is crossed clearly.

I think some detectors are just using perplexity in order to detect AI but the right method is to compare it with previous human written texts + perplexity, which is exactly what Copyleaks and GPTzero are doing.
