100 Push-Ups Per Day Until Bitcoin Is £100K Challenge

Today is my ninth day of push-ups. I tried to do push-ups on the ninth day but I could only do 20 push-ups in 2 sets. I am trying to do more but I can't do much because my body is too weak.

Stick with it and by day 90 I promise you that you won't feel weak anymore.  Sure, there will be some pain to fight through.  You will be given reasons to quit.  Nobody will notice but you...  You have to stay the course though.  After a few months you'll wonder how you ever went without doing daily push-ups.  After a year people in your life will notice.  You'll see benefits you didn't expect and your life will improve in ways you don't think are possible now.  Get after it!

That's the fact. Breaking through the discouraging painful days is really a hard nut to crack. Oftentimes many quit due to fatigue and soreness but the moment you pass over that stage you won't go a day without engaging in the exercise. The fitness it brings and the compliments that follow it is amongst the many reasons no one would intentionally want to quit the pushups daily except on health ground or busy schedules.

Got some five sets of 20 pushups each today spread through the day. I had some visits to make and couldn't go beyond 5 sets.

Yeah that's quite true, those fasting might need to reduce their pushup if they feel they can't or maybe you can try doing it early in the morning before starting fasting for the day, you can try late in the evening as well if you can else just do it early in the morning throughout your fasting  days

Yes, it can be done early in the morning but it feels a bit tiring to do the next steps. In the morning, while eating Sehri, you can do push-ups fairly well but in the evening it becomes very difficult. In the evening, after Iftar, the body automatically falls into the lap of fatigue, so push-ups are not done then. Still, I am doing as much as I can because nothing can be done by putting pressure on the body, only as much as I can tolerate. So, look at our body then doing push up.

I went to the gym today and today was the first day I'm doing straight 100 pushups at a time, it was not easy at all that was an achievement for me and I'm very happy about that before now I usually divide it I do 30 pushups in the morning and 40 in the afternoon and another 30 in the evening making it 100 a day but today I did the 100 at once I will be doing it more often and as time goes on I may increase my daily pushups to 150 but I think I will have to wait for Bitcoin.

Yes, I have reduced it as per set my convenience because I cannot do so many push-ups while fasting. I have reduced it and kept it because it would not be right to stop it all at once. Now it has become a habit but it is not possible to do more while fasting, so for me it is done a little less. Thank you brother for the suggestion.

When I think about health at the end of the day, I really remember you. I came to the forum and was inspired by such an important post of yours, so I also started doing push-ups. In the beginning, I did it very haphazard, but later, after seeing the challenges of your daily routine, I also gradually organized myself. I was inspired to give such regular push-ups because of you who created such a beautiful system here.
