Failure to submit the funds within a Timely manner will result in the posibility of legal action including but not limited to Possible criminal charges for theft and or embezzlement, and or civil suit for Failure to Provide Payment of Mined / Generated Funds from the Use of mining Equipment as stipulated in this Terms Of Use Contract

But if that payment is not sent in 24 hours i will be turning over all info I have collected about you folks to the Federal investigators that i have contacted and have on standby to handle this matter
the choice is up to you what happens here
if you do send FULL payment instead i expect to be compensated for the extra costs that i have incurred due to this whole fiasco that has taken place
I have incurred almost an extra $3,000 ( so far to date ) in extra costs which all can be documented and proven
