When starting a business, two important factors can make or break your venture. These are understanding your target market and effective financial plan.

1.Understanding your target market: Conducting thorough market research helps you identify opportunities, challenges and potential customers. By knowing your target audience's needs, preferences and pain points, you can easily tailor your products and services to meet their demands. This understanding enables you to develop effective marketing strategies, build strong customers relationships and drive business with.

2. Effective financial plan: Financial planing is critical to the success of any business. It involves creating a comprehensive plan, securing funding, managing cash flow and making smart financial decisions. By having a solid financial foundation, you can handle the challenges of entrepreneurship, invest in growth opportunities, and ensure the long term sustainnablity of your business.

By focusing on these two foundations, you can set up your business up for success and build a strong foundation for growth and profitability.

Over the past few years, Bitcoin has made impressive strides in our country, offering numerous opportunities for individuals to generate income and elevate the standard of living. From facilitating online businesses to providing an alternative investment avenue such as; Binance, Bitmama, Peer to Peer (P2P) marketplaces, Bitcoin Funds etc...

Nevertheless, this journey has not been without any challenges.
In your opinion, what do you think is the biggest challenges Bitcoin has faced in Naija so far? Could it be the intricate regulatory landscape that often leaves users uncertain about the legality of transactions or the widespread lack of awareness and education about how Bitcoin works, which limits it's adoption among the general population?

I'm very much eager to hear your insights you think could be the major challenges that continue to impact the growth and acceptance of Bitcoin in Naija.

It's very important to prioritize sufficient sleep as humans humans because, it greatly enhances our overall well being and performance. Quality sleep is not just a a remedy for fatigue, it is an essential restorative process that supports recovery and improves physical strength.

Furthermore, it is beneficial to differentiate between laziness and sleep, as those concepts serve different purposes. Laziness can be seen as a reluctance to engage in necessary tasks or  responsibility. This behavior often arises from various factors, such a as lack of motivation, fears of failure etc...

I think procrastination is a major significant contributor for feelings of laziness as it involves delaying of tasks despite understanding the potential consequences.

To me, religious leaders can venture in to politics because they have a deep understanding of needs and concern of their community. By engaging in politics, they can represent the interest of their community and advocate for policies that benefits their congregation and the wider community.

Also, many religions emphasize the importance of social justice and caring for the vulnerable. So therefore, religious leaders can use their platform to advocate for policies that promotes justice, equality and compassion.

I agree that people react differently when they win. For some, a big win makes them want to try again, hoping for more.
BUt for others, liek you, it might just feel like luck that doesn't need repating. I think it really depends on someone's mindset and how much control they have over their actions.

For me, gold would likely lose some financial demand but still remain valuable due to its long history of trust.
Unlike Bitcoin, gold is physical and doesn't rely on technology, so it would still be used as a backup store of value. Central banks and individuals might continue holding gold as a hedge or safety asset.
While Bitocin could dominate digital finance, gold would likely remain important in a smaller, more specialized role. It's still very early to say such things.

For me, it's more beneficial for rockets. Durant is older but still a strong player who can help them compete. Losing Jalen Green hurts, but getting rid of Brook isn't a big deal.
For the Suns, this is a smart  trade if they want to start fresh. They get a young scorer in Green and a top draft pick. It's a step toward building for the future instead of chasing a title now.

In my opinion, fundamental analysis is more important in trading forex or crypto, just in different ways.

Forex traders rely on it to understand economic trends and central bank decisions.
In crypto, traders needs to asses things like project development, regulations, and market sentiment. Price action and indicators can still work, but fundamentals give context behind the moves.
So both should take it seriously if they want a deeper edge.

Even gptzero did not write human generated but edited by AI, but it wrote it is generated by AI. Other AI detector tools also said GreatArkansas is using AI.

It is kind of noticable if you read what he is posting. I am not happy to see something like this. Why would a reputed person in DT1 do something like this.

I will give him a neutral feedback until he said something good as an excuse before I will remove it, but if he has nothing to say, this is highly disappointing.

I'm going to wait to see what he has to say. Are we going to have another Legendary claiming that he is doing an experiment?

In this case it will be difficult to defend because he has changed some letters on purpose, probably to see if they escape the detectors, but if he wanted to cheat the system he could have passed the text through the detectors himself to see that it was useless.

They probably use AI for that so I am not surprised. Surely the model just learns from what people use to try to deceive the system.

I'm not sure how true this is, I haven't been able to verify it, but it wouldn't surprise me at all..

I'm pretty sure that is a lie. Let me give you an example to prove why I think so.

So, I generated this sentence using ChatGPT:

Quote
Bitcoin is a decentralized digital currency that enables peer-to-peer transactions without the need for a central authority.

I pasted it first in GPTZero, the detector we commonly use along with other detectors to check if a text is AI-generated or not, to see how many characters it says the sentence contains, and here is the result:

So, it says that the sentence has 124 characters in total, with spaces in between and no spaces at the beginning or the end of the sentence. And, just to clarify, I copied the whole generated response from ChatGPT so that if there are any extra characters, they should be copied too.

Now, we will do the same copy-pasting thing with the generation, but we will now paste it in Microsoft Word, or any normal text editor, such as Notepad. I'll be using MS Word for it, though. Anyway, here's the result:

It also says that the sentence contains 124 characters with spaces.

I used this example to prove that if we think that the AI text generators are adding hidden characters in the texts and then the AI text detectors might be hiding those characters from us, a normal text editor wouldn't do that, and it would either show the characters as boxes or something, or at least tell us the correct character count.

Hence, it's proven that AI models, especially ChatGPT, since we used that for this example, don't add hidden characters to the generations unless specifically asked to do so in the prompt; in that case, it might do it.

We are humans, we have human errors while writing, unlike AI that are programmed to do it. Humans linguistic pattern and the way our sentences are structured or constructed are very different from how AI is constructing it. Also the way we use punctuation marks will also be kind of different and less perfect than that of AI.

So, an easy to spot AI spammer has come to the local board.

MaksymMur

@dderekwalcott, since you have PMed me before making 100 posts from the time of the tag. Your 100 200 quality posts will be counted from now on. I know this might sound rude and somehow unpleasant to you, but believe me, this is in your favour (maybe sometime down the line you will thank me for this).
This is to set an example so that I don't have to deal with unnecessary PMs.

memehunter    2025-07-10    Reference    Now he has to make 200 quality posts from now on because he PMed for special exemption. I am keeping my previous feedback as well. Both will be removed after 200 quality posts from NOW ON. He can remind me AFTER 200 QUALITY POSTS. (Delete)

So, an easy to spot AI spammer has come to the local board.

MaksymMur

So, this guy has had all the post he had generated in Spanish deleted so far. The remaining three posts are in Russian and one of them appears to be AI generated as well (the other two are too short, so I can't check). Can a Russian speaking colleague check and if so report his Russian written posts? I think it would be much better than me using translators.

I see just two posts at the moment. One looks like an answer from AI bot, but it is too short to make final conclusions. Another one is also very short and it can in equal probability be human written or based on an AI result. If he will leave more posts with more text in Russian I can look through them and make further conclusions.

That's because the post I was talking about before, the longest one, has been deleted. Someone must have reported it. For me it would be worth a nuke but I hope with this he has learned his lesson and will not spam the forum again with IA posts.

Yes, I reported a post written by an AI in Russian. I think that this user, having visited Spain, decided to consider himself an expert in Spanish, since in his first post he said something about his trip to your country. Grin

Hi

Another Legendary User = SUPERSAIAN

1.

PSG's victory demonstrated that teamwork and tactical discipline are more effective than individual star power. Real Madrid stars like Mbappé, Vini Jr., and Bellingham failed to make the expected impact; they were particularly ineffective against Mbappé's former team. Mbappé's ineffectiveness stemmed from the players struggling to establish play in midfield and further back, and they simply couldn't get along.

Real Madrid's defenders were desperate for the ball to flow, and even when they did, their feet would tangle with each other. I'd now call PSG the best team in the world. Last season, I was just saying, "Yeah, okay," but with the way they're playing, it seems there's no team they can't beat.

Victor Osimhen’s contract with Napoli will expire on June 27, 2026, with an extension signed in December 2023. This means he has around 1.5 years left on his contract, starting in 2025. Osimhen played a key role in the Serie A title and won the African Player of the Year award in 2023. He is still considered an elite striker, so he has a strong position to negotiate his salary.

Even if he becomes a free agent in 2026, he will still be in demand on the market at the age of 28. He will be in a comfortable position when he becomes a free agent, as he will be an elite player.

I believe that Bitcoin's independence from central governments makes it less sensitive to geopolitical events than traditional financial assets. That's why I prefer Bitcoin as a reliable currency., Despite the Iran-Israel conflict and possible US intervention, I attribute Bitcoin's strong position to its decentralized structure and increasing institutional interest, so it's not a problem.

Bitcoin's decentralized structure makes it a digital asset that you can physically carry, which can be advantageous, especially in chaotic situations.

The match was of critical importance for the group leadership as both teams had secured their place in the last 16 round. While Manchester City opened the gap with their effective attacking play, Juventus, despite showing resistance especially in the first half, could not turn the match around due to the problems they had in defense.

So, Juventus defense could not find a solution to Manchester City's attacks, even though they showed some resistance. Manchester City's effectiveness on the wings, especially Doku and Foden, combined with Haaland's finishing ability, made the difference. Kenan Yıldız's late entry and great play against City was very impressive.

I have confirmed this, what I see about this is that he used AI to make some corrections, but later he may think of using AI to construct some posts also. He truly use AI to write some posts is what that I see and he is worth to be given a neutral tag. Let me wait and see what Nutildah will post or mean about this first before making my conclusion. It is so disappointing that legendary members are now making the work easy for themselves to make some posts with the help of AI. It is actually very bad.

