Push up no easy I do feel hunger after pushing the plan number I desire though I see it as a result of not being pushing up before now as one still new and adapting the system.

Pain is one thing one must feel when doing pushups, even when you get use to it the pain may come some days when doing it, there's how the body is structured sometimes your body feels weak after your pushups and sometimes it those not. But pushup is a very good exercise to engage on, tomorrow I will be doing it in my room I won't go to the gym and that is one good aspect of pushups you can do it in your comfort zone without the support of anyone.

June 4 396 steps 33 flights of stairs took 15.15 minutes right after Breakfast. Price is 70.2k June 5 432 steps 36 flights of stairs took 16:14 minutes right after berakfast. price is 71.3k
I am intentionally doing the stairs/steps a bit slower. I have found that my knees were feeling stressed when I did 33 flights in 13:13 time but at 15:15 time same steps were okay.
I will add to 16:16 tomorrow likely getting to 34 or 35 flights of stairs. about 420 steps of stairs.
If I can do 20 minutes and 40 flights/480 steps daily I will stay at that number. I will do the lite bike work at nite.

did 10 modified pushups. Modified push-ups are good also for it helps to prepare the muscles for full body push-up, I think it is most done by newbie or beginners or expecially women that are struggling or practicing how to do a good push-up. Modified push-ups also works on the chest, shoulders, and arms, with your both knees and toe touching the floor when performing modified push-ups. well the hernia repair restricts a full one but I am doing them on the stairs. My feet are on the floor my hands are on the fourth step. I did ten with out hurting or tugging on the mesh. So my body is on this angle If I can do 10 modified pushups right after my 16:16 on the stairs. I am doing well. I only need increase time on steps to 20 minutes Then slowly change angle on pushups. ie put hands on third step which makes the angle closer to normal. Something to work on the next few months. BTW my wife came up with the modified pushup idea. Since I joined this push-up challenge, sometimes I used to do this modified push-up with the help of my bed. One good thing about this modified push-up is that 70% or more than 70% of the gain is going directly to the chest, and it also helps widen the chest. This modified push-up is not for newbies; you need a lot of strength to keep up with your balance because it is your upper body that will do the major work. You are absolutely right @mayor of ogba this modified push ups is always the best push ups challenge, but just as you have already said earlier that's not really good for a new beginner because as a newbie you didn't know how you are going to possion while doing the modified push ups, just like me too it is always my favorite push ups challenge that I like must just this morning after doing 50 modified push ups in 2 set I was pretty good with my chest and my muscles. It seems you guys are mistaken inclined push-up to modified push-ups for modified push-ups is not always the best push-up just as you have said not that it is not a better push-up it is it is an open door in doing a full body push-up for it is mainly meant for that those that are finding it difficult to do a proper push-up, while inclined push-up is the one maybe you place your hands on a bench, table either your toe or hands must be placed on something. They are all good pather of doing push-ups though. I think it is the name that is confusing you. The picture philipma1957 posted here is a good example of an inclined push-up because if you place yourself the way he explained the picture, you will position yourself in an inclined plane position. Before philipma1957 will do push-ups, he must place his hand on the staircase so that he will balance his body in the right way, and that also fits into your explanation of an inclined push-up. I would also like to call it an advanced push-up because it is not a regular push-up. Okay standard pushup your body has a very small angle you are close to parallel to the floor. Modified means other than standard pushup. You can modify a pushup many ways. Got my 300 in today. I could probably push it to 400 but I don't see a need so I'll maybe try that another time. Smaller sets would have probably helped me get through it easier. Still, I feel pretty good that I did 300 today easier than it was to do 100 when I started this competition. I for sure have never done 300 push-ups in a day before in my life. Your 16th-day push-up report was not picked by DirtyKeyboard because there was a little mistake on your 16th-day push-up report. You only wrote one digit on the date in your push-up report instead of two digits, and that is the reason why DirtyKeyboard skipped your 16th-day push-up report. For DirtyKeyboard to pick up your 16th-day push-up report, you need to edit the report and correct your mistake so that it will be entered in the push-up table. Next time, try to verify if your push-up report is okay before complaining that it wasn't picked.

