We are uncertain why people continue to present their opinions as facts. The claim that we hand-select users for refunds is outright silly; every user has been refunded, except the five users we mentioned earlier. For the sake of transparency, we will release the usernames of these five users.

The refund requests of the following two users have been denied due to fraud (and this is not up for debate):

1. hubbypub
2. Pgermaine1413

These users have been forwarded to our external risk management team for verification. We will process or deny their requests based on the outcome of the third-party review.

1. Eggs96
2. faramutsi
3. Anccik
4. nutters0n

Aside from these cases, we are currently in contact with one other user privately and are actively working on resolving their case.

There is no other user or individual to whom any money is owed in any way, shape, or form. If someone has requested a refund and hasn't received it, we encourage them to come forward and provide us with a receipt.

It's easy to pay a bunch of 200$ withdrawals, but it looks like the bigger withdrawals got denied. Unsurprisingly, Stayzor had the second-biggest balance on Betnomi(~40k$).

Just saying, "Well, no response since December 2023, is that a good receipt for you?" means nothing. What is the problem? Who is affected? What is their claim? Did they send a refund request and not receive it? What exactly is your point?

If that is your reasoning, then please explain why the biggest one is not on this list? Also, explain why we have paid other people who have multiple times the balance of the users, sent to the risk management team for review?

I can confirm that this is me. I am the biggest one on their list and I made an agreement to receive my full amount within 3 weeks from last Saturday. I have confidence that Betnomi will keep their word and ofcourse I will update this thread when I have received the payment. This should happen within 2,5 weeks from now, but possibly earlier.

I am one of the guys who didn't recognized this thread at the right time. From time to time I checked the betnomi site, but only got the 'Maintenance message'. Since Betnomi said they would give some room for people who missed the initial announcement, I today requested to refund my balance. If this works, me and my family would be very grateful. I am happy to see, that betnomi is willing to solve all requests and stay to their words. I will keep you updated.

Fraud? How is wagering my deposit 1x on the biggest sport events fraud? I was happy to do KYC at that time (before your site went offline) and could do KYC through a third party, if needed now.

When I saw the topic title with the word "SOLVED" with brackets which truly sent the message across, I went in and I was about to post my congratulations to OP and Betnomi's admins. I was very disappointed to read that, if verified true, there are still many users who have not received their withdrawals yet. I thought it would be another good ending like BC.Game. Bad play, Betnomi, bad play. It was probably better for you to stay quiet while fixing the issue.

It's impossible to communicate with you so we didn't expect much, and we're not in the business of bothering other businesses for no reason or just throwing accusations.
We sent you referrals, quite a bunch, before you shut down your site we had balances from these referrals, it's difficult to tell how much, but there was a balance.

The thing is sending you emails (from Gmail, to ensure delivery) had no response and several times in this thread we tried to get your attention.

What else do you want us to do? We stopped chasing it and you can do whatever you want with it.

Sometimes it's hard to think that is why most people judge,  anyways I tried to also understand why some people are still complaining that they haven't received the balance remaining on the old site, and to that, the team needs to make a statement if the refund process has been done with and since players are still complaining of not getting their entire balance, there can be a way to verify the true authenticity of such claims and how best to handle them.


But all the same, I think the team has done a great job, judging from what I read on the trust review, it sounds as if positive things are coming from this team.

Maybe some people are not still yet happy with the result but we could expect that since maybe there are other things has been missed out and that's normal when taking this process. But over the time when both parties will be cooperative for sure all issues will settled especially that betnomi representative is active answering those people posting some issue in this thread.

Also since we see some that there are people got paid and there are respected people verifies it then we can still that after all happens this is good indication that so far they are doing good on the refund process they made recently.

So that means, Op, have all your clients who were affected or had issues resolved their problems at your casino? And if there is anything left that has not been resolved, they should first send a request to you so that their refund issue can be processed. Is that right?

I just asked OP, why would they request that you have a record on your platform that they still have funds left on your platform in Betnomi? I'm just curious; that's why I asked this. Thank you if you answer, and if not, that's fine too.

The issue has not been solved. At the very best Betnomi has paid out about 20% of player funds.

We know that GekkeBelg had 0.9BTC and Stayzor had 0.4BTC & 4.5ETH stuck on Betnomi.
They haven't been paid yet.

That's stayzor's. Why exactly is it not up for debate? You did not even touched his complaint thread, his case was never addressed and never get a chance to be weighted, we never hear anything from your side regarding that case, and so far, I think there is no reason to keep his winning, given there was no fraudulent act, was there?


What happened: I signed up to betnomi 07.06.2023. I first deposited 0.29999 btc and 3 eth on the 15.06.2023. I placed sport bets on the european euro qualifier 2024 from 16.06.23 to 22.06.23. I managed to win 0.1 btc and 1.5 eth on my bets. I had a total of 0.4 btc and 4.5 eth at the time the site went offline, 02.07.2023. I haven’t received any funds from betnomi. Sometimes, it is okay to think first before throwing around accusations.
Look into your pocket and try to count how much money you have scammed from the users instead of throwing bunches of unnecessary question. You have also shown your immorality by selling our email database to the spammers in order to make your pocket heavy. You can't remove your scam tag by just paying a part of the victims. I had found and included only 5 users complaint in this thread: The story of Betnomi.com (Exit Scam)

GekkeBelg and Stayzor was the user with large amount on their account who have complained about it in this forum. And you haven't paid the funds to any of them.

We are uncertain why people continue to present their opinions as facts. The claim that we hand-select users for refunds is outright silly; every user has been refunded, except the five users we mentioned earlier. For the sake of transparency, we will release the usernames of these five users.

The refund requests of the following two users have been denied due to fraud (and this is not up for debate):

2. Pgermaine1413

These users have been forwarded to our external risk management team for verification. We will process or deny their requests based on the outcome of the third-party review.

Aside from these cases, we are currently in contact with one other user privately and are actively working on resolving their case.

There is no other user or individual to whom any money is owed in any way, shape, or form. If someone has requested a refund and hasn't received it, we encourage them to come forward and provide us with a receipt.

I commend your efforts in reimbursement of funds to your clients who got stucked up as a result of the imbroglio that engulfed your casinos years back.  This shows your act of kindness and generosity. I believe by this singular act of yours, your reputation would be restored but I am curious about your refund policy. How about those members that have not been online during this period and they either caught up halfway or near finish, what would be your take on this, would you look into their case as I see you already have been doing to making sure everyone is settled.

Lastly,  some of the names you mentioned here have raised up cases against you and are yet to be resolved. Looking at the way the scenario is unfolding, the people reimbursed are majorly the small amount holders while the big fishes are still held with pending issues. How will you resolve this when the cases are clear cases of scam.

Nobody frauded or cheated on Betnomi. Betnomi just doesn't want to pay their customers, which I already told from the beginning.
