Happy New Year to you! Dirtykeyboard has already updated the push-up table without picking your report because there are spaces in your report in between 100k and your username, your username and days of pushing, days of pushing and total push-ups done, total push-ups done and year, and also your date in your report is not correct; your date was supposed to be 02 and not 04 since you did your report on the 2nd day of January. If you can close the spaces in your report and correct your date and draw Dirtykeyboard's attention to it, he will still update your new report in the push-up table.
Thank you for correction, I did not know that we need to leave out spaces when giving report. I used this syntax so far and it seems it was working. I messed up date I see, I don't know how I missed the date. I don't want to bother DirtyKeyboard to fix this manually. It is another edition today on my consistence of doing my push-ups, I'm glad to see that my body is gradually building up to the standard and all my joints is flexible that i can turn and position with any style in performing my push-ups, i must say that I'm really benefiting from this thread because it is really showing on my body and to keep pushing Bitcoin price. Beautiful day in the desert at 73 degrees. I just finished pounding my protein shake, which is admittedly not as tasty since adding superfood powder. Enjoying 2025 so far. Stay after it!

Ya, I was looking at lists of things to put in protein shakes and saw things like cashews. I enjoy eating cashews and would rather eat them outside of a protein shake. So I decided I wanted a supplement that added all the things I don’t enjoy eating. That’s where I found the superfood powder. It won’t win any taste tests, but it gives me what I wouldn’t want to eat throughout my day. I’ll snack on cashews instead.

today i worked for flexibility and a little abs. my right elbow was injured, so i cant do pushups. i tried, but it hurts a bit.
does anybody else here who had the same issue? thats a problem for me.
i also got a gym membership for 7 months. i hope going to gym makes my improvement fast. but that doesnt mean im not doing push-ups. every single day whatever the workout is, im doing pushups in the end. so actually this makes te progress more sustainable.

In the beginning when I joined this challenge I was also like that but try some other steps if you really want to improve quickly even though there is no need to force yourself so that our bodies are not burdened but when you want to do more optimally I think doing several sets can be better than doing 1 full round. I also previously did a full round and it made me burdened but now I feel more comfortable with doing multiple sets for push ups even I can reach 125 for a day which is certainly far from my previous expectations. try to start with 30/set or 25/set I think it will be much better. $100K,Ryu_Ar1,53,4575,2025-01-03

I broke my elbow the April before last and it has given me some problems throughout this competition. I fought through it but it was tough. I still get pain when I do curls and extend my arms too straight or do more than a couple pull-ups. I’m hoping it eventually goes away completely. 100k,OgNasty,337,34400,2025-01-03

This pushup has really helped me and. Me that couldn't do up to 30 pushups a day can now do up to 200 pushups by sets of 100, 50 and 50. Today my body has adapted. The best part of this challenge might just be that it has given me an excuse to try and eat 200g of protein every day. Tonight I had 3 bacon cheeseburgers because my diet required me to do so. How awesome is that? OK, pushing Bitcoin up and making a bunch of muscle bound millionaires is also pretty cool.

Not sure where the 212 came from, but that tipped me off my tally was incorrect. I know that my name is not DirtyKeyboard, and I did not try to figure out what kind of gap you had in your pushup reports, yet the 212 new pushups should represent the difference between your previous report and your latest report... but yeah, it sounds like you are saying that the 212 number triggered you to see that you had an error in your report... so I guess the 212 did its job to alert you, even if the 212 might have had ended up being an incorrect number based on its subtracting potentially incorrect numbers.
