Any problems with the network?

For some reason I can't sync with the block chain, it keeps saying "loading blockchain data" and nothing happens.

Do you use windows version ?
I guess i know what the bug is, try to download blockchain from website: http://boolberry.com/downloads/windows/blockchain.bin (if you use windows) and load GUI from that.
Next build will be with fix for this problem.

I erased the blockchain.bin file and then relaunched the client and now its working perfectly.

No idea what caused this problem.

I am with you on this BitcoinFX. But something that you may not be aware of is that the current name, even after being quite unique, has hurt adoption after being ridiculed here in forums and exchange boards. It took a while to get used to the Boolberry name and I am sure with time I will get used to the new one as well.

Please don't stop mining or supporting this great coin. It would be extremely disappointing to see you go.

Also beware of trolls who are posting here as if they care about the name Boolberry. These same persons use the name to denigrate it in other places and they will hate to see that the name is being changed and they can no longer attack it. I think we all know who robinwiliams is a sockpuppet of too.

A couple quick notes.

Is "rune" not a single syllable as opposed to two?  It has a mystical connotation.  I think it is my fav of the three.

Vortex could have a negative connotation as it is associated with drains, tornados and used as "caught in a vortex".

We have a VERY clear direction moving forward. The rebranding is the first step in that direction.

Its great that you were a fan of BoolBerry, but the name was been ridiculed in english-first language regions since its inception. The conotations of both "bool" and "berry" are cartoonish in english-first language regions. 

Although "bool" has a meaningful technological aspect the pronounciation of it, especially when couple with "berry" left it sounding, to be quite honest, silly.

Although it might not seem fair, having a name that is brandable in English, first and foremost, is a very important consideration.

First i want the best for Boolberry and if the re-branding will help, then i will advocate it.
By my self i like the name Boolberry, but i´m not a English-first language speaker.

How i understand you would the re-branding have only a positive effect to the english-first language regions. What do you assume how big the effect will be, and will be it worth to re-brand it for this?

Who said anything about vote, it's choice of lump it like it..... This Sir is not a Democracy.......I vote for Aardvark Coin at least it will be at the top of list.......it's as good a name as the given choices...IMHO

Really. Limiting the fourth renaming poll of the cryptocurrency you started to a measly three options after the previous polls with 1000 options including the status quo returned no consensus?! Absurd. CZ is literally hitler.

The names of proper cryptocurrencies are voted on by at least 1,000,000 sockpuppets community members in a poll with at least 1,000,000,000 generic nouns options. Name one successful cryptocurrency that was not named democratically.

P.S. Boolberry is a terrible name, I will now make fun of it.

I think couple of monero shills have expressed this deep desire to keep the name Boolberry and their posts are not being deleted if they are sincere on the voting thread. Only darlidada/nekamoto sockpuppets are being deleted for being consistently repugnant. I am guessing this is why there is no poll option on the thread.

For the record, I full expected you to come here and show the support to keep the name BBR. Just very predictable mate.

I'm a monero supporter and hedge with same number of bbr.  I'm not a fan of the boolberry name.  But less of a fan of the new ones.  Regardless I'll keep matching with equal amounts of bbr/xmr
