It is another beautiful day God has made for us, so i started my push-ups with enough different kinds of exercises them at the end of those exercises I was able to archive my new target in push-ups and one the benefit i have been archiving in this push-ups is my body fitness.
It helps in keeping my body fit at all times and i appreciate the moderator of this thread because ever since i joined this thread i have seen the benefit of doing push-ups daily and to keep Bitcoin price on going over 100k.

i was feeling late for not writing to this thread earlier, and because of that, i wasn't starting. actually, this caused me to delay even more Cheesy

but today i made the choice and im here till i can starting from today. here is my first day's report;

Movie down, still collecting more recommendations for movies.

Not bad for relaxation through the holidays, especially after doing some strenuous exercise. Although, I feel being out a while for fresh air to fill your lungs and a glass of water would do wonders for your body.

On the movie recommendation, if your into series then, Dune Prophecy is a movie you could see. It’s not exactly a Christmas movie but, a Sci-fi movie and an interesting one too.
I'm not a dedicated movie kind, series might not be what i am looking for, most times i sleep quickly while watching a single movie so i have to occasionally visit the movie until it i gets to the end. The movie looks interesting going through the trailer, maybe after the festive season i can go back to them series.


After hitting my push ups in the morning, had a full breakfast with some Nigerian zobo drink. I'm enjoying my December with nice cooked meals, spare and fun time with those who appreciates how far we've been through the year. Some of my old friends saw how structured my body has become, like they knew me then i seem like a pro version of myself and it's really amazing to witness this progres following the $100K/£100K challenge.
I had a very special Christmas day treat, pounded yam and egusi soup (you know how e de go na) and home made ZOBO drink, with enough ginger, had too much of both and my stomach was really stuffed. Didn't plan to pushup on Christmas day but I needed activity to make me feel better, so after a few hours of local movie, I pushed up and felt so much better.

Just finished 10 sets this morning and this is my combined report for this energetic thread: 100k,Kelward,126,11306,2024-12-27
It's a frequent treat during this festive period, the ones from neighbors and close relations. Taking actual homemade zobo alongside water during the early hours of push ups will contributively improve health and substance benefits, tried it on the 25th and will be ready to do same on the new year dawn, no soda, abstinence from alcohol just to maintain a healthy fit  because i will be hitting massive numbers on that day to celebrate crossing over to where our biggest ATH lies.

That's a very remarkable achievement buddy because after all not everyone can do that where push ups for a whole year but sometimes the last days are usually always obstacles faced Cheesy.

It will be amazing if in the end it can be realized well and indeed when this challenge has become a habit it will indeed be very difficult to leave it even when we leave something we are used to doing we will feel something is missing in our daily activities.

3 Today I'm still doing the same as you are and it seems that the situation is getting more and more that I'm starting to get used to 100 push ups now and this is a situation that I never even thought I could do because before I started a good life I rarely even exercised let alone to the point of thinking about push ups 100 times a day Cheesy But I was able to do it too.



yeah I can do as  many as 250 on the third step. 8 sets of 30 and ten more.

somI am reducing to 110 and moving to lower steps. which is harder.

27+28+27+28 is 110 on step two and tag on the step work out right after the pushups.

so I do say 27 pushup and up then down 100 steps all in a row. it is a very nice work out both biceps and legs and lug heart action

8 sets of 30 sounds simple enough but it's still hard to do for me but it's awesome mate because after all it requires extra effort in the end especially trying some new steps in push ups it obviously requires more stamina and optimal muscle strength but it will be worth it in the end where the biceps can be formed very well.

But maybe that's another matter if you really want to build muscle because the most important thing for now is that my focus is still on the 100 a day challenge although indeed on day 50 I also want to try additional push ups where previously I was only 25 x 4 sets but I will increase it to 30 x 4 sets or maybe increase the set to 25 x 5 sets that I will think about later but for day 50 I want to increase my push ups especially since it is the beginning of the year so it will be very fitting for me to make new challenges for myself.

My shoulders are killing me, but in a good way
My biceps are tighter too but surprisingly light, these pushups are doing me alot of good
Please try everything possible to be using a right word to make a statement, your shoulder can't kill you in a good way, rather you should was so stive when you were doing your push-ups, so please consistent with your push-ups and you will see your body fitness will pop-up and your shoulder will be flexible to do push-ups well and keep the Bitcoin price above 100k.

My shoulders are killing me, but in a good way
My biceps are tighter too but surprisingly light, these pushups are doing me alot of good
Please try everything possible to be using a right word to make a statement, your shoulder can't kill you in a good way, rather you should was so stive when you were doing your push-ups, so please consistent with your push-ups and you will see your body fitness will pop-up and your shoulder will be flexible to do push-ups well and keep the Bitcoin price above 100k.

Over my 328 days of doing pushups, I have had periods in which my shoulders have hurt, and I have had period in which other parts of my body have hurt too.  So, it is NOT unusual that from time to time we might need to adjust our pushup quantity or perhaps the frequency of our pushup sets in order to attempt to allow our various body parts to get used to the exercises that we are doing and the likely strain upon them.  

