So in essence you're locking people from sending coins to the exchange... So even if someone wanted to sell now they cant unless the xmr is already on the exchange..

The code is evaluated so that we can say with certainty that no coinkiller exploit can be used against us, and this makes me thankful for the original coders of CryptoNote.
