The first thing I expected you to do was to know the current status of your account, but I was surprised that you didn't contact the support that could help with that. This has always been my first call and has helped from unnecessary stress. Cases could be isolated, so it will still be futile when people tell you this or that when your case is different. And it would have been easier to start guessing the likely issue if you remembered your password. Next time, you can try writing your password down on a notepad without revealing the platform it works for. Immediately you see it, you will know the platform it is meant for.

I immediately check my account as well if there will be some issues. Fortunately, I was able to login in seconds, so it means that I don't have any issues with Betpanda. If I was not able to login with the correct password, then obviously something is wrong.

But I did try to reset it to see the issue that you have, and yes, there is no reset email link. I even try to look at the Spam folder as it might have been send there. However, it didn't arrived and I was able to replicate your issue here.

I don't think it's worth contacting the support? Since I don't have a balance on my account, but I won in the prediction contest, I just want to play the reward with a 1x wager.

Good luck to you both, I understand your pain having to lose everything you got in a session is somewhat unimaginable and sure the whole point of bonuses from casinos is to make you waste more time on the casino so you won't blame them for making the rules a little to much that it seems is impossible to meet up with the bonuse requirements and ending up winning something out of it.

Contacting customer support is indeed the most feasible option if email is difficult to access.
I have never experienced this before, but if the same situation occurs to several people with the same problem, then perhaps Betpanda should pay more attention to this issue because, although it may seem trivial, this kind of service is actually quite useful. I didn't win this here; it's weird why it is Bitcointalk 1x USDT, but I got this win prediction contest on the other forum (altcointalks).
According to the OP who held the contest, it needs to be wagered 1x more than that is my profit. I read the terms, and you can play the bonus in all games and slots, including sports betting.

However, the turnover contribution for sports betting is 1% unlike if you play it to slots the turnover contribution is 100%.

I don't know why a legendary technical person like BitMaxz lost his account password for a Betpanda account. I understand that we can all make mistakes so can BitMaxz but it is still unbelievable with me.