Yeah, my current max is also 300, and I did it on May 7th with 5 sets of 60... and probably before this pushup challenge I had not done more than 100 pushups in a day.. I am not sure, but I cannot remember having any obsession with pushups prior to this challenge. If I ever try to do 500 in a day, then I probably would do them in something between 12 and 15 sets, and it probably would not be exact sets.. I would just start out with as many I can do in good form, and then just keep doing that around every hour until I reach 500, and so maybe towards the end I might ONLY be able to do less than 30 per set.. but that is o.k... since I will likely start to get really close by the time I get towards the end of the day.. so maybe it is a day to look forward to.. .. so my current thinking is that either 1-5 days after BTC reaches $100k, then I will do as many pushups that I can during the time that I am awake.. presumptively once an hour from the time I get up until I either tell myself that I am done for the day.. or that I reach some number 500 or whatever that I am sufficiently satisfied to be a reasonable amount (for me)... Perhaps "date last reported" would somehow get included for each member too, so if there were to be a table that would end up getting updated from time to time, then such table would also show the last date that each of the members had reported his/her results... so maybe the member has to put the date in there, too ( unless maybe you would be able to figure out the date of last update from the date in which the post was made?) Huzzah! As you can see from my report and Obulis report "100k,Obulis,17,1550,2024-06-6" {sorry, it's not just you} being included, that I have figured out the auto date feature. From now on the table will be posted just prior to UTC midnight and all of that day's reports will be auto timestamped. The key now is the daysreporting has to be a bigger number than your last report, so quote away! Adding the date doesn't hurt, and it might help people keep their numbers straight so I don't think any instructions should be updated. I really hope I did figure things out.

My 16th report
100k,Obulis,16,1445,2024-06-4
I did 3 set today =35,35,35 making up Ma 15th day report. 100k,Obulis,15,1345,2024-06-03 Observations please @ Dirtykeyboard. My report is still saying 15th when I had my 16th and ready to drop my 17 today. Thanks

You are absolutely right, it is very necessary and important to confirm ones report or post before complaining cause we are human, we are not perfect that is to say we are prone to make mistakes but not regularly or all the time cause regular mistakes becomes an error. However, I think he's not to be blamed somehow cause sometimes there's how you will looked at something, you will not find any mistake cause you already know what you are to report or post and what causes mistakes sometimes is the speed at which we are doing a particular thing and sometimes, most people speak more than they write and some write more than they speak so this can cause a mistake.

I really like your pushup method. I don't know how much everyone will agree with me, but I think we should try different types of pushups (it's not mandatory at all). There are different types of pushups, as shown in the pic below. We try different types of pushups instead of doing the same type of pushups every day, we may start to enjoy doing pushups more and improve our body structure more (not necessarily for everyone).

Huzzah! As you can see from my report and Obulis report "100k,Obulis,17,1550,2024-06-6" {sorry, it's not just you} being included, that I have figured out the auto date feature. From now on the table will be posted just prior to UTC midnight and all of that day's reports will be auto timestamped. The key now is the daysreporting has to be a bigger number than your last report, so quote away! Adding the date doesn't hurt, and it might help people keep their numbers straight so I don't think any instructions should be updated. I really hope I did figure things out, but for the people in the know. Here are the new table instructions. Format(notice no spaces outside of user names): "100k,UserName,DaysDoingPushups,TotalPushupsDone" This would be the first 3 posts of a new participant named Push upper who completed 20 pushups on day 1, 30 pushups on day 2, and 30 pushups again on day 3. Day 1 post include = "100k,Push upper,1,20" Day 2 post include = "100k,Push upper,2,50" Day 3 post include = "100k,Push upper,3,80" This format would be much better and easier. As you said "Adding the date doesn't hurt", I will add date too so that I can track my report on daily basis. Did 60 push-ups in 4 sets. Almost catching BTC price with number of push-ups. I've gotten 130 push-ups in today. I think I'm going to go for 300 just to push myself a little bit and see if I'm delusional about the possibility of doing 800 in a day (quite possible). So far so good though. I'll be able to hit 200 I think without much effort. After that it might get a little difficult. Actually, let me bang out another 20 real quick so I can say I am halfway to my goal for the day...
...alright, that was a quick 30. 160 on the day en route to 300. I'm going to space them out quite a bit in an attempt to make it easier on me so I'm not sore when I get my 100 in tomorrow.

