ETH node is working again on eXch, but it seems that they don't recommend its use either.
Here is the last statement about the whole thing:

10-06-2024 ETH node degraded performance. Due to low quality code being committed by the contributor "Holiman" to the main Ethereum repository (go-ethereum), our ETH node is experiencing instability for last days affecting orders involving ETH and ERC-20 tokens. Any orders created to receive or send these currencies may face deposit detection and payout delays till the situation is reviewed and resolved. If you don't want to experience unexpected order delays, please do not trade ETH on our platform till the further update of this notification. Ticket response times related to ETH and ERC20 currently vary from 12 to 24 hours.

Small update regarding the ETH node issues;

UPDATE: The transaction broadcasting issue was resolved by implementing a patch to the bug that the core developers refuse to fix or admit as an issue. The Go-ethereum core development team is the most incompetent team in the industry. There is even no point to report issues to them at all. Our service has currently no issues.

Besides all of the above, I posted raffle in the Romanian translation of OP and also inside the Romanian thread dedicated for contests.

I was also wondering, seeing the success of these raffles, if eXch has something in mind about coming up with some other series of raffles, maybe with other kind of collectibles, after these 20 raffles will end? I know it's a lot of time left until the 20th raffle will be held, but maybe if eXch has something in mind about continuing with such raffles, maybe some constructive ideas may come up in this amount of time.

 I support this idea, I think it's a great way to promote a good service while offering activity and great prizes to the community.

Also, perhaps if eXch has the time to do it in the future, I think an Ask Me Anything topic with him could be very interesting. He always seem ok with being transparent and open to discussion, and it could be a great opportunity for us to learn nice stuff.

I visited the website today and noticed they have not added any other new crypto to their list. I mentioned this before in a post some time ago and understood the reasons why the options were not expanding. Though it is not detrimental in an capacity to not increase the number of crypto available to exchange, it would certainly bring a bigger client base to their website. If eXch were offering those services at a compromise to their ethics or security, nobody would expect them to do it but if those two principles are not affected maybe they can consider it.

Keeping that aside, I hope all is well because their forum representative has not been online since 3rd June 2024.

I had the same issue with onion website time out, than I changed identity with my Tor browser and I received some error message warning me about some risks, certificate issues, etc.
I accepted all ''risks'' and website loaded perfectly fine after that.

I did not allude to anything on the contrary. I am glad they are open to the idea of adding more options to their website. Reputation on any website is extremely difficult to come by and from is apparent within the forum is that eXch have excellent reviews and feedback therefore whether they chose to expand or stay with the crypto they have, they will continue to attract new customers as well as retain existing ones.

You most likely visited the "http" version of the website which still loads normally, the "Https" version is not available at the moment for some reason. Perhaps it's temporary. I wouldn't use the "Http" version for any transaction for now until it's rectified.

I've also had a ticket open for ~15 days, but it's not urgent as it's just related to my referral link. I guess they probably have accumulated a lot of tickets during the previous problems with the ETH node...

If it's Ethereum, they recently had problems with ETH nodes working. In addition to stating that it was resolved, their advice was to avoid an ETH swap until further notice.

In the meantime, an update was added that there are no more issues on their platform, so it is quite possible that as paid2 says, they are late with the answers due to too many support ticket requests.

It is good to see the eXch website when it is functioning but I am having hit and miss problems. Sometimes the website opens after an excessive delay and on other occasions it times out completely. There do not seem to be any issues with the clearnet but is anybody else currently experiencing the same issues with the onion link?

I don't know if it has something to do with the TOR browser settings, but the first loading is quite slow for me as well. Although almost all onion sites work noticeably slower, that is also the reason why I use them less often.

It's down on my end as well. I tried with three different TOR identities and refreshing but couldn't get it to work. Perhaps it's just a short-term maintenance downtime. It worked fine this morning when I checked the status.  

Edit: The TOR version is working again.

I just tried opening eXch website using onion link and it works, but I have to accept risk message (related with certificate) shown in Tor browser.
If it's not working for you than try changing identity in Tor browser until it works.

I'm starting to get worried about the eXch team to be honest. It's almost like they've completely vanished (not voluntarily though) and aren't even maintaining the infrastructure, at least when you look out it from the outside.

Either that or they've somehow became worse at communicating with the outside world over the last few weeks/months.
