This push-up is no longer just a challenge, to me it's becoming a culture and I'm loving it. I am glad that my body has adapted completely to this exercise and I can now achieve my push-ups with less fatigue.

Habits can be cultivated, and making this pushup into a habit is certainly one of my goals right now, the strain on my muscles has reduced by alot, I feel lighter doing pushups now than I did when I started and I've not even done this for 2 weeks yet, goes to show how much more improvements are waiting for me.

I understand that bitcoin staying below 100k means greater work must be added to raise it to 100k again which will also have impact on the muscles of a dedicated push-up Participant.

Your dedication is also undying even if bitcoin goes far above 100k. I think that every other person should emulate this and put more effort to stabilise bitcoin far beyond 100k

Regarding the price of our lil precious, sure it has been interesting that a little more than 2 days ago, we dropped back below $100k.. it could be because OgNasty is a retard and does not know how to stay focused?  Perhaps?  Perhaps?

It does not seem difficult to get back above $100k, yet for sure anyone who has been in bitcoin for a while, we find that the cornz sometimes does not do what we expect it is going to do, and surely part of my own reason for thinking that BTC prices are not likely to go below $85k-ish is because there had been too many degens, newbies, round-number loving, and otherwise uninformed folks about bitcoin who likely sold too many coins too soon at around $100k prices, so I personally have difficulties believing that the bitcoin market is going to let them profit from their dumbness and their lack of focus. 

Surely anything is possible, and many times we do need to be prepared financially and psychologically (and in regards to this thread physically) for a variety of outcomes both extreme ones and unlikely ones.  There are ways to prepare for a variety of scenarios, which generally includes incrementalism actions rather than buying or selling large or even engaging in leveraging practices, even though there could be ways that some folks know how to play with trading tools, I imagine that the ones trading and leveraging are not tending to be making as much money as the ones who are either steadily buying or other wise engaging in practices that mostly HODL their bitcoins rather than selling large portions.

I also believe that if we get above $100k, we likely have to get into the $120k and above to start to have confidence that our odds are getting better for not dropping back below $100k, and sure, even if we reach $200k, we still cannot be assured that sub $100k is not going to be revisited, especially since there have been plenty of times, even during bull markets in which greater than 50% price corrections played out, and I doubt that bitcoin is free from those levels of price corrections, even if there are a lot more seemingly BIG buyers (such as institutions, governments and traditionally rich folks) who are jumping on the bitcoin train, so there is also a lot of rationale that it becomes more and more difficult to have such extreme (such as greater than 50%) BTC price corrections during bull periods without some major explanation/reason for that taking place.

Another thing that happens in bitcoin is the happening of extended periods of upward price exuberance, and so if such extended periods of upwards price exuberance, then it becomes more likely that our price correction will be violent, yet it still is difficult to know when the top has been reached.... .. even take 2017 as an example, when the BTC price got into the $3k to $6k range it was already 2.5x to 5x higher than the 2013 ATH, yet at the same time we ended up going to nearly $20k, which would have had been  another 3x to 6x, so there were likely a lot of folks who had regrets when they sold too many BTC too soon during those times.

We cannot really know what is going to happen this time, until it happens, and even though I really doubt it, it could well be the case that we already witnessed our $108k-ish top for this cycle, even though that sounds like a minority theory.. yet it does not hurt to have a bit of financial, psychological and physical preparations for that possibility, too. 

If you are fairly new to bitcoin, you might not even be focusing on its price, you are just ongoingly buying.  If you have enough or more than enough bitcoin, then you also might not care too much since you just sell some bitcoin whenever you might need it, and you are not rushed whether the BTC price goes up or not.  The ones in the middle likely have more of a dilemma regarding what to do or if they should change any of their historical behaviors... to buy, sell or just HODL through the situation? 

I would think that if some guys are not sure what to do, then if any person has less than a whole cycle accumulating bitcoin they just keep buying BTC regularly..   Even a person who is close to having enough BTC, but they have concluded that they don't have more than enough, they still might be advantaged by continuing to accumulate BTC in small amounts.. .yet if they are not sure about the rest of their finances, then maybe they just HODL through these periods and figure out ways to build other aspects of their finances to make themselves more comfortable, whether it is shoring up back up funds, such as emergency funds or otherwise looking at other areas that they are invested.. hopefully not into shitcoins unless it is a relatively small amount (such as less than 10%) as compared with their bitcoin stash size (value).

One thing about this challenge is that you always want to be better everyday. Increasing limits can be quite exhausting on the first trial but with time, it's always very interesting when you breakthrough.
Since joining this challenge, I gradually learned that I can also do my pushups in sets which helped me raise my daily pushups. I still hope to increase my number of sets daily which will also boost my daily push-ups. I still do 150 pushups daily now in 3 sets of 60, 50 and 40.

Regarding the price of our lil precious, sure it has been interesting that a little more than 2 days ago, we dropped back below $100k.. it could be because OgNasty is a retard and does not know how to stay focused?  Perhaps?  Perhaps?

It does not seem difficult to get back above $100k, yet for sure anyone who has been in bitcoin for a while, we find that the cornz sometimes does not do what we expect it is going to do, and surely part of my own reason for thinking that BTC prices are not likely to go below $85k-ish is because there had been too many degens, newbies, round-number loving, and otherwise uninformed folks about bitcoin who likely sold too many coins too soon at around $100k prices, so I personally have difficulties believing that the bitcoin market is going to let them profit from their dumbness and their lack of focus.  

