After getting a 3 sets of pushups in the morning I would not be getting any more sets this night because of my joints. Had some joint pains that I wouldn't like to break me down. So I'm giving up my evening sets in order to regain my self fully for next day.

100 to start would be tough on most and also press ups are harder for some then others. I used to do 200 years ago but I considered that alot and I didnt start off with that much. Anyone skinny has an advantage on this one as you literally have to lift less weight then anyone heavier build. There is also the consideration women are possibly at a disadvantage also but some equivalence could be put into the idea. Mostly because Im too lazy but also I've done this much before so I dont feel too guilty but I will say 100k pricing could take years to occur. You are going to end up looking like Arnold perhaps so its a win/win perhaps but I dont presume 100k this year or even the next so this is maybe 700 days commitment, I will have to wuss out on this one sorry. Sure I think 100k does happen, timing is the maybe imo.
Ok. You lured me into a response. I think that $100k this year is more than 50% likely - which makes it bettable... I don't feel really strongly about this, and it is quite amazing to even consider 50/50 odds with such a high number...makes me feel kind of like someone who is overly optimistic, to be suggesting that some kind of an asset has greater than 50% odds to go up right around 2.25x of our current price $44,550 in the next 10.75 months.... So if $100k does not happen this year, then the odds of it happening by 2025 must be a little bit higher than 50%.. so maybe will have to say 55% or more.. surely bettable At some point I am going to have to work out my odds for this cycle (like I did in my previous post on the topic).... . Regarding pushups, I started on February 5th.. and so daily I did pushups: 1) 50 2) 70 and 3) 50 so far = total = 170 I am going to keep my discipline more loose, even though I was able to do more push ups from the start than I thought that I was going to be able to do at the start - but I am experiencing some soreness in my chest.. .. so for some of us there can be some value in pacing these kinds of matters.. to attempt to push ourselves, but without over doing it.. and yeah, nothing wrong with modified push-ups, even though I am going to try to continue to do regular pushups unless I hit some kind of a barrier in this process, and I am not even against the idea that maybe even various other exercises could be decent substitutes for someone who might be adding some kind of an exercise to their schedule rather than doing something that they already do.. and even the person who does a certain number of stairs, might still want to push for some push ups too.. based on stairs being cardio and push ups being resistance training.. yet if you had not really been exercising, it might be better to start with lighter kinds of activities and work your way up and even stairs might seem like resistance training in the beginning of getting used to it.. and also based on trying to stay in the spirit of the idea (not that push ups are exactly a fair standard for some folks.. including the girl disadvantage that was mentioned) - absent some kind of physical limitation.. And, @phil I cannot cannot completely let you off of the hook in regards to the planking thingie-ma-jiggie, because I am not against it.. I looked it up and it is a core strength building exercise, but I think that maybe there could be some pushups thrown into the mix, too.. especially if you are already ready, willing and able to plank for 100 seconds per day... your starting point is not whimpy at all... #justsaying... but your assertion that "can't do push-ups because too elderly" just does not seem to pass a logics test. I am thinking "dear elderly person" (more elderly than me) that maybe some modified pushups to start, such as 5 or 10 modified pushups for each planking session, and I am not really sure if 100 seconds of planking is very comparable to 100 pushups.. and I would not dispute planking for 100 seconds may well be more difficult than 20 or 30 modified pushups... but if you are able to carry out 100 seconds of planking right now, then I would suggest and cajole that maybe there might be some attempts for uie-pooie to increase your number of seconds ( is this coming off as abuse to the elderly?) or to add in some pushups (or modified pushups) into the mix as you build up your strength? and then maybe you might be able to make it to 92 as you had been suggesting in an earlier post of yours.. Come on old foggie.. ..  yet I don't want you to injure yourself, even though I cannot let you off so easily, either.. hahahahaha Push up is one of the exercise that give us fitness because me that play football there was a day I came to football pitch late and our head coach ask me for 10 press up for coming late and I gave him 35 press up he was surprised, I told him that that is my food because in the morning as I woke up at least I must make sure that I pushed up up to 50 in that morning mostly anytime I want to take my bath I push up 50 plus before going to take my bath so sometimes in a day if I calculate it well, it will be 150 plus or 200 per day I like push up thanks.
It might already be the 21st, but I'm operating on Nasty time, which centers around my sleep schedule. It is still the 20th in my book. I have a feeling tomorrow is going to be another long one. This week has been the most difficult to get through because I've been so busy, but I'm managing. I do have a great deal of respect for people who have managed to keep this challenge going while commuting to work full time and caring for a family. If that describes you, know that I think you're a legend.

I really appreciate this challenge because since then push up has been my food even before now I have been doing it personally last week Wednesday I went to the football pitch which I came very late and our head coach ask me for press up that I should press up 10 for coming late inside my mind I was very happy but if you look at my face I was not happy but he never knew that is my food so I gave him 40 push up and he believe so this challenge has made me win my head coach in also a challenge so I really appreciate this push-up challenge in a day I make sure I take up to 150 plus if I'm not sound but if I'm sound 200 Plus thanks for this.
I have been resting the big toe for a while now and I ordered a special set of custom sneakers to do all my pushups in.
The sneakers arrive today. I will do some pushups in them starting Saturday the 22nd of feb
You are that kind of student that plays with his follow or her fellow student after playing you will go and read your books and the other students will just go and sleep maybe during exam the difference will be clear and he will surprise , if you want to start tomorrow no problem I have already started the push up is really helping me at least in a day I make sure I go up ,I go up to 150 + per day thank God for this challenge my body fitness is okay now.
Push up is one of the major exercise for those that values it now I cannot wake up in the morning and at least I must push up to 50 plus if I'm sound 60 so in the whole day at least I can press up to 150 to 200 that is what this challenge has energized me to I have shared this story before last week Wednesday I went to the beach to play football so I actually I went late so I will head coach ask me for push up for coming late that I should give them 10 push up they were all they are give them 40 push up, they were all amazed and astonish so I really appreciate this challenge thanks.

