that makes sense, also I think if we have work to do at home we should be able to finish it first so we can gamble comfortably, I myself have work to do at home because basically it's mandatory so I always finish the work first then after the work is really finished, then I gamble, if I want to, don't I gamble every day, not because I work every day and gamble every day, that's crazy.

Moreover, in my opinion, if we gamble with our work unfinished, it makes the gambling we do uncomfortable. Even though you work at home and can still gamble, you can lose your emotions if you lose. And when you lose, you will feel emotional disturbances, which will change your mood to do other things. You may become unenthusiastic about working and choose to leave it for a while until your mood returns. This will make you unable to work well because you have lost focus on your work, which can result in you not being able to complete your work.

I would say there are way more types of people/jobs.

In some cases you just need to provide a service, and it doesn't really matter if you hate it or love it.

Think about the person that has to work to provide you with energy at home. Do you care about how he feels about his job?, probably not. You only want your electricity to be on.

Other jobs are of course different, like your doctor, etc, where you actually care about the person doing the job.

And in some cases the personal connection means more than how well they are able to do the job.

Apart from losing focus at work, we also have the potential to lose our jobs if our boss finds out about our gambling habits while we are working. The boss will find out sooner or later because there is an assessment for all employees so the boss will get all the reports about his employees' performance. It's not good for us if we lose our jobs because we won't be able to earn any more income, and that will make our lives difficult. For me, working from home or working in the office doesn't make much of a difference. Only you will hardly punished for your gambling if you are doing it while working from home.

Well, doesn't this come under the cheating that you are gambling when you are working from home and since you know no one will notice you what you are doing, you are spending the office time in your own personal activity which is wrong. Also i feel that productivity at work from home decreases considerably as people tend to engage in non-office and personal work.

If this is something you feel is right, then why do people do not gamble at work when their colleagues or bosses can notice them?
