i started to feel the improvement on myself, but today, my legs, arms, shoulders and every part of my body hurts when trying. just got a shower and listening music 

There is no such thing as an off day in this challenge!  Fight through it.  Trust me.  You'll be stronger on the other side.  Don't injure yourself of course, but pain is good.  Pain is weakness leaving your body.  Enjoy it.  Crave it.  Learn to not be able to enjoy listening to music until your push-ups are done.  If it were easy, everyone would do it!  Stay strong brother.  We need your help to keep the Bitcoin price up.  Don't do it for you, do it for Bitcoin!

Smiles, sure thing to say, but then, what will I call me own now since we shouldn't entertain off day. Maybe a holiday, lol. I came across this push-up challenge earlier, was so so happy and excited about it because I used to be a lover of push ups and exercise. It was a means to get me back on track. I actually started the next day, just 80 push ups(20×4). But you know how it is, a bit weakness and pains, and I decided to rest and that was the holidays. Smiles.

But it's high time I put in the required energy, of course, no pain, no gain! So, I have started today, I wouldn't wait for the new year, NO! I want to beat the year and be a day faster than 2025. For the love of Bitcoin and for fitness and health. Daily push ups or nothing!

Even though you have done push-ups in the past, since you stopped doing push-ups a long time ago, you are not supposed to force yourself to do 80 push-ups daily, and that is the reason why you are feeling weak and pain so early because you have lost the gain and the strength you got in the past. Since doing push-ups is already part of you, I will advise you to do moderate push-ups for some weeks so that it will guide you to regain your strength back, which will help you to do more push-ups without feeling so much pain and weakness after doing push-ups.

Sincerely, I didn't do just 4 times too, it was a bit by bit push. Firstly was 15, then 15 again. Then followed by 10 and 10 repeatedly till I got worn out at 80.

But I got your point, will be a bit slow in process so I can build up gradually. Thanks man.. I must be fit, I must regain

I know you didn't do the 80 push-ups at once because of the "20×4" you showed in your post, which indicates that you did your push-ups in 4 sets of 20 reps. Maybe you can reduce your push-up numbers to 10 reps in each of your set and also take 5-10 minutes of rest after each set so that you can regain your strength and be in total control when you are pressing upward and downward, which will help you limits any possible injury that may occur. Surely if you are consistent in doing push-ups daily, it will not take much time to start gaining from this push-up challenge since you have done push-ups in the past.

When we started this push-up journey last year, it was not easy, and I didn't even believe that we would keep on pushing until bitcoin achieved the $100k mark because at some point some people were finding it difficult to keep up with this challenge, but our consistency and the love we had for each other in this push-up challenge thread kept some of us together, and we keep on pushing and see bitcoin hit the set price of this push-up challenge with our own eyes. JayJuanGee, OgNasty, and Dirtykeyboard were the high-rank members who were consistent in doing push-ups and contributing to this push-up challenge in so many ways right from the beginning of this challenge, which motivated so many people to be consistent in doing push-ups and also helping anyone that is going wrong in this push-up challenge thread. It is an honor to share this push-up challenge thread with them.

Even though you have done push-ups in the past, since you stopped doing push-ups a long time ago, you are not supposed to force yourself to do 80 push-ups daily, and that is the reason why you are feeling weak and pain so early because you have lost the gain and the strength you got in the past. Since doing push-ups is already part of you, I will advise you to do moderate push-ups for some weeks so that it will guide you to regain your strength back, which will help you to do more push-ups without feeling so much pain and weakness after doing push-ups.

Sincerely, I didn't do just 4 times too, it was a bit by bit push. Firstly was 15, then 15 again. Then followed by 10 and 10 repeatedly till I got worn out at 80.

But I got your point, will be a bit slow in process so I can build up gradually. Thanks man.. I must be fit, I must regain

I know you didn't do the 80 push-ups at once because of the "20×4" you showed in your post, which indicates that you did your push-ups in 4 sets of 20 reps. Maybe you can reduce your push-up numbers to 10 reps in each of your set and also take 5-10 minutes of rest after each set so that you can regain your strength and be in total control when you are pressing upward and downward, which will help you limits any possible injury that may occur. Surely if you are consistent in doing push-ups daily, it will not take much time to start gaining from this push-up challenge since you have done push-ups in the past.

Started off with consistent 120 push ups each day through the week in celebration of the festive and new year progress. It's been a pleasure with 297 days on this challenge, very challenging for a usual body capture more to it was the spike of Bitcoin hitting a new price mark.

2024-31/01-2025 crowned off the whole speculation about the closing price of Bitcoin for the year, made an ATH of $108,135 which was exactly/near what we all speculated above $100K.

Push ups for today 175 done, target was 200 but maybe not just in a better condition to do so many.
