If you cancel the order - the commission is returned, which is removed at the opening of the order?

Yes, that is correct. Details are here: https://www.nicehash.com/index.jsp?p=faq#faqb6

Changing pool in NiceHash would effectively be the same as replacing the order (from technological standpoint), therefore changing pools is not possible, but you can anytime cancel the order and submit a new one, while the remaining funds and fees are refunded, see details here: https://www.nicehash.com/index.jsp?p=faq#faqb6

the only problem is when i request a withdraw it saying 24 hrs? for miningrig rental it took less than 2 minutes. so much disapointed my bitcoin stuck for 24 hrs. might need to change it to 1 year. you need to make a change quickly otherwide people going to think twice before sending bitcoin to you because they dont want to stuck there for 1 year. you need to make it easy in, easy out. then you will see the traffic going double for your bussiness.

I'm a hash buyer, I have tried serval times, but still can't make profit with SHA256 mining even I used NiceHashBot. Is the problem with my chosen pool?

Withdrawals for smaller amounts are are processed automatically in a few minutes. For larger amounts we have a up to 24h window to do manual verification (nevertheless even manual withdrawals are usually processed in a few hours). We're taking security and customer protection quite seriously.

NiceHash.

Question. Why does the benchmark show terminated for some of the algorithms in the Nicehash miner? For example, the R9 270x6 rig I just resurrected shows terminated for X13 when running the precise benchmark.

How's that keeping track of stats of miners to determine if they are block withholding?

Yeah I know you get paid even if there's block withholding, but I'd consider that a due diligence requirement.

Simply flash the SD card, instructions are here: https://www.nicehash.com/sw/Raspberry_Avalon_reflash_NH.pdf

You'll get the latest version of Raspberry Pi controller software together with latest cgminer which has extranonce.subscribe enabled by default, it's all included.

newb question I guess, but how do I connect to the pi to add pools ect.?

With the other mining software i've used on Pi including Avalon I just use a browser and go to the ip address. Is it the same procedure with this controller software? I didn't see it on my network but maybe I didn't look hard enough.
Thanks

It's the same as the original Raspberry Pi edition. After you flash the firmware the Pi is set to default network address, which is 192.168.0.100.

I am mining X11.

Since 24h no X11 payments occurred. The payment is shown in the graph, the amount is deducted from the total unpaid balance. But no BTC transaction is done. Scrypt payouts are working fine.

Please fix the X11 BTC payouts ASAP!

Please send email to support@nicehash.com with your Bitcoin address used for mining.

I sent an email to you on 10. Januar including a screenshot of the statistics page and the BTC address. I did not receive an answer nor the issue has been solved.

Hmm, we haven't received the email. Please re-send it and also send screenshot of the statistics page and the BTC address to PM. Thanks!

BTW: please always configure EU and USA (or vice-versa) backup pools to avoid service disruption; in most cases only one location is affected.

I run benchmarks for my r9 280x and all the algorithms read as terminated after bench-marking finishes.  Any help would be much appreciated.
My driver is now 16.1
The only modification i have made to the readme.bat is taking the two :: out as suggested by an earlier post by NiceHash.
CPU mining also works well if that matters.
