100 Push-Ups Per Day Until Bitcoin Is £100K Challenge

I said I would increase my push-up count. Today I did 150 push-ups and reached 4k total. Bitcoin is around 83K. There was a green candle today but looking at the 1-day graph we are still in a downtrend.

Today push-ups was so remarkable because ever since i have been indulge in this push-ups i have not be admire with the way my body build up, by some many peoples immediately i step out for my walking out exercise that the wishes to build their own body like mine and i told them that what they are seeing right now is all about determination and being consistent with your push-ups and joined with some different kinds of exercises too and a lady approached me and said she loved my body build up and she asked for permission to touch my body, wow today i feel so good, i keep on pushing.

I agree with you on what you said, what ever you see other people doing as a difficult thing to do, it only takes courage and determination for you to do that same thing and even do it better because fear is one thing that stop us from doing many things and if not for how the man I call double JG said things about Bitcoin that is better to hold I don't think I would have been holding, I just had to push myself to o it and now I still have to say thank you to him even if Bitcoin price is moving as we expect.
If the image I'm seeing is really you then Bitcoin price need to get higher than it is because this challenge has changed you to a macho man, I know some day you'd get there.

Swimming is one of the solution to this desert heat, i can't lie to myself sometimes if my schedule is too  for me, immediately after my push-ups almost every day i due swim because swimming is also part exercise in different kinds, so once you are into body build up or fitness, today push-ups was good and cool, nothing will make me stop from pushing forward.

A very good number, 150 reps of push-ups, I'm sure you pushed yourself hard to do this, good job. I've returned to my old routine and I'm training regularly.
I pushed for a Decline push-up and a normal push-up, 100 reps were enough, I still don't feel very strong, so I'm limiting the number of reps.
The fear and greed index is still very low. Maybe we won't see 100k usd again until the end of this summer, when the downtrend ends.

It's good to know that at this moment of contemplation and sober reflection, when bitcoin has chosen to prove it's volatility, this challenge has remained unwavering. Seeing new challengers willing to contribute to the success of bitcoin while living a healthy lifestyle filled with exercise and hope as seen in @Nightwatchmare is a sign of hope.

The nature of bitcoin has made real bitcoin investors no doubt about it's future promise of greatness. I know of a friend who has been aggressively accumulating bitcoin recently. Maybe bitcoin traders would use this era to choose long-term investments other than Trade.

This week I have just 5 days of pushup report, kinda ill and weak somehow since yesterday but I was able to do 30 in the morning yesterday before it became worse.. couldn't do any today but don't want to miss my entry.

I had the same question when I first saw this post about push-ups. I was really surprised that everyone could submit their physical exercise reports here. However, you can join us if you want to make it regular. Regularly, you will do push-ups, divide them into several sets at your convenience, and submit a report of how many push-ups you did throughout the day.

A very good number, 150 reps of push-ups, I'm sure you pushed yourself hard to do this, good job. I've returned to my old routine and I'm training regularly.
I pushed for a Decline push-up and a normal push-up, 100 reps were enough, I still don't feel very strong, so I'm limiting the number of reps.
The fear and greed index is still very low. Maybe we won't see 100k usd again until the end of this summer, when the downtrend ends.

Actually it's not that difficult anymore, my body has adapted. I do 30 push-ups per set instead of 20 now. I take a few extra seconds of rest between sets. I completed 150 push-ups in 5 reps and did the same today.
The markets were quiet today. Bitcoin is closing the day slightly in the green. It's been a long time since we had 3 consecutive green daily candles, let's see if it can close green again tomorrow.

I agree with you on what you said, what ever you see other people doing as a difficult thing to do, it only takes courage and determination for you to do that same thing and even do it better because fear is one thing that stop us from doing many things and if not for how the man I call double JG said things about Bitcoin that is better to hold I don't think I would have been holding, I just had to push myself to o it and now I still have to say thank you to him even if Bitcoin price is moving as we expect.

I am glad that you found value in a strategy that involves holding and even continuing to buy BTC during these various uncertain periods, and even going back to our March 2024 to October 2024 consolidation period, it seems that guys would have had been way better off  to be focusing  on BTC accumulation during those kinds of times rather than trying to trade... and surely the same is true during your whole forum registration time, even though maybe you have ONLY recently converted over from a trader (wannabe) into someone who focuses more on accumulating and HODLing.

Surely I am much more into advocating that beginners ongoingly buy BTC through at least a whole cycle, so I would not consider HODLing to start to apply unless a guy might be feeling that he is getting close to or exceeding his accumulation targets or perhaps if a guy had been buying dips, but then runs out of money to continue to buy and the BTC price keeps dipping.  Once the guy runs out pof money, then he cannot buy any more BTC until his next paycheck comes in... and yeah, I presume that the longer that we are in bitcoin, even by the time we get into a full cycle of accumulating bitcoin, we should have had already established a decently good sized emergency funds and various other good cash management skills that involve maintaining other back up funds and management of monthly cash floats too.

Sure.  Anything is possible, yet I would not put too much reliance on not seeing $100k for 5-7 months or whatever you are trying to suggest to be the end of summer.  A lot can happen in 5-7 months.
