Bitcoin is headed to £100,000 and that's not speculation. OK, maybe it is, but the 100 Push-Ups A Day Until Bitcoin Is £100K challenge is real and has been echoing throughout the community for a week now, so I thought I would make a thread here for those of us who want to try and hold ourselves accountable.

The first video that comes up when you do a quick search for this is Jae from Proof of Work Fitness, so I'll give him credit for kicking off this trend until someone corrects me with better information.  You can see his video about it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rPrsA7gBc3U

I myself started this challenge on 2/2/24 and hope to inspire other Bitcoiners to take this step to help build some muscle in the community.

My only real tips would be to not worry about trying to do 100 push-ups at once.  Break them down into as small of sets as you need to keep from hurting yourself.

If 100 a day is too much, maybe try to start with whatever "K" the Bitcoin price is at and work your way up to 100 along with Bitcoin.

Apologies is highly acceptable because you have the good mind and time to go through others post and you will see and understand the format you will be using to do your push-ups report, i can remember when i joined this push-ups thread i did allot of mistakes and one of the big oga in this thread that i should continue posting and i should also look what others are doing and i looked and i see my mistake, from there i pick up, please you can also do the same don't rush, happy new year to you.

Pi$$ our motivation is the daily push-ups we do daily not only to push Bitcoin price above 100k but also to build up our body fitness and muscles too, don't be in a rush to submit pushups result, we are 2025 not 2024 thanks for your understanding and happy new year to you.

today i did 5 sets of 20 pushups. this makes me officially a part of this challange i think. i've reached one of my goals.

my 2nd goal is to make my pushups average 100. now its around 80 so i gotta do 120 for a while to balance it. lets make it happen.

You must be new here.  You say that bitcoin prices are not friendly?  Oh my.  

I don't think I've got the time to start participating so I will be cheering from my little perch..

No time for pushups?  That's hard to imagine, especially since each of us can choose our pushup quantity, and pushups are pretty versatile in terms of being able to do them almost anywhere and at any time. You have to be pretty restricted to not have time for pushups.  I am speculating that your reason(s)  for doing pushups is something other than "time."

Today I started doing push-ups in 5 sets of 30-25-20-15-10, but I did the last set of 15 instead of 10 because I felt good. And I decided to slowly increase the number of push-ups from 100 per day in the new year. When I was young, there were days when I did 400 push-ups a day without any difficulty. I decided not to limit myself to 100 again. From now on, I think I will increase the last set reps until I go to failure. Happy new year to all my push-up bros!

Good things will end well because indeed for now (in the last 3 days) I have also started to make some additions in push ups for every set I do.

Before I only started with 3 sets x 20 push ups, the first month I increased to 4 sets x 25 push ups and now I'm starting with 5 sets x 25 although it's only an additional 25 push ups but it's certainly a good addition even beyond the expectations that I thought since starting this challenge where previously I only focused on what I could but now there seems to be another impetus where I can't stop and always want to add more push ups. I can't stop and I always want to increase the number of push ups I do even though there is another thought that if I push too hard in the end it won't work so for this year maybe the first month of the year I will start with 5 sets x 25 and it will be added in the second month with a new set or additional push ups per set.

5 days I delayed my report in this challenge but I did not stop my push up activity every day even though in these 2 days I was spending time with my family enjoying the momentum of the new year but the push ups continued as usual.

Good day pushers:), dropping my pushups entry once again...
Currently having , 7 days of pushups todrop since my last pushup entry on 25th of December, and yup I didn't skip any day even with the stress lately just that 2 days went short with 90Pushups  each[ 31st and 1st].
Here's how I had  my holidays :
26th ~30th => 90 pushups each in 3 sets(30,30,30)=== 360
31st ~1st => 30 pushups each  === 60
2nd(today) => 90 pushups in 3 sets(30,30,30) === 90

Total pushups => 360+60+90 => 510 Ps in 7 days

11 months completed. One more to go and I’ve been at it a year! I got a nice bike ride in today after my push-ups. Beautiful day in the desert at 73 degrees. I just finished pounding my protein shake, which is admittedly not as tasty since adding superfood powder. Enjoying 2025 so far. Stay after it!

Maybe it won't even be procrastination that made them be on the bench; you know, someone mates on the bench got the opportunity to do push-ups for the first time through this push-up challenge; hence they couldn't cope with doing push-ups for a long time, and they end up being on the bench since they can no longer do push-ups and report it here from time to time so that Dirtykeyboard can keep updating their push-ups progress, which will influence the bitcoin price to surge. Let's just hope they all come back one day and finish what they start.
