Where are those 7.7% that voted " Bitcoin will never hit $100k" now?
In the real world, it is way higher than 7.7% who were doubters, and so now reality catches up to show that a lot of folks continue to be quite ignorant in regards to what bitcoin is and their own need to involve themselves in it. If Bitcoin devil advocate Peter Schiff Son could see the light before turning 18 I think others have a bigger chances of seeing the light too. They only need the right person and to be at the right environment. It's never too late to invest in Bitcoin, we're still at the bottom. pretty decent biceps
How are you 67 with that strong bicep? I'm still in-between 30-50 and I can't even boast of that kind of bicep at the moment.. I am lefthanded the left one is a bit stronger. I found out I was diabetic in fall of 2018. I weighed 240 at 6foot and my a1c was 12.1 which pretty much means you are going to die if you dont treat yourself. I have eaten keto ever since. I try to workout every day. So I now weigh 200. My a1c is only 5.9 I eat beef pork chicken eggs cheese like mad. My hair went from gray to mix of gray and brown. My balding head grew back some hair. No bread. No pasta. No cake. But whipped cream. Steak Burgers Ribs nuts. some fruit. dark chocolate. It works. Frankly I am hoping to do this for at least a year and I am only 60 days in. I also walk. Stationary bike. Resistance bands. My shoulders and arms look good Still have a bit of a gut. Partially due to umbilical hernia surgery. I am liking this.

I found out I was diabetic in fall of 2018. I weighed 240 at 6foot and my a1c was 12.1 which pretty much means you are going to die if you dont treat yourself.
My parents had to deal with a lot of diabetes crap before they died; neither of them lived to reach 65 years old, and 98% of diabetics are genetic, if I am not mistaken. I tried to cut back on my sugar intake because I'm afraid I'll develop diabetes, but no one in my family has ever had diabetes, so where did both of my parents get it? I used to hit daily push up and upload on my Facebook page in my late 20s , now I'm a shadow of myself.

No beer very little very dry wine. kind of okay but can not be sweet. quantity boozes straight up or cut with ice kind of okay. zero wheat flour zero wheat flour I am mostly Italian and ate far too much breads and pasta. Almost no cereal is good. I found two in the USA out of hundreds. very little rice. A lot of cultures use rice or wheat products. It is hard to only have 1 sandwich in a month. But most months I have none. And in a year maybe 15 sandwiches or hamburgers or hotdogs with bread. Fiber is your friend. It helps to shed bad carbs.

Almost every diet in the world is horrible; I've cut out a lot of foods based on online recommendations, such as bread, noodles, but what's life without beer? With my current sugar level, I'm convinced I will not have diabetes, but I still need to be cautious and enjoy my diet while I can. Almost everything is unhealthy for the system, including too much water.

I found out I was diabetic in fall of 2018. I weighed 240 at 6foot and my a1c was 12.1 which pretty much means you are going to die if you dont treat yourself.
My parents had to deal with a lot of diabetes crap before they died; neither of them lived to reach 65 years old, and 98% of diabetics are genetic, if I am not mistaken. I tried to cut back on my sugar intake because I'm afraid I'll develop diabetes, but no one in my family has ever had diabetes, so where did both of my parents get it? I used to hit daily push up and upload on my Facebook page in my late 20s , now I'm a shadow of myself. a lot of hidden bad foods if you are predisposed to diabetes. No beer very little very dry wine. kind of okay but can not be sweet. quantity boozes straight up or cut with ice kind of okay. Almost every diet in the world is horrible; I've cut out a lot of foods based on online recommendations, such as bread, noodles, but what's life without beer? With my current sugar level, I'm convinced I will not have diabetes, but I still need to be cautious and enjoy my diet while I can. Almost everything is unhealthy for the system, including too much water. Well I am lucky in 1 way my cholesterol levels are really good. So unlimited meats and dairy is pretty cool for a diet. Just to clarify I did 30 pushups since the previous report. Just thought I'd throw in some photographs from my walks. I walk between 2klm - 3klm (roughly 1.5M - 2M) per day in lots of different pictureque settings.
The critters in the first image are Water Dragons and are prolific in South East Queensland along waterways where they can hold their breath underwater for 45 minutes.

