Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

By the way slapper, I made up with Zoidberg ages ago and also took a position in BBR because even though I don't see BBR overtaking Monero, I certainly see it riding out over all the other shitcoins in the forum.

windjc is a bbr troll, why bother responding to him?

He rage dumped Monero because of how some Monero supporters were acting, something that the core team cannot ever control.

Cipher is okay and acceptable, but it isn't that unique also. I would not do BBR Cipher, as the BBR part looks like a meaningless pre-pendage.

I vote Boolbury or stay with Boolberry.

It hides your money with booleans.

bur·y
ˈberē/
verb

    1.
    put or hide under ground.
"he buried the box in the back garden"
    2.
completely cover; cause to disappear or become inconspicuous.
"the countryside has been buried under layers of concrete"

It is completely abstract noun portmanteau of noun + verb. Boolberry is more clearly a noun, and has no negative word (bury can be a negative in some contexts).

Just to clarify the record here. I didn't rage dump anything. I lost confidence in Monero as I watched how many (not all) of their devs communicated and, more importantly, when I realized the Crypto_Zoidberg had simply created a superior technology of CN.

This is not rocket science. If I am going to trade, I mainly trade BTC . It has great liquidity and I can make profits buying and selling.

However, if I am investing in another crypto I do it long term based, first and foremost on the developer(s) and technology. That is why I have been a huge supporter of Nxt. Its why I am a huge supporter of JL777's projects including SuperNet and its why I am a HUGE supporter of BBR.

BBR simply has the best CN tech - yes, its core engine is MUCH more refined than Monero's - and it has the best developer. In fact, the only thing I don't "like" Wink about CZ is how modest he is (in huge contrast to the arrogant atmosphere that perpetuates many in the XMR community). So if CZ isn't going to promote himself, then its on the rest of us to do it. And that's why I am here. Just 1 in a growing army of hard core supporters of a coin and tech that has a chance to offer real safety and security in crypto transactions.

This BBR is XMR's silver crap is just propaganda. Its now just a matter of time before the crypto world knows the facts.

Despite all this, I do not have any personal issues with anyone involved with other CN projects. I don't wish their projects ill.  But I am also not going to join a coin just because a lot of "hero members" tell me that I should because they are cool and all that.

I am always going to support the best technology and best developer. And if the community is nicer too - then that's just an awesome bonus.

You are free to post here with your opinions about anything Sussex. Personally, I would prefer if you refrained from making personal attacks on anybody, including myself. But I know, in my experience, that is sometimes too much to ask with some people.

Brilliant, thanks very much.  Grin

I VOTE RUNE!

EDIT:

I don't think any of you are idiots, you just maybe got a little too involved in your own visions and forgot about the rest of us - a little bit.

Peace.

EDIT EDIT:

I've deleted the post on the other thread.

Peace. Peace.

Boolbling (BBL or BBG)

That's actually quite good.  Grin

Of course it also makes use of alliteration - https://wikipedia.org/wiki/Alliteration - which is another reason as to why the Boolberry name works well.  Cool

This BBR is XMR's silver crap is just propaganda. Its now just a matter of time before the crypto world knows the facts.

...more lulzy raging...

Before I address your lulzy rages, I'll confirm you are right about BBR not being silver to XMR's gold.

The relationship is more like palladium to platinum, although the market doesn't realize it yet.  The silver in the CN family is DarkNote, based on its much larger/quicker emission.

As to your problems with the XMR team.

CZ, your boss, is working with them.  As is JL777.

If even the irascible, manic depressive/bipolar Anonymint can make nice will both camps, WTF is your problem?

You picked on new members when they dared to vote for keeping the name BBR, and now you're picking on Hero members for establishing friendlier, mutually beneficial links among the historically dysfunctional CN family.

You like SEO and JL777's coin hype/pumps.  Does that have anything to do with you suddenly being dead set on the unpopular name change right about the same time as DarkNote relaunched and surpassed BBR's market cap?

Sussex was right to point out that we should be able to vote to keep the name BBR, and also right to point out Runecoins already exist.

I am sorry, how is it that you plan to support this coin? You are always condescending with respect to everything with this coin from the few posts I have seen. At least windjc is trying to do something as opposed to just saying that "I hold BBR", acting smug and insulting everyone who is trying to advance this coin.

Sussex brought up a very good point and is a passionate supporter of this coin, and from the looks of it, windjc/jl777/zoidberg are listening and open to hearing opinions. windjc is right, there should not be any silver/gold/palladium tags painted on anything. It is only you who has kept bringing it up even after being objected to.
