I was trying to be funny, and to be fair you truly only asked what you had done wrong, where others have accused the script of making the error. So to answer your question, if you look back your latest (before now) reports have omitted the 100k part. EDIT2: Hey, Wolf of One Street, I reran the script, and then ran it again because I forgot to not include your 02-05 report, and then I ran it again because I forgot to not include VisoN0 and Tonimez' new ones, but now look at you on top of the table. Today in my area the weather was not very favorable so my activities were a little disturbed because of the rain that hit. Usually I run around the field and housing complex first before doing push ups but because the weather is not adequate so I have to do push ups at home. btw I'm still not used to the push up board until now because when I do push ups with a push up board I feel that my movement is a little limited, is it the wrong way to push up or am I not used to it?  100k,Ryu_Ar1,81,8305,2025-02-04 It is always good to warm up your body when doing push-ups so that your body will be ready to carry out physical activities, but the rain that fell in your area stopped you from doing that, but you were able to do your push-ups even when rain tried to stop you from achieving that. Maybe it is the way you placed your hands when you are doing push-ups that could possibly cause why you are finding it difficult to use the push-up board perfectly. When next you want to do push-ups with the push-up board, you should widen your hands a little bit so that you will not stress your shoulder, which will allow you to gain a perfect balance to press upward and downward with the push-up board without finding any difficulties.

Today in my area the weather was not very favorable so my activities were a little disturbed because of the rain that hit. The best thing about doing push-ups is that they can be done anywhere, regardless of location. You can do push-ups by the seaside, inside your home or even in a prison cell. No equipment is needed, just your own body weight is enough. People who don't do push-ups are lazy, there's no excuse for it. I'm wrapping up today with 120 push-ups in 6 sets as usual. 100k,EFS,28,3130,2025-02-04 Yes push-ups can be done anywhere at any time but sometimes it's not really laziness that make someone not to engage in the exercise. Some people's work schedule don't allow them any strength to engage in push-ups often. It's either they leave too early and come back very late exhausted or they are corporate workers who could have engaged in pushups while at work but can't do so to avoid sanctions. That a person is opportuned to keep the streak does not make everyone else lazy. 100k,Tonimez,61,8230,2025-02-05 Laziness in the sense that you do not require any extra equipment's to begin with, the only thing that should make you not to engage is being sick, right after you get up from bed, you already make out plans on what to do next and your push ups can still be included no matter how time limited. Depends on how many i am doing for the morning, late but still put up a good amount probably before the day runs out i can do some add up even late at night before showering pushups can be done. Today i just feel like so relaxing about a newmarous exercises that i decided to archived, at first i did different kind of push-ups about an hours that i proceed to road Walk that took me over two hours them after i have archived those exercises,i took my bath immediately and i got myself a refreshment and some nutritional drinks that make me feel so cool.

Here goes my pushup once again... Nothing's changed that much just a little bit of 100 pus addi.., had my daily pushups in 3sets perday @(30,30,30) for 90 pushups and (30,35,35) for 100 pushups. Currently having 6 days of Pus report following my last week's report, with 4 days (90Pus/day) and 2 days (100Pus /day) and no skipped day this time around. I think push-up boards are just super awkward. I believe that is intentional to isolate certain muscles. That makes it much more difficult to do, especially at first. I don’t use my push-up board as much as I should. I think it actually is very beneficial. Even the bootleg temu one I have (which I’m shocked isn’t broken yet). I also picked up a gritty strengthener from temu. That is actually surprisingly well made. I don't think I'm the only one who feels that way because push up boards are pretty weird to me  and I agree with you because although it's definitely very useful especially seeing some of the articles I've read it also improves the training of some of the core muscles used for push ups as well as reducing tension for the wrists and joints but there are some things that are uncomfortable to feel especially when not used to doing push ups with a plank. I bought a push up board after a week of the Challenge but it was only used a few times because I was more comfortable doing push ups directly without using a push up board. That was the best part, even though I had to lose my momentum to run but for this Challenge there seemed to be no excuse not to do it because indeed the weather constraints were not suitable to be used as an excuse considering that push ups can be done anywhere  Haha damn I was one of those lazy people before but now there's a bit of a difference where during the Challenge I'm slowly also changing my quality of life for the better, at least stretching my muscles a bit with exercise and of course this Challenge has made my muscles better and my body feel fitter compared to the previous few months when I was a lazy person. 6 sets x 20 push ups is great, I'm also doing 5 sets x 25 push ups every day for now, maybe after 3 months or 100 days I'll increase my push ups again. snip-

This might be one of the reasons why I'm not very comfortable doing push ups with a push up board because as you said, there's a slight difference in the layout of my hands when trying to hold my body up on the floor and using a push up board so maybe this is what makes me uncomfortable and feel more burdened because I'm not used to it. But, floor push ups seem to work best for me now  I think that you are getting back to the issues of 1) quantity over quality, 2) pushup boards focus on specific muscles and 3) pushup boards require that equipment rather than no equipment. I personally think that if you were to want to do pushups on the pushup board in order to focus on different muscle groups then maybe you would have one or two sets of regular pushups and then one or two sets with the pushup board, and just expect with the pushup board that you are going to be focusing on different muscles so you might purposefully choose to reduce the quantity of pushups for the sets that you do with the board... instead of doing 30, maybe you just do 15 or some kind of reduction that seems meaningful to you. If I had a pushup board I might try it, but I don't have one, and I am not inspired to buy one... Not yet.. but I am not going to say never.. it is just I am not interested at the moment. I would propose to not count any persons who have less than 10 pushups per day in the pushups table. I would not consider anything less than 10 pushups per day to be sufficiently serious in order to join our little club, and even 10 pushup per day is quite minimal, and I am not even that thrilled to see guys who are not able to increase beyond 10 pushups per day, even if they might start out at that number and even if they might have to do modified pushups. ****if my memory recalls, we have had several members who were struggling to get their level to 10 pushups per day (and/or even 10 pushups per set), and some of them have advanced in their pushup abilities and continue to participate in this thread (congratulations), and others have had more sporadic participation in this thread.Just say no to the pussies who are not ready willing and able to at least try to work up to 10 pushups per day - and to show that they are serious rather than mocking the idea and the various efforts of several guys participating in this thread doing pushups on a daily (or whatever frequency) basis. TLDR: Vote the trolls (troll wannabes) off of the island.

It has been a month i reported here I have not done any push up for almost a month now due to some health issues but am recovering I have done a total numbers of 161 push-up in the last 3 days I will gradually be increasing my numbers of push-up as I recover fully, it was this morning I saw that I have been relegated to the bench but am happy am back again so we can push bitcoin price higher again as the strength of a broom stick is in its number.