Hope this pushup report does not break the DirtyKeyboard pushups table script or the pushups table.
At this point, I am not sure whether I want to slow down in my daily pushup quantity, even though there has been nearly 2 weeks that the my total number of challenge pushups have been higher than the current BTC price, whether referring to low price of the day or the daily trade-weighted price.
In my daily Excel spreadsheet input, I have been writing these two kinds of BTC prices down next to my daily and my total pushups.
At some point, I anticipate that both the daily BTC low price and the daily trade-weighted price is going to get back above my total number of pushups.
Hopefully sooner rather than later.

I'm fine. My body is not in pain because I have been involved in various sports before. I also do all the push-ups throughout the day, not all at once. Still, thank you for your advice.
I didn't have much time today. I could only do 2 sets of 25, a total of 50 push-ups.
And I didn't make up the numbers from the last time. Later, I realized that I had written 20 instead of 10 for the number of push-ups in my 4th set.

Hope this pushup report does not break the DirtyKeyboard pushups table script or the pushups table.
At this point, I am not sure whether I want to slow down in my daily pushup quantity, even though there has been nearly 2 weeks that the my total number of challenge pushups have been higher than the current BTC price, whether referring to low price of the day or the daily trade-weighted price.
In my daily Excel spreadsheet input, I have been writing these two kinds of BTC prices down next to my daily and my total pushups.
At some point, I anticipate that both the daily BTC low price and the daily trade-weighted price is going to get back above my total number of pushups.
Hopefully sooner rather than later.

today, i worked on reaching my goal of averaging 100 push-ups per day and applying the concept correctly. and i did it—i completed 130 push-ups in sets of 30, 20, 30, 30, and 20, bringing my total to 1,200 push-ups in 12 days.
just as i was celebrating this, i saw that @JayJuanGee had reached 100,000 push-ups in a little over a year. huge respect to him! this isn’t just a number—it’s like doing a push-up for every dollar when bitcoin hits $100,000. bitcoin took over 15 years to get there, but he did it in 383 days. must feel amazing to be in his position. congrats!

I have been resting the big toe for a while now and I ordered a special set of custom sneakers to do all my pushups in.
The sneakers arrive today. I will do some pushups in them starting Saturday the 22nd of feb
Hey bro are you okay today?.... Did you somehow hurt your big toe? How long have you had this problem? Do you have problem doing push-ups without sneakers? I also had this problem in my toe at first, but it went away on its own. When I got injured, I thought I wouldn't be able to do push-ups, but later I saw that my problem was solved very quickly. Today I added a new challenge for myself where usually when I start push ups with 30 reps for each set I will stop first but now I try to add a little more pressure for myself where I add 15 sit ups for one set. It's just an addition, it doesn't reduce the number of push ups in the challenge because actually this is just a change in the time of the sit ups that I do considering that previously for sit ups I combined it with running (doing sit ups after running in the morning) but for now I started trying to combine it with this push up challenge. 30 push ups and 15 sit ups for one set that although a little not too used to this because it was my first time doing it but the results are still quite good although it can't be denied there is a feeling of a little tired afterwards  100k, Ryu_Ar1,99,10755,2025-02-22

My quantity of daily pushups went above 300 in early December, so they have mostly been between 300 and 350 per day during that whole time. My initial goal was to try to meet the BTC price, and of course, there is no way of really knowing how long it was going to take to meet the price, but yeah of course, the quantity of 100k pushups was becoming more and more in the path when keeping the daily pushups quantity to such a level. You must be looking so muscular right now with a great shape after gulping a massive 100k ups and downs on your biceps and triceps.
Surely, I look better than what I would have had looked if I had not been doing pushups, yet it seems to me that as we get older, it becomes more difficult to sculpture our bodies.. so I cannot proclaim that I am looking like some kind of a greek god. I suggest you go shirtless henceforth to showcase the reward of dedication to your daily pushups exercise for the past 383 days.
I used to go shirtless a lot in my youth, but the whole thing is not looking as pretty these days, even though I have been going shirtless more frequently in recent times. .but still younger folks have a lot of advantages, and the aging process is not always so pretty... even though surely I am both stronger and looking better from having had done the pushups as compared with where I would have had been if I had not been doing the pushups. So there seems to be some return to various muscles such as biceps, triceps, lats, pecs, back and core (such as mid-section/belly area). For sure, I had a lot of soreness in my earliest times of doing pushups, and a lot of the soreness continued to be felt at various levels of intensity, yet at the same time, a lot of the ongoing soreness has gone away, and the recovery times have seemed to have had become way better. I think that sometimes when we get older, we consider that we are never going to get back to where we were when we were younger, which seems to be true, even though doing pushups has ended up still helping my recovery times, which seems to be quite a good thing... even if I might ONLY use it in terms of carrying the groceries up a few level of stairs without getting as tired as I would have had in the past. just as i was celebrating this, i saw that @JayJuanGee had reached 100,000 push-ups in a little over a year. huge respect to him! this isn’t just a number—it’s like doing a push-up for every dollar when bitcoin hits $100,000. bitcoin took over 15 years to get there, but he did it in 383 days. must feel amazing to be in his position. congrats!

I would have never considered such consistency in my doing daily pushups to have had been possible in my circumstances, so surely it has been very helpful to be regularly posting and interacting in this thread and to be able to see results in sequential pushup tables. I got sick very badly but I forced myself not to break the series, I couldn't not do it on the 2nd day, I still managed to reach 60 from 3 sets of 20 push-ups at the end of the day!