Hey guys,

Figured I’d share something I messed up on, in case it helps someone else avoid doing the same.

When I first joined Bitcointalk, I wasn’t too sure what kind of posts were expected, so I thought using an AI tool to help me word things better would be a smart move. It wasn’t like I was copying stuff I was just using it to make my posts sound cleaner.

Turns out, that wasn’t a good idea. A couple of my posts got flagged for being AI-generated, and honestly, I get it now. They didn’t sound like me at all just too polished and robotic. Looking back, they probably came off as fake or soulless, even though that wasn’t my intention.

I’ve realized that people here value real, honest opinions not perfect sentences. So yeah, lesson learned the hard way.

From now on, I’m just going to write the way I actually talk and think, even if it’s a bit rough around the edges. At least it’ll be me and that’s way more important.

If you’re new here like I am: don’t overthink it or try to sound too “professional.” Just be real, share your thoughts, and you’ll get better with time. The forum is full of smart people who appreciate honesty more than anything else.

Appreciate the folks who called me out and seriously It helped more than you probably realize.

Salaam everyone,

‎I’ve been watching some popular AI-based crypto projects like $FET (Fetch.ai), $AGIX (SingularityNET), and $OCEAN (Ocean Protocol). These have been gaining a lot of attention, especially after AI went mainstream globally in 2024.

‎The idea of combining blockchain with AI sounds promising with things like:

‎• Decentralized machine learning
‎• AI marketplaces (for models, data, or services)
‎• Permissionless access to AI APIs
‎• Autonomous agents operating on-chain

‎But I still have a few open questions in my mind:

‎1. Are these projects truly using advanced AI, or just riding the hype with vague technical terms?

‎2. How can we, as regular investors or users, verify if there’s real development or utility behind the token?

‎3. Are there any working products solving real-world problems — not just whitepapers or testnets?

‎I know that Ocean Protocol has built a marketplace for data sharing, and SingularityNET claims to offer an AI service marketplace using their AGIX token. Fetch.ai is working on autonomous economic agents, but I’m not sure how much of it is being used actively.

‎We’ve all seen trends come and go — metaverse tokens, DeFi waves, NFTs, meme coins. Some projects created lasting value, most didn’t. So now I'm wondering: is this AI + Crypto trend a real future opportunity, or just another narrative play?

‎Would love to hear from anyone who’s studied these projects or participated in.

Thank you so much for the kind welcome! Really appreciate it.

I’ve been checking out the Beginners & Help section like you suggested and there’s a ton of useful stuff in there. It's nice to see how active and supportive the community is.

I was wondering what do you think is the best way for a new member to build reputation here? Is it just about consistent posting, or are there other things I should focus on too?

Hello everyone,
I’m new here on Bitcointalk and really excited to be part of this community. I recently started exploring Bitcoin, testnets, and airdrops.  I'm still a beginner but loving the learning process!
I’m from Pakistan and usually do testnets on mobile.I'm looking forward to learning and maybe even helping others someday.
If you have any beginner tips or threads to follow, I’d appreciate them.
Thanks

Your statement about converting to BTC makes perfect sense from a short-term profit perspective, especially when the price is breaking all-time highs. BTC, with its primary appeal as the most established and dominant digital asset in the crypto market, offers a relative sense of security against market fluctuations compared to other altcoins like Monero. However, it's also important to remember that past performance doesn't guarantee future results. Monero has unique value in terms of privacy, which could become a valuable asset in the future depending on regulatory dynamics. So, while converting to BTC seems profitable now, the final decision still needs to consider personal risk preferences, the functional value of the assets held, and long-term investment goals. You're right, if profit isn't a priority, delaying isn't a bad decision—it all comes down to personal context.

Your statement about converting Monero to Bitcoin (BTC) and the potential for 100% profit right now really caught my attention. If profit generation is your top priority and you're confident in BTC's momentum, this is certainly a valid decision. However, every investor has unique goals, right? Are yours purely for short-term speculation, or do you have a broader vision for your crypto portfolio? This question is crucial because it will determine whether you should immediately secure these profits or consider Monero as a strategic part of your long-term plans.

Your observations about memecoins are astute: they're popular yet speculative, even high-risk. I appreciate your honesty in calling them "shitcoins" while also seeing their potential as mere "dinner money." This is an interesting perspective and demonstrates a deep understanding. Considering you're only investing with "spare change," it's important to understand whether there are other factors besides the potential for small profits that are drawing you to these memecoins, such as participating in an internet cultural phenomenon, enjoying the unique community aspect, or perhaps simply as a form of entertainment in your portfolio. Your predictions about the Binance listing and regulatory attention are crucial points worth pondering, adding another layer of complexity to this evolving market dynamic.