Ouch that is so much for someone your age. Sorry if i predicted your age wrongly. But i think its between 45 years to 60 years. If am mistaken you can correct me . 800 a day is too much buddy!. Unless your doing them for a different motive other than the 100k challenge. Perhaps you have some kick boxing to compete These are the places that gets affected by the push ups we do regardless of the type. So doing 800 pushups a day will increase the effects on your biceps and triceps as well. Making you look more athletic than being sexy. Is this really what you want?

I’m a wee bit younger than that, but sometimes I feel 70. 800 in a day is definitely too much and I would be doing it for no other reason than to prove to myself that I can. As far as athletic vs sexy goes… I’ll always be dead sexy. Lol. I’m less concerned about appearance though. I’m doing this for strength. This thread is about wealth and power.

It is true that there are places that will get affected when we do push-up and i believe those places are affected positively and not negativity and sometimes when we overstress ourselves while doing push-up and some other activities we will not see the effect that moment unless you start doing those activities new but if you have been doing it you won't feel the effect cause your body will be free but later when you have aged, you can't be able to hold something well cause your hand will be shaking and those muscles you have build, some will fall cause you can't be able to maintain it due to age that is why it's good to excercise moderately so that you don't have to face challenge later I know most people build there body to look hot most especially before ladies while some do it to look good for themselves.

June 4 396 steps 33 flights of stairs took 15.15 minutes right after Breakfast. Price is 70.2k June 5 432 steps 36 flights of stairs took 16:14 minutes right after breakfast price is 71.3k June 6 450 steps. 37.5 flights of stairs 17:17 minutes right after lunch price is 71.4k June 7 468 steps 39 flights of stairs 18:18 minutes right after break fast price is dropping 70.3k
I am intentionally doing the stairs/steps a bit slower. I have found that my knees were feeling stressed when I did 33 flights in 13:13 time but at 15:15 time same steps were okay.
I will add to 16:16 tomorrow likely getting to 34 or 35 flights of stairs. about 420 steps of stairs.
If I can do 20 minutes and 40 flights/480 steps daily I will stay at that number. I will do the lite bike work at nite.
and I may just may try a handful of wait for it. pushups.
did 10 modified pushups. june 5 10 modified pushups. june 6 10 modified pushups. Still need to do some modified pushups. June 7th 12 modified pushups. fight before supper. later tonite I will do the lite cycling for 10 minutes with rubber strech band work for 4 of those 10 minutes. I am almost up to the 20:20 goal for the steps. looks like I will get there this weekend on Sunday I hope.

Modified means other than standard pushup.
You can modify a pushup many ways. Your wife can sit on your back while you are in standard position that would be harder to do.
Caution: Make sure anybody sitting on your back while you do your pushups is someone with weight mass 2 or 3 times less than yours to avoid endangering your spinal cord or any part of your body. We all need to celebrate the 100k bitcoin price under a complete wellness condition. I think modified/standard pushups should only be carried out only by those persons that are with the strength to, otherwise the causal pushups are still valid.

Well this may be best explained by those who has practice or exercise over a month or two months now they may lunch deep on experience I am barely 7 days counting from today report , But my first experience is that the first day I barely do 15 push up per set it's only 10 per set after several trial I become stable on 15 , after realizing that 15 per set is what I can do without stressing much I choose it as my best push to do , and I do this five set daily given me 75 push per day. Two major thing I experience I was sweating after running the push up, second breathing so high and thirdly fell hungry and my muscles was having some pains though I don't know how this may be to others as experience differs. Today day seven report $100k,7,525,2024--06-07.
