I know that my schedule today will be very tight to me because i will be moving from one welding occasion to another, that is why i decided to do my push-ups now so that i will not missed or skipped my today daily push-ups challenge, when i was doing my push-ups i noticed that the more you are consistent with push-ups the more your body will be lighter in raising yourself up and down and also there will be an increase in speed and number of push-ups per days, this push-ups challenge i have taken it as one of my daily life style, to keep pushing Bitcoin price over 100k.

That is a good push-ups to start with, seeing how you gave out the ways you archived your with different sets, just continue with that and will surely make a different this year, then I'm just imagine how hit the floor during your daily push-ups, please when doing push-ups don't hit the floor just try to suspend your body very close to the floor and push up again, because hitting the floor meant result pains in the body after doing your daily push-ups.

Although I became irregular in the forum but my pushups are regular now. Excluding the two days rest I was able to make a total of 125 to 140 pushups in the last 7 days. I will add 125.

god, i've never felt this fit before.

after my first day at the gym, i woke up with a mix of pain and soreness. unfortunately, i couldn't do push-ups on the first day. but a few hours ago, i went back to the gym and now i feel amazing. despite all the soreness, i'm starting to see progress compared to when i first started.

i've been working out consistently for about a month, and for the past two days, i've been hitting the gym. i just completed today's push-ups as well. i think nothing can beat how i feel right now Cheesy

In a bit late but done nevertheless. Went to a cool light festival tonight and got a few miles of walking in while looking at some cool sights. Now with my push-ups done it is time to relax and enjoy the rest of my Saturday evening. Carnitas Adobada Burrito tonight for protein. Good times.

Wow, you walked a few miles, that's a great thing. But I want to know, were there no means of transportation for the few miles you walked? Or did you walk on purpose? We need to walk every day, and walking is good for our health. Did you suddenly walk so many miles after a long time, dear bro?

Today was amazing.. and I was happy I did something different. It was a two phase push up today.

50 push-up in the morning (10×5) before I left for preparation for church this morning. Then I decided to try it out this evening. I did 30,(10×3)got so tired and wanted to quit. But then, I managed with a determination to make it 100 for today. I took some rest and then continued wit another 10×2 rounds which became 50. 

At last, I made it 100 today. Will keep pushing, slow & steady wins the race.. yea

Aside the error of trying to chase the pounds, does it really mean this thread was never particularly meant to push bitcoin up? I'm anxious to get things right. Or could it be that we push to build the body and system while hoping to see bitcoin rise to $100k?
I think another description is necessary to get some of us that just joined the forum to the right knowledge about the motivation behind the 100k daily push-ups challenge.
I have always felt like I'm actually pushing the bitcoin each time I am engaged in it. But that has always given me a drive to go further. If it's actually meant for just body building while hoping to see bitcoin rise to 100k, maybe we can also say that with or without the challenge, bitcoin will still sit where it belongs.

In a bit late but done nevertheless. Went to a cool light festival tonight and got a few miles of walking in while looking at some cool sights. Now with my push-ups done it is time to relax and enjoy the rest of my Saturday evening. Carnitas Adobada Burrito tonight for protein. Good times.

Wow, you walked a few miles, that's a great thing. But I want to know, were there no means of transportation for the few miles you walked? Or did you walk on purpose? We need to walk every day, and walking is good for our health. Did you suddenly walk so many miles after a long time, dear bro?

It was meant to be a Festival of Lights that you walk through a path looking at the different installments. There was no other means of transportation. I drove there to walk and look at lights. It wasn’t meant as exercise. It was enjoyment. I’m glad I got to see it before the holiday season ended. I walk every day. I just don’t always mention it in the push-ups thread because it isn’t always exciting. I guess I could’ve provided some pics showing how beautiful it was, but I think I’ll keep those for myself and let you use your imagination.

You are welcome to this great community and You will definitely know more about the great Bitcoin investment now that now that you are in this forum but been active and consistence always in this forum will help you to learn alot about Bitcoin investment, I will also put it that you are lucky to come across this thread for it will motivate you to keep yourself fit all the time and exercise is also one thing we need in our life to keep the body healthy and hoping for bitcoin price to rise above $100k.

There are format on which you can be reporting your push-up activities here after doing your daily push-up you can decide to be reporting daily or weekly as the case may be or every two or 3 days and below is the recommended push-up format to report with.
100k, you write your username, you will also write your days of doing push-ups follow by your total push-up done, then continue with year which is 2025 month and date.
Below is my push up report so you can understand more of what I mean though I only did 30 push up today morning due to how busy I was today I have to skip my evening push up.

The thread is a kind of keeping fit hoping and believing bitcoin price to rise to $100k and more participating in this challenge is also for your own good if you choose to push or not bitcoin will still be what it would have been your push-up here is not making bitcoin price to go up or down this is just the nature of bitcoin what should motivate is the fitness and health benefits you are gaining doing push-ups or other exercises.

I have perus on there previous posts i have come to understand that this thread was not created for pushing Bitcoin price over 100k but for every member in this forum to participate on push-up.
And for every member that we participate in this push-ups challenge should be able to see reason to engage yourself on a daily push-ups, also to see benefits of the doing pushups challenge because it help in building your body fitness, them  later £100k was added to topic.
