Lots of people don't take the time to do even some research. Also you have to think that on this forum everyone has a double agenda, they either want to promote the coin they support by trashing another coin, or they want to buy more of the coin and are fudding to lower the price to buy more... You can never do good for everyone. But its their loss

Yep, volume on the increase, and some good articles have been posted online - as linked in a previous post. Nice to see some outside movement.
Yes, I hope people finally realize the potential of this coin/community/dev team You're right, volume is slowly increasing. We are still being treated as a small time shitcoin from most of the people in this forum. I think this is what the first impression that PND is giving off atm. I wonder what we/dev should do to remove that kind of impression. as long as it has nothing too do with a rebrand of the name Pandacoin... Im good with everything I don't think it's solely because of our names? People who have been in crypto for over 6 months, might still have a bad taste in their mouths about the "never too be named again" coin The more reason for PND too move forward and dont look back, and seperate pnd even further from the negativity this name had too suffer off in the past because of a shitcoin with the same name unfortunately... I just mentioned it because people might bring that up

Anyway, we're working hard on the next set of updates we'll prove them all wrong and they will be cursing that they missed the train like with Bitcoin

Lots of people don't take the time to do even some research. Personally I don't have time to do much research. On 1st page it is said to be POS but there's a miner... for the initial PoW period I assume.... is it using scrypt? It doesn't seem very useful to mine it right now using conventional GPUs, let alone browser. How is this coin going? Nonetheless, I want to congratulate with the PandaCoin team for their efforts on the GUI. This is fairly close what mining should be in 2014.

The miner is for the multipool, which mines OTHER coins and trades them for Pandacoin on exchanges automatically. This coin is currently moving at a brisk pace into the future my friend

This is the wake up call. now all big companies are gonna follow and adopt BTC. LONG LIVE INTERNET MONEY hooray for magic internet money PND needs to convince Paypal; that PND has great value, community and skilled devs working on project compared to Bitcoin. So change the decision and replace Bitcoin with PND. Imagine, what will happen to PND if my words comes true?

This is the wake up call. now all big companies are gonna follow and adopt BTC. LONG LIVE INTERNET MONEY hooray for magic internet money I found that link in this blog http://blog.fefe.de/he`s a member since many years from the Chaos Computer Club CCC and his statement to that specific article is: There was for a long time no clear sign like that, that the end is near. (not the end of bicoin, the end) He "hates" cryptos cause of manipulation and more cause of the enormous wasting of energy which cryptos need to generate coins. Maybe someone should send hin a mail about PND and POS the energy saving coin. He has a big community who follows him, often if he links a site the traffic will be to much for that pages. So an article about PND in his blog would reach an enourmous amount of people.

We are still being treated as a small time shitcoin from most of the people in this forum. I think this is what the first impression that PND is giving off atm. I wonder what we/dev should do to remove that kind of impression. As much as the devs hate the idea Panda needs to reach out Twitter. Those guys are where VCs, other investors and tech savvy people go to get news about altcoins. Those Twitter guys have contacts with real world media as well. IconicExpert, for example, got Vootcoin coverage on Forbes. Voot imploded because of dev stupidity but he was able to easily get them that exposure before Voot committed collective suicide. Panda wants to get out to the mass market but first it has to get big in this world, unfortunately. Dogecoin went the same way; first big on BTC and then out into the real world once there was enough attention to attract the general public. Panda's ideology is to avoid the promoters and pump/dumpers. That is shortsided because they hold the keys to the kingdom. Better to bring them on-board, bribe them, whatever to further Panda's goals. If Panda really goes large and gets real world attention they won't be dumping either; Panda will turn into a real investment coin. Manelecrypto is a small time Twitter punk who has nothing but good things to say about Panda. As much the devs scorn that kind of thing, people get their information from people like that much more than they get from reading a long forum full of trolls. Also why not do do a business plan and approach VC firms? Dogecoin had this chance, scorned it and is now doing a dirt dive. A couple of million in VC money and the attention that would bring would put Panda over the top instantly.

A couple of million in VC money and the attention that would bring would put Panda over the top instantly. I thought mostly the same today. Maybe we need more attention on twitter and maybe and I am really not clear about it but maybe we need a lil p&d to find a realistic new bottom. I think that 1-3sat level is definitly undervalued for the effort of this coin.

This has been discussed multiple times guys. One of the reasons this coin was made was to counteract a pump'n'dumper. While I do agree that we need more coverage and more exposure the marketingteam is working their asses off.
About VC: this was also discussed before, if we get approached, we will look at their offer and we will discuss it and consider what is best for the coin. However to actively look for VC at this point makes no real sense.
We have a lot planned and are working hard, I think we showed with the previous release that we can actually deliver.
