OMG What has happened to the SHA256 rental price? The price is ridiculous! Has something happened to BTC? Or maybe a new coin?
LOL, I came here just to ask the same question!! And btw, does nicehash/westhash have an IRC chan? A new altcoin dropped I believe. You would think. Nobody I know knows anything about it. Another possibility is there is going to be a big announcement about an existing coin and they don't want to tip it off on the exchanges. But that should show up as an unexplained difficulty increase.

Before the price increase prices were low and I was buying some too, and I got skunked so bad on my pool! It's like a jinx. Pools should pay me to not put rental hash on them!

Anyone with a S4 have a problem with the p=x.xxxx Switch for some reason the S4 is not switching pools. I am trying the Smit/nicehash firmware now to see what happens. Thanks in advance

So now the website is CloudFlare protected?
I really hate CloudFlare. I know it's a necessary evil, but it really gets in the way.

Hello ALL
I need Urgent Answer from pool operator or Expert User
I have 6 Minners linked to SOLO POOL
Can I use 1 worker for 6 miners or 6 workers for 6 miners (1 worker for 1 minner ) ?
we are in solo pool searching only for best shares so if 6 Miners with 1 worker generate different shares so may it be not good for pool to track that worker .
and if i split workers i will have low hashrate for every worker and i will got best share in longer time .
I hope u all reply with yours knowledge Thanks

Our site is under CloudFlare Pro from day 1, but today we had to enable more aggressive protection since our intrusion prevention system detected possible attacks ... back to normal now.

I wish those top 5 standard SHA256 rentals would end. Their having a catastrophic effect on the fixed pricing.

Ok, long shot but if any of the following renters are online in SHA256 please cancel your orders and start new ones at a MUCH lower price. You're killing the rate. Thank you. P.S. I wouldn't worry about any fee you might incur, we're at 0.0100.

With the recent attacks on several websites I think it's a wise move. What's to hate? Still the same site. I'd rather see the browser confirmation thing for a few seconds rather than not being to access the site at all.

We believe there was some sort of brute forcing attacking directed at us since yesterday noon UTC time. You may have experience these attacks as extremely long waiting times to place orders. Cloudflare is successfully blocking this. Since there are no big drawbacks leaving this protection on (only 5 seconds waiting after you visit website again over some time), we have decided to leave it on for a bit longer and provide you flawless renting experience.

NiceHash presents a new feature: one-click Blockchain Lottery! Check out your Account / Blockchain Lottery. You can purchase one-click tickets for Blockchain Lottery. Each ticket will enable Bitcoin solo mining for 24 hours and give you a chance to win 99.5% of full BTC block reward, including Bitcoin block transaction fees - usually altogether more than 25 BTC! You can buy as much tickets as you wish with various probabilities to win the Bitcoin Lottery. Keep in mind that this is a pure Bitcoin technology, integrated into Blockchain and supported by Bitcoin core technology - there are approximately 144 Bitcoin blocks found each 24 hours, totalling approximately 3600 Bitcoins per day. We wish you the best of luck!

Hey, how has mining here been with users hitting SHA-256 %100 lately? Is it worth to mine here as like a regular pool like BTCGuild? I'm so busy with work it has been hard to keep up on what's going on. That's why I can't configure my pool with a price since I just don't have time to check every day. Oh well, just curious. Was mining %100 for a bit but was getting pretty low payouts. I gotta get into the rental arena, maybe during some vacation time I can read up. Indeed cool stuff. Too bad bitcoin's block chain is so damn big and just getting so much larger wonder how it will end up. I've read so many places where another alt coin is just gonna blow by bitcoin because more efficiency and security. Bitcoin seems bloated now...but then again why am I rambling?

I would set the p= in the password to 0.0110 to 0.0115 and let it roll. There have been spikes in SHA-256 the past 2 weeks at times to 30% over +.
