I think he don't have any intention to offend you, but rather he's just giving you a good suggestion on where to locate to read some reliable feedbacks about them.

But it seems you are really frustrated with what issue you encountered with them. So what you can do is to comeback on their support again ask an update if you have issue with them. Because so far we see it here that they are solving legitimate issues that's why they still have good trust score to people here in this forum. Also try to read previous post in this thread to know the sentiments of people rather than believing on a site that anyone can manipulate their reviews. Anyways hopefully your issue will be taken care well by their management and frequently ask an update about your issue if there's still no action done in their side.

For your pending withdrawal, how much is it and what they told you about the case? I'm sure there is a communication between you and the support, there must be a reason why your withdrawal is still pending.

You can google for such services / jobs for writing and they are seemingly growing section of marketing. I am not sure how common bought bad reviews are, or if they are even necessary as every casino have some angry banned ex users. Those aren't however red flag, as when the casino starts scamming people, it's going to be be affecting way more users coming yelling online, then one rando saying they have been targeted because of region.

Lolz, I wouldnt have easily fallen for this April fool's lie because at first, even as I read your post, I remembered that there is a new platform in Nigeria with that domain, this thought coupled with the fact that we are on the 1st day of April would have given me the idea that the tweet was nothing to be taken seriously.

But how ever, I just did a small research to be sure of this and realized that the new Platform in Nigeria actually have a different domain, and that is punchng.com, I initially thought their domain was punch.com, I completely forgot about the "ng" part before the extension.

But anyways, fact is I wouldn't have fallen for this, but it's really a good one from Noah regardless, those who know nothing about punchng can easily fall for the X post.

If by public you mean that there would be no requirements for chatting, like with anonymity / pseudonymity, with telegram or discord group. Imho that's a receipt for a disasterous spam fest. That both requires hiring moderators, and it would definitely be a scammer fest of scammers disguised as "help desk" accounts messaging everyone. Imho chat groups are bad, and bigger they get, the worse they get.