Surely there are good kinds of pains that are just signs that your body is feeling potential for growth, and there could be bad kinds of pain in which we might be overdoing our pushups and potentially injuring ourselves.  With practice, we should be able to distinguish the different kinds of pains and make adjustments to our pushups if we need to do so.

Sometimes the pain is new, yet the pain is not anything that we need to worry about, so we can just continue to do our pushups and our body will get used to that kind of an activity.

Am getting ready for the new year. I'm hoping to do at least two sets (morning and evening) (and maybe a third set around lunch time). I've been practising, but for now will count just the one set per day.

Most times I count all of my pushups, yet I do have some systems in which I do not count all of my pushups, and over time, I have made adjustments to what I do and when I count my pushups and when I don't.

In the past 2 months-ish, I have been striving to do 5 pushup sets per day, and one slow set and 4 normal sets, and in the past month, I have remodeled my normal sets into splits of two sets, which have tended to be around 35-40 pushups per split and so 70-80 pushups per set.

I have had some days (including around the holidays when having to meet with a lot of relatives) in which my abilities (or desires) to do my pushup sets have gotten interfered with.  So in those times, if I don't get a full 5 pushup sets in for the day, then I will go back and make up the sets, yet when I do make up pushup sets, then I ONLY count half of the pushups that I do, so if I do 80 pushups in my split set, then I have ONLY been counting half of those, if they were "make up" pushup sets.  Seems reasonable to me, and so it is a way of undercounting rather than over counting, yet surely you (@Timelord2067) have to figure out whatever kind of pushup reporting makes you feel that you are fairly and/or reasonably reporting your pushups.

Edited:  Whoops.. I made a mistake in my above-submitted pushup report.. and I put the wrong date in that above pushup report.. since it should have had been the 28th (as I corrected it above)..  Yes, I see that even the pushup table had already been printed the inputs for the 28th, yet my correction will likely end up going into tomorrow's updated pushup table... or maybe if I can fit in my pushups for 12/29 prior to midnight UTC on 12/29, then maybe I will submit another pushup report for tomorrow that includes my 12/29 pushups prior to midnight UTC.  I tend to not like submitting my pushup reports if I cannot finish all of my daily pushups prior to midnight UTC, which is a common occurrence for me  - mostly based on time differences between my current location and the UTC time zone.

1) Self-Custody is a right.  Resist being labelled as: "non-custodial" or "un-hosted."  2) ESG, KYC & AML are attack-vectors on Bitcoin to be avoided or minimized.  3) How much alt (shit)coin diversification is necessary? if you are into Bitcoin, then 0%......if you cannot control your gambling, then perhaps limit your alt(shit)coin exposure to less than 10% of your bitcoin size...Put BTC here: bc1q49wt0ddnj07wzzp6z7affw9ven7fztyhevqu9k

It seems that your second pushup report is not correct, nestex_one --- since it probably should have had been "2,97"  to reflect total number of days and then total number of pushups that you had done for both of those first two days of doing pushups, presumptively 47 pushups on your first day and 50 pushups on your second day.  No?

You are correct. Seems some hangovers really last long 😅

Seems reasonable to me, and so it is a way of undercounting rather than over counting, yet surely you (@Timelord2067) have to figure out whatever kind of pushup reporting makes you feel that you are fairly and/or reasonably reporting your pushups.

Since my hospitalisation I've been unable to do more than one or two sets per day. That said, I've been working towards doing two sets daily from the new year.

Some people are aiming for one hundred (or more!) pushups in a day - I'm aiming for twenty. It may not be as many as a few months ago, but I have a goal and I'm getting there.

For  sure, you are in the better position to know, and of course, there is no shame in doing modified pushups rather than full pushups, especially when there are struggles to achieve several pushup sets per day or perhaps if you might be straining yourself  in the range of 8-12 pushups per set... but in the end, see what you can do and monitor yourself and hopefully the pushups are helping you more than hurting you, and there are some folks who I have been trying to get to do pushups in real life, and some folks just don't even want to try to do them.. which truly I would not even want to watch them even though we had been talking about such topic, and they kind of acknowledge the topic but don't consider that they want to even try doing modified pushups in the event that they are not comfortable with the strenuousness of doing full pushups.

1) Self-Custody is a right.  Resist being labelled as: "non-custodial" or "un-hosted."  2) ESG, KYC & AML are attack-vectors on Bitcoin to be avoided or minimized.  3) How much alt (shit)coin diversification is necessary? if you are into Bitcoin, then 0%......if you cannot control your gambling, then perhaps limit your alt(shit)coin exposure to less than 10% of your bitcoin size...Put BTC here: bc1q49wt0ddnj07wzzp6z7affw9ven7fztyhevqu9k

I've had a couple of people suggest recently that I modify my pushups to what philipma1957 suggested bracing against stairs and working towards lower stairs... But I'm comfortable with flat on the floor, slight lift of shoulder then whole body.

Over Christmas I was fortunate enough to house sit a friend's place and used their pool to do laps - freestyle and backstroke which was good on my shoulders.
