I know that it is not very easy to be consistent with our push-ups because we can be doing one thing or the others, that could not give us the chance to be consistent with our push-ups but I'm advicing that we should try to keep pushing no matter the tight schedule we found ourselves, please all hands should be on dark, so that we can erase bench wormer in the table.

Much less busy day for me today so it was easy to get my push-ups in early. Nice that we're getting another blast of cold weather here right before it becomes insanely hot in the desert. I think March/April are my favorite months out of the year. Mostly because of Spring Training and the NBA Playoffs, but the weather is nice too. Made a total of 80 pushups today, 40 in the morning before work and 40 in the evening after work.

I've not been following this thread lately and I know it's not too late for me to keep up with the push even though I might to always write here that I can also participating. Actually pushup is a good exercise and it would be a good move if I don't mise a day, doing it consistently. Your consistency is really inspiring and I think this would motivate more people even though they don't come here to write that they are following due to your motivation. This is actually fun although I know I've felt some common pain on my back and muscles but that would not keep me down since others are doing it, then I have to be equal to the task.

Feeling good after some while, made recoveries through the week and my push up changed further with regaining my consistency for the full week. 100 push ups per day was a success, previously i did 120 push ups per day with different sets but still on the verge of my full recovery, i had to take it easy with my numbers. @DirtyKeyboard, my report submission are mostly weekly, i don't like seeing myself on the bench  100k,Obim34,367,35180,2025-03-13

I'm gradually getting to a milestone and the excitement is already too much. Persistence is a strong life tool which can give rise to anything good. Had my pushups spread through the day with six sets of 20 pushups each.

Physical exercise is the most important thing for physical health & if this exercise is done consistently, then illness will not affect people. We always want to be physically and mentally healthy. Still, we don't do physical exercise to be physically and mentally healthy, so we cannot be physically and mentally healthy. On the other hand, those who can maintain it and do regular physical exercise along with their daily work are the ones who are healthy. I'm in a much better position now than I was before. This push-up has made my hand muscles stronger physically, making me feel much stronger.

Being the first to do my report on this thread doesn't justify that I'm the best but it shown how consistent I'm with my push-ups exercise daily, I'm very happy to see the light of today, no matter how this desert heat is right now i know that it is just the matter of time we will overcome it, i run my push-ups immediately after i brush my teeth and it was marvelous and fun, because i have some cold drinks i used to cool myself at the end of exercise today.

It really feels good to work out, guys. This is something that has already been scientifically proven, but I am grateful for the happiness that comes after every workout. I did my push-ups normally today 4x25. I am trying to force the market not to affect my mental health because it is still bad. There is a solid support at 80-81k, but it is not clear what will happen, it only takes bad news for that support to break.

Although it is a good thing but I think it would be better when you do it by shortening your sets when the focus may only be strong at 35 push ups / day then it can be done with 2 sets where 1 set of 20 and the remaining 15 push ups in the second set or maybe it can also be added to 2 sets x 20 push ups. Not to say this is a bad thing as this may be your strength and we all have different levels of challenge but for a set of 7 or 5 I think you can push yourself a lot more than that although the start is good enough but when there is a push to push yourself more I am pretty sure you will be able to do a set of more than 5 or 7 push ups. 100k,Ryu_Ar1,121,13945,2025-03-14 Hey hey it's been 4 months since I've been in this challenge.

That's true and it will be like a normal thing but you some times forget that the event at that moment doesn't require what you're doing but after some time you'd come back to reality. Like they say, too much of everything is not good and that's where control comes in, I like it when you know when to engage in this push up and not by letting it control you while others are something similar to the push up and you start showing off, is not cool. To me is best to keep it cool and not letting others know you doing it, let them know at the right time like them coming to your house while you're doing and you'd hear questions like "are you in to push up?" "I never knew, can you teach me?" That's the best way to allow people know you do push up.
