"The emperors New cloths" is online!, a must watch documentary about our financial system!!

Download: https://kat.cr/the-emperor-s-new-clothes-720p-hd-t10577639.html

Thanks for the link! Just watched it. It's more about inequality and the failure of the idelogy of neoliberalism (greed and selfishness), the financial system is just one (big) part of that.

If you find this kind of stuff interesting, the book Capital in the 21st Century by T. Piketty is a far more scientific but still very readable source of information. It describes the economic workings of inequality and its historical background.

good projects and website's and the price of guldencoin is nothing

We're already 1 month between 400 and 500 sat. Seems pretty stable to me (including the order books) and could be an indication that people are actually using it instead of pumping and/or bag holding.

The stability of this coin is total perfection for the few weeks. It hasn't dipped below 400 for 2 weeks, this will give people plenty confidence to spend coins knowing that they will be at a similar price tomorrow. I have been wanting this for ages for this great coin, the value should rise slowly over time as the coin becomes more useful.

Hi fredeq and welcome,

Currently like most scrypt coins we have a issue with jump pools causing problems for us, we are currently working on the most advanced diff algo developed by our dev team which we will be releasing this month which will help balance this out.  You can follow the progress on our official forums but we are on final part of our testing phase with a release block to be announced by this weekend.

https://community.guldencoin.com/t/algorithm-choice-and-other-important-decisions-to-make/963/72

The last update being.

DELTA Breakthrough:

As of this morning we believe we have a release of DELTA that we can take live and provide a balanced solution for us, however we thought of a change that can make it even better and will be testing this change tomorrow. Either way by the end of this week I am confident we will be announcing a release block for DELTA.

Couple of questions have been brought up about other coins copying the DELTA code, since this will be the first innovative development work from our team, from the developers PoV as long as the credit is given to guldencoin we don't mind who copies it, however we won't be in the position to assist other coins in implementation because of the amount of development we have on our plates to get through. DELTA really is just the start of what is to come but a important start it is.

Just a little teaser...

Tell us how much dedicated mining hash you have for those that don't use multipools.

Once guldencoin goes multialgo can we drop scrypt and have more options for graphic card mining, more people in community mine with graphic cards like myself.

The plan is to keep scrypt for the first implementation of Multi-Algo but a GPU option will be added too. Smiley

Are you going to have the same setup as digibyte for Mutli algo? A combination of Delta and Multi algo will make guldencoin one of the best for miners to mine directly, Jared will most likely want to use DELTA for Digibyte and coins like aurora will copy the code since a few of the members from the criptoe team are there official developers now. I see guldencoin getting a lot of exposure and credit from other coins if the results are good.

Isn't Auroracoin a scam and Pump 'n Dump coin? Do I have to be worried about Guldencoin being the same with the same people involved in both coins?

no no no no no, AUR is not the same team! LTEX has taken ownership of AUR with criptoe team who are supporters of guldencoin too. There is many unknowns with AUR origins and no one knows who the original developer is. Same with EFL but EFL was confirmed a scam and same with AUR they have a community take over with a foundation.
guldencoin has been transparent and honest from the start so you can't compare the 2 situations and reason why no one can cause trouble for this coin, the only thing you can say is the people involved in auroracoin are lovers of countrycoins. I hope they succeed because it will be good for us too.

There is many unknowns with AUR origins and no one knows who the original developer is. Same with EFL but EFL was confirmed a scam and same with AUR they have a community take over with a foundation.

Funny you made that comparison. Bitcoin was also started by an unknown author, who disappeared and there is a huge amount of pre-mine that has not been accounted for... you're saying Bitcoin is also a scam?

As for everyone else:
If you want the proof why AUR isn't a scam, check the AUR thread. Discuss AUR there, not here. None of the NLG dev team members are AUR dev members. Community members don't need to be dev members, keep the two thing separate.

14hr blocktime . Best to keep the prices low until DELTA is launched. Multipools dominate the scrypt coin market and they will throw more hash if the coins price goes up further.

I will put up a large sell wall to help prevent a price increase and throw some hash at the coin.

I was just saying something similar to someone else about multi pools and scrypt. Scrypt is dead as far as I am concerned.