Surely anything is possible, and many times we do need to be prepared financially and psychologically (and in regards to this thread physically) for a variety of outcomes both extreme ones and unlikely ones.  There are ways to prepare for a variety of scenarios, which generally includes incrementalism actions rather than buying or selling large or even engaging in leveraging practices, even though there could be ways that some folks know how to play with trading tools, I imagine that the ones trading and leveraging are not tending to be making as much money as the ones who are either steadily buying or other wise engaging in practices that mostly HODL their bitcoins rather than selling large portions.

I also believe that if we get above $100k, we likely have to get into the $120k and above to start to have confidence that our odds are getting better for not dropping back below $100k, and sure, even if we reach $200k, we still cannot be assured that sub $100k is not going to be revisited, especially since there have been plenty of times, even during bull markets in which greater than 50% price corrections played out, and I doubt that bitcoin is free from those levels of price corrections, even if there are a lot more seemingly BIG buyers (such as institutions, governments and traditionally rich folks) who are jumping on the bitcoin train, so there is also a lot of rationale that it becomes more and more difficult to have such extreme (such as greater than 50%) BTC price corrections during bull periods without some major explanation/reason for that taking place.

Another thing that happens in bitcoin is the happening of extended periods of upward price exuberance, and so if such extended periods of upwards price exuberance, then it becomes more likely that our price correction will be violent, yet it still is difficult to know when the top has been reached.... .. even take 2017 as an example, when the BTC price got into the $3k to $6k range it was already 2.5x to 5x higher than the 2013 ATH, yet at the same time we ended up going to nearly $20k, which would have had been  another 3x to 6x, so there were likely a lot of folks who had regrets when they sold too many BTC too soon during those times.

We cannot really know what is going to happen this time, until it happens, and even though I really doubt it, it could well be the case that we already witnessed our $108k-ish top for this cycle, even though that sounds like a minority theory.. yet it does not hurt to have a bit of financial, psychological and physical preparations for that possibility, too.  

If you are fairly new to bitcoin, you might not even be focusing on its price, you are just ongoingly buying.  If you have enough or more than enough bitcoin, then you also might not care too much since you just sell some bitcoin whenever you might need it, and you are not rushed whether the BTC price goes up or not.  The ones in the middle likely have more of a dilemma regarding what to do or if they should change any of their historical behaviors... to buy, sell or just HODL through the situation?  

I would think that if some guys are not sure what to do, then if any person has less than a whole cycle accumulating bitcoin they just keep buying BTC regularly..   Even a person who is close to having enough BTC, but they have concluded that they don't have more than enough, they still might be advantaged by continuing to accumulate BTC in small amounts.. .yet if they are not sure about the rest of their finances, then maybe they just HODL through these periods and figure out ways to build other aspects of their finances to make themselves more comfortable, whether it is shoring up back up funds, such as emergency funds or otherwise looking at other areas that they are invested.. hopefully not into shitcoins unless it is a relatively small amount (such as less than 10%) as compared with their bitcoin stash size (value).

Today push-ups was so interesting and enjoyable, before i started today push-ups i bought myself an energy drink and it help me in rolling over and over again that i was able to have a good number of push-ups and at the end i drank a enough of water to balance up my today push-ups, to continue pushing Bitcoin price.

Taking energy drink in other to do more pushups is not advisable because the energy drink will prevent your body from getting the full benefit of doing a pushups, when you are about doing pushups and your body is weak drink water rest and then do the little pushups your body can carry, in this thread we are not in competition one of the major reason why we are doing this pushups is to improve our health so don't use because you want to achieve 100 pushups a day and then start taking things that will help you achieve it, you can always record the little you did and it will be recorded for you.

If anyone is feeling weak to start his daily push-ups, drinking water alone will not totally help that person to be ready and active in doing push-ups at that time. It is always advisable for everyone in this push-up challenge to always warm up their body first, which will help their body to be ready and active in doing push-ups for at the time they want to do push-ups. For instance, they can do 2-3 minutes of jogging before they can starting their daily push-ups, which will help to limit any injury because their body system will become ready and active to do any physical work.

I bumped it to 175 today this would mean I get to 76 days and 7600 pushups on Christmas Day for the elusive 100 a day average.

Once I get to the 100 a day average I think I will back off to 120 daily. Which will slowly raise me over 100 a day average.

A brief summary of my daily push up for two days

First of all, this push up challenge is really helping me to recover fast from the malaria which hold me down few weeks ago just as I reported earlier during when I accepted the push up challenge.
I woke up yesterday morning feeling great for the first time after so many weeks and I give all credit to the daily push up I was doing consistently.
In the early hours of yesterday morning, I did 40 push ups which comes In two different sets of 20 in each set. And in the afternoon I continued the same process of 20 push ups in two sets making a total of 40, and in the evening after I had a little nap, I was did 30 push up straights making it a total of 110 push ups for yesterday.
I continued the same process today again and I was able to hit the same figure as yesterday. I think I’m beginning to get to my full fitness and in a short time with my consistency, i believe I will be able to add more numbers to my previous tally of 110 push per day knowing fully well that as I’m adding my push up tally’s, that’s also how bitcoin is hitting double figures until it gets to the £100k target and more.
