Week days could be hectic but push-up must take its place. Got a 4 sets of pushups 50, 40, 30 and 10. It seems 50 has been my benchmark in a set.

I see there's no late entry or time to join the pushup challenge. Currently I'm at place of work, will update mine when I'm back from work.
I made 35 immediately I arrived home after work, and another 35 before going to take a shower, making a total of 70 on 2 rolls for today. It is very beneficial to complete push-ups in the morning after waking up. When to do push-ups, especially after meals, you should not do push-ups or exercise because then it can be harmful to your health. It is very good to complete push-ups before waking up and you will see that it will be very beneficial for your body. It's great that you completed 70 push-ups in 2 sets, but it would be even better if you did them in the morning. I woke up today and completed a total of 50 push-ups in 3 sets. i was a bit more tired today compared to yesterday. i usually planned to exceed 100, but it didn’t happen. keep pushing!

i forgot to write yesterday, but both today and yesterday, i did 100 push-ups in a 20x5 format. i think i'll keep going like this for a while. some days are really exhausting, and sometimes it's the opposite—I do push-ups with a lot of energy. what about you? keep pushing!

I have maintained this push-up even through the busiest times, due to which I am having a very good time now. I do 3-step push-ups every day, and because of this push-up, I am physically healthy now.
My body has become much stronger than before, and now my morale has changed along with the strength of my body. Putting on clothes in 3 steps has become an addiction for me, now I don't feel good if I don't do it.

I've also started lifting a heavy object (goal zero lithium Yeit battery) up to twenty times in each occasion by bending the elbow to lift to under chin, then held down - arms staright. (not sure of the terminology). My work hours are varied, so I can't get into a set routine each day.

There are people who find excitement in whatever innovative exercise they discover and with such excitement, they tend to test their limits. This is good also. But what matters more is you being able to try the next day. Getting your self sore on your first day would push you to the bench uncontrollably when the soreness is at the extreme. Push-up is not just an exercise, it turns to a habit when it becomes part of you. It becomes more exciting to me, when I found out there are numbers of people doing this around the world with same target of Bitcoin reaching a certain amount. To me, it's exciting joining push-up challenge as a Bitcoin enthusiasts. I hope to keep up with the records

Another thing with the pushups, there could be ways that you really push yourself to higher levels (or maybe more challenging kinds of pushups), and depending on how fit (or young) you are, you might still be able to find some limitations in terms of how sore you might get while your body is getting used to the increased focus, if you were to choose to do that.
You no longer feel sore when you have done your pushups to some certain level and consistently except you miss out on some good days. The sore feeling always happens when you dont do pushup for a long time and decided to start again, no one pass through without facing the feeling of soreness. But if you keep pushing it becomes comfortable with your body and you no longer feel it anymore. It is mostly weighed by bones not flesh so yh you are right here. Younger ones often have stronger bones than older people. But you cannot still compare a normal guy to an athletic. Still, you are doing 100 push-ups every day, which is very good. I am trying hard, I am not able to complete 100 push-ups every day, but I can complete 3-4 sets of 60 to 80 push-ups at most. All the benefit from the day one i joined this push-ups thread, i have come to release that, there are some functioning or body developments once you are very consistent with my push-ups daily, meant be wrong with the number of days but i know that i didn't jump the number of days i do my push-ups but i reduced it because i miss-calculated it, all this happened because of my schedule is very tight that sometimes i can't just get myself think, please bear it with me because it is not really easy with over here, i will love to drop those step that which you will benefit during your push-ups, so i will advise that you should take your push-ups so seriously and see the changes in your body build up. With the price of bitcoin constantly going down, I can blame it on the constant bench members who has been on the increase. The more I push, the more I have hope in bitcoin. Bitcoin has been bearish recently but that doesn't mean it won't bounce back stronger. This is just a more opportunity for real investors to accumulate more bitcoin in their wallets. I have not given any bad feelings because I know that a new ATH is possible before year end.

Sounds about right, but I'm thinking of modifying it slightly to lift the battery in an up and down motion unlike at the moment where it's in a curved motion making the weight inverted. I'm unsure how much shaking a lithium battery can take given the number of scooter fires attributed to overcharging. Much later on now and I've just completed my sixth set of fifteen for the day.
