Can you imagine not even a single leg won . I guess, I am too bad at sports betting especially soccer . Maybe betpanda will add a poker client for people like me (I am sure there are tons of poker players on their platform), who would love to play some poker at betpanda  .

I have no clue about NBA or Basketball in general. I am not even aware about the rules  , all I know is you have to put the ball in a basket more times than your opponent (correct me if wrong ). I guess NBA is a big thing in your place but in my place, cricket is like a religion and overshadows any event during cricket season.

It is clearly written in their TOS; I just read it, and I believe that such a section can be found in the majority of casinos, and it's a disclaimer that it's not the casino's responsibility if a legality or another issue arises. It's understandable, not their fault, that our governments are banning cryptocurrency casinos, even though we know that they do it for taxation reasons; the casino should not be held accountable. The average country that prohibits gambling has probably restricted access to almost all online casinos - so if they want to gamble then they will have to use a VPN or something similar. Using a VPN to access a casino is likely against the average casino's terms and conditions - so obviously it will cost the gambler their winnings as they will be confiscated due to breaking the terms and conditions. Casinos may not directly list all restricted countries in their terms and conditions - but when they find customers using a VPN then they can take action.

In your case - I can only think of two scenarios at the moment. First - you are gambling at a casino that allows VPNs, secondly the casino is unaware that you are using a VPN to access their site. I am not sure you can get away with the terms and conditions if the casino team knows you are using a VPN - but you are definitely safe if they allow it.

So in essence you are saying the case of where the gamblers are being confiscated are unreal if only the gambler breaks the rules of the casino? So what if one of the rules of the casino is gamblers from certain or withdrawal to certain users on that country isn't allow and then you were asked to verify KYC maybe due to the amount of funds you won and want to withdraw, do you think the casino won't make a stand on seeing that your KYC verification is showing a region which is prohibited by the casino.  except only if ofcourse the casino allows VPN.
