Understandable, but did they actually change their buy back system? If my memory serves me right, we already had a conversation about it in this thread, and I believe that we came to the conclusion that the changes were not very massive?

But as I remember from our conversation, if it was even him that I had the conversation with, there was a mere change in Shuffle's buy back program from fully buying back and burning,  to lesser amount for buy and burn + some amount going to Shuffle's Lottery prize pool.

It never stopped the buy and burn program, unless my information isn't updated.

This doesn't speak well for casino like shuffle. If there is any outstanding dispute they should solve it to remove this inscription.  It is not nice for a casino to receive such because it will make people/gamblers to stay away from the casino for the fear of losing funds in the site.

These are people who’ve been trying to exploit Shuffle’s sportsbook. We’ve taken firm action against them, and instead of accepting it, they’ve started to lash out by flagging us across forums like the Bitcoin Forum and Trustpilot. We understand this comes with the territory, but expected when we’ve taken a harder line after a long period of showing leniency.

It is of course frustrating for us to see as it is damaging to Shuffle’s image. We've been putting in a lot of work to cut down the ways that sports scammers can abuse our sports book, and while they’ve been getting louder, we’re taking a hard line to ensure there’s no incentive to abuse Shuffle.

Yes, I was surprised when I clicked on the official thread for this casino when a red screen appeared above it. I thought I'd clicked on the wrong thread, but when I double-checked, it was indeed the one I'd been looking for.

I don't really understand why this happens, but from what I've seen, it seems like it happens when the shuffle is compromised by cheaters or something similar. I certainly agree that this isn't a good thing for the casino, so I hope this gets resolved soon.

It's not that complicated. The victim mentioned that his funds were blocked by Shuffle due to the sports provider mentioning about a fixed match, but Stake refuted that by saying that there was no such issue effectively squashing their allegation.

There's also some chatter about certain private stuff between Noah and that victim which I have no clue about. Shuffle needs to resolve this issue asap if you ask me.

In general, you are correct about this as if one or two scam accusations arise from the newbies, it can be that they have been at fault and they are raising false accusations but that also doesn't mean that they are wrong.

For example, it can happen that a casino that is quite trustworthy but still a person (gambler) faces a genuine issue and therefore he or she raises a concern. In most cases, the casino will either provide the exact reason why they can't facilitate the accuser, or they may resolve the case after getting the necessary details in favour of the accuser.

Sometimes not quite understand about how these sportbet work.

We all know, most of fixed match (bribe, or cheat) is being happended on some small league, uknown match, player and other. Any particular reason, why these sportbet provider or casino are still provided a match for these small league or uknown match or player.

I mean, why not stick to the big league only while mostly fixed match was really hard to be made. If not wrong, there has some similiar case but in "Stake" however cannot find the thread a little bit forget.

If Eddie, the owner of stake did confirm that the match in question isn't fixed and that those who betted on the very same match were all paid their winnings, not just stake but across all other online gambling casinos as well; as the victim alleges, why or how did the very same game from the very same provider that stake works with, turned out to be a fixed match on shuffle.com and on stake and every other casinos, the same match wasn't flagged as fixed?

Well, it's rather unfortunate that shuffle is getting involved in this type of mess, I would advice you guys find a way of sorting this issue out now and amicably, if it has to be to pay the user his money, give him back his money and regain back your reputation, or provide evidence that showed or shows that the match in question was indeed fixed.

OK, Noah is flagged, but is he really an actual "scammer"? No, he's most definitely NOT. Plus the majority of legit casinos have been accused of one thing or another before, and currently, it's this one. It's NOT something new, and legit casinos have always gotten them resolved.

Yeah. Their reputation definitely got hit because of this case and due to the fact that the money involved is a pretty sizeable amount. This whole fixed match excuse is not helping their case as I mentioned in my previous post.

If that's the case then i am sure you can easily back it up with data, so we don't just have to take your word for it. Otherwise that red trust is stuck on you and probably gets more backers in time. So you might want to resolve that quickly.

I personally don't deposit any money to casinos with negative trust. And most of the time i don't even bother to read about the reasons, as it's easier to use casinos without red flags. And as a holder of $shfl i wish all the best for your casino.

Not sure, but the response is from the @OP it self. They stick with their first allegation.... if they change the mind these could be getting some problem in future or past case. Cause they're not confident with the information they have or share at the begining of case. IMO, SHUFLE with stick with their ground base evidence and could be just ignored the flags.

I honestly don't know what is going on with this platform.

On 11th July I have initiated a 0.4 ETH withdrawal followed by  3400$ USDC withdrawal which is still in review. Since then I have made multiple attempts to contact support on why my withdrawals are not processed.

To date I have gotten 0 replies and their live chat is just a bot that sends a message:
