Who is the owner of this service?
Why there is no specific person/company mentioned who runs this?
Is it legally registered business? (I doubt)
You ask for verification, may I know for what reason?
Member verification requires a photocopy of your PASSPORT.
VIP membership in addition requires your UTILITY BILL.

Why do you ask for passport and utility bill? These are pretty confidential documents. There is no mention what you do with these documents and if you at all legally comply with the data protection and confidentiality act. Usually there is a reference on the website (I cant find it). I'm sure in order to gain this certificate you must fill a form or the the company needs to checked out - depending on the country. I don't even know where the heck you are running this website, in the US? Why did you register the domain as private? Are you concerned about something? You are dealing with ones money.

I have personally purchased several times from the site and I can assure you, I received my coins very quickly, for the price indicated and without problems. I have also worked within the financial sector and see no problems with the requirements as stated considering the current state of crypto and government interest in regulating it. In fact, I applaud the operators for making a distinction between low and high volume purchases and requiring documentation for the latter. And, having been a high volume PayPal member since they went in business through my ebay seller account, I, personally, understand the accountability provided by PayPal and penalties involved in defrauding the customer or the service. There are more checks and balances in place here then meets the eye.

Once again, excellent job Pandacoin, lets continue to get the word out that crypto is getting easier and more friendly every day...

Just to make sure you understand the answers you were given to the questions you asked, I will answer them one by one.

The owner if the service BuyPND is Jommy99, who responded to you.

There is a specific person AND company, and it is Jommy99 who owns and operates the business "UsePND" through which BuyPND is run.

It is indeed a legally registered business.

Verification for larger amounts is for protection of the business as well as for taxation purposes most likely (I am no expert here, so I may be mistaken.)

The member and VIP verification are both found in Cryptsy and Weselldoges many other services that sell cryptos for Traditional currency. This is not out of the ordinary, and you are NOT required to verify yourself in this manner.

Confidential documents CAN have certain information blacked out, such as Drivers Lisence number etc, so that there is no identify risk.

As for why merely a verified paypal is not enough, sellers of cryptos are often "shafted" by paypal when nefarious individuals claim that their transactions were not authorized. These cases are mediated when the seller has obtained proof that the identify of the buyer IS ACTUALLY the identify if the owner of the paypal account. Further, it allows the business to pursue legal means of compensation if someone steals money via a paypal scam (we all hope this will never be necessary).

There's no need to heap on the praise. I do appreciate it, and quite a number of individuals have said wonderful things about the CCC, having no idea who wrote it, and that brightened my day quite a bit when I saw those kinds of comments for the first time

Its a very easy interpretation to declare what happend with lill.com and the billion dump a few days ago as "not a scam"

"Every word Kosmost has said is rational and well thought out. No one has answered his questions with evidence of scams etc etc:

Innocent until proven guilty. He said he did not sell coins before the LLC announcement and he has constantly said he still owns his coins. There is no evidence to the contrary. If you asked me if I sold the coins and then I said no and told you I still own all my coins I am logically just as likely as Kosmost to be lying.

There were 3 hypes based on lill.com sale offer. One pumped KARM to 380 Litoshi, second to 240 from 170, third to 150 from 110,  All pumps were based on fake news. No proof, nothing. I asked Kosmost many times to prove he got thay offer. He rejected to do it. He is suspicious of scaming people with fake news, manipulating market price on fake news and dumping on them on pumps especially on 31th of August. There was insider dumping, someone knew that deal was not gonna happen 1 day before. He dumped to 11 litooshi, such dump at that low price can happen only if dumper is 100% it is game ower. The dumper knew all facts. There was only one person who knew that fact, and that person is Kosmost. Sorry but Kosmost has never shown anything. There was 17billion KARM volume bought during 2 weeks before KarmaShares  were announced at 8-15 litoshi price. That one who bought at that price was selling that cheap KARM at 20-60 litoshi during next weeks. And the very same guy was dumping on us all the time especially on 31th of August.  Very simple calculation show that there were 50-100 BTC earned on that cool organized scam. Kosmost does not need to steal 8,5 bilion KARM from karmashares, they would be worth nothing after that steal. He just need to quit this scam without real life consequencies.

This coin is a pump and dump. It certainly appears as a definite scam . Brings no innovations, no interest  like every secondhand coin here.

I assure you I have no interest in scamcoins  such as this one. I warn innocent. You call this future, I call it last breath before extinction .