Sure there are likely people who are more disposed to diabetes than others, yet diet can go a long way in terms of reducing sugar and/or carb intake or other foods that convert to sugar. Also it is good to eat natural fats and to remove various seed oils (overly processed oils). Philip's description of his foods are generally pretty good for someone who is wanting to aim towards dietary control of diabetes, which would likely help with a lot of folks with diabetes, even if it might not completely cure them (perhaps some folks lack discipline to stay away from carbs and bad oils). Regarding pushups: Even if you are falling out of shape, you probably would benefit from adding pushups into your daily routine.. such as starting out doing three sets of 8-12 and then work your way up from there. When I started this challenge 310 days ago, I had not been doing pushups for many years, probably more than 15 years.. yet I did have some various kinds of resistance training that I had been doing from time to time in the past 15 years. I came to pushups and I was thinking that it was going to be too difficult for me, yet I thought that the fact that it is a challenge related to bitcoin, then I will try it out and see what I would be able to do, and so I was anticipating that I probably would ONLY be able to do sets of 15-25, and the first week or so I did mostly have pushup sets that were between 15 and 35, and I was pretty sore even though I spread the sets out through-out the day to try to mitigate some of my soreness (and to give me lots of recovery time between sets), and little by little my quantity of pushups per set gravitated up and my number of sets per day also gravitated up... and sure a lot of soreness along the way, but dedicating a certain amount of time and space every day for pushups. Almost everything is unhealthy for the system, including too much water. Sure a person can overdose with water, yet it does not mean that we should not attempt to think through which ingredients are more problematic and which ones are less problematic. The Weston Price foundation talks about eating what your grandparents ate (perhaps great grandparents for some younger folks), which is getting away from processed foods and promotiing the idea of eating natural and whole foods without so many of the processed foods. Another thing is that the human body can take a lot of abuse, yet if many of us have been eating relatively poor diets for a large portion of our lives, then we build up a kind of insulin resistance, and our body becomes no longer able to process or tolerate some of the bad ingredients, including the carbs. It likely is true that if we are able to eat a pretty clean diet, then we could still eat some of the poor foods such as beer and deserts as long as we mostly do them in moderation. Of course, some of the bad foods create addiictions for more bad foods, so I would not even say that you have to stay away from beer if you were able to otherwise maintain a decent diet that does not have a lot of carbs and/or a lot of the bad oils. I question several of your low carb processed food recommendation, but sure, maybe those items are better in your diet than comparable products to the extent that they are helpful in your diet (or satisfy your carb cravings). That is, of course, the number pushups since that last mate's report. Which means one can bank pushups for that new PU column. Some gameplay there? So I figured maybe we could have a game within the thread of who has the best new PU 'ranking' for the month. Also a mini monthly table for those who have been #1 at least once that month. How long does one bank one's pushups? Seems to be a bit of strategy there. Wait too long and JJG will wipe you out with a single daily long day.  I was mostly doing those long days in order to prepare for he $100k celebration long day, so I am tentatively thinking that I don't want to do any more long days - yet sometimes, it can become alluring to do a long day merely looking at gaps since the last long day. In other words, I am not going to commit to anymore long days. For a while, I am going to try to stick with 5 pushups sets that include 1 slow set (first set of the day, usually), and then the other four sets would be split sets.. and I am not even sure how long I can keep this up.. since even doing those kinds of sets are not fun and they can be a bit time-consuming doing so many pushup sets each day.

I'm glad to report another further step in the number of pushups I do daily as I gradually increased my push-ups to 80 today. Practice really makes improvement. The fatigue and weariness is gradually waving off allowing me to go further beyond my limits. The fitness that comes with this exercise is so huge and keeps the arteries and veins in a perfect working condition thereby allowing me go through my daily activities without undue fatigue. 100k,tonimez,5,320,2024-12-11

I did 240 today. new record for me
How are your hands doing? Are they fine or are you having trouble with aches and pains?  I still can't break the 90 wall because I always give up at this number even though I've tried enough but in the end I always stop at this number in the last few days when I do push ups. Just thought I'd throw in some photographs from my walks. I walk between 2klm - 3klm (roughly 1.5M - 2M) per day in lots of different pictureque settings. The critters in the first image are Water Dragons and are prolific in South East Queensland along waterways where they can hold their breath underwater for 45 minutes.
