I am posting this because it was deleted from the AMT thread:

You guys are ridiculous.

This is getting absolutely ridiculous.

Explain to me why Google maps clearly shows that the mailing address of RMA units is right behind the temple?

https://www.google.com/maps/dir/443+Old+York+Rd,+Jenkintown,+PA+19046/430+Johnson+St,+Jenkintown,+PA+19046/@40.0970725,-75.128386,17z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m13!4m12!1m5!1m1!1s0x89c6b0ea2dc084df:0x8ec8a5f182a73170!2m2!1d-75.1259738!2d40.097125!1m5!1m1!1s0x89c6b0ea37aa428b:0xf0fcfc48c946266!2m2!1d-75.1265974!2d40.0971069

On Johnson road, on the side of the even street numbers, the only building with a second floor is the Masonic temple!

As a customer,  I really want to know why AMT dealings are from the back of a Masonic temple.

This is absolutely ridiculous that you deliberately chose a location that is the back of the Masonic temple!!

Is this some kind of crude prank that you are playing?

Maybe they were in a hurry and didn't walk around it to see the front  Cheesy LOL

Actually that is the truth. And no, the fact that there is a lodge around the corner didn't really factor into the decision of taking that office. It was vacant, affordable, a shorter commute and cheaper than the last location by $260 a month. Oh, and it wasn't right next to the lawyers that were suing us. There's a Dunkin donuts on the corner guys, maybe we're in cahoots with those guys as well right. And we'll be pre-selling munchkins and the latest Koolata's soon enough.

"Look AMT's office is right next to a Catholic church!  And a park! and if you zoom in on google maps you can see a car parked out front! OH MY GOD"

It is the back of the Masonic building.   It has no windows!  Are you serious?

This:

430 Johnson Str., flr 2, Suite 202, Jenkintown, PA, 19046,

doesn't look like a legit office.

I mean.... the doors don't even have door handles, it looks like it opens only one way,  from the inside!

We aren't saying that it is right next to the Mason temple,  it's the back door of the Masonic temple!

You've lost it Carlos. You're just gone at this point.

If this is not the location, then can you furnish a photograph of the location (use Google street view if needed).

I honestly do not see any other 2 story building in the vicinity of 430 Johnson Str.  The 2 adjacent lots have single floor buildings.

Can you confirm if the photo in question is your location?

If you just pan around in street view (which is honestly not so accurate from all my dealings with it) There is a 2 story building just two lots away to the viewer's right.  It's behinds a 1 story building. Not saying it's theirs but lets look at the situation here. on the right side of the street that pulls up there are multiple 2 story building all in a row.

AMT already admitted that such is the case of which was quoted that you've replied to incorporated in this very post. I highlighted the text above in case it's missed.

"the fact that there is a lodge around the corner"

THey didn't say it was in the lodge, they stated there was one near by

"Maybe they were in a hurry and didn't walk around it to see the front  Cheesy LOL"

To that they responded, "Actually that is the truth."

That is exactly what I was told by FedEx when they tried to deliver my first time, they didn't walk to the back.

The street address is an even number so looking North it is at the right side of the street.

Can AMT send a photo of the actual location?  I requested this, but was typically ignored.

Since you're buying existing cheaper miners and shipping them as your own, how many miners are you sending each order?

Announcement:
We Segree Digital have developed new 2TH/S A1 28NM miner

Price and Delivery

Unit factory price : 2700USD/PC
More than 10pcs:  2600USD/PC

Looks like 3x 2TH/s miner for each 1.2 T order seems fair.

As nice as that would be, for those unaware with even one of those 2THs boxes, you will blow any 15A circuit (which is most US homes and apartments) 20A will run it, but you will need some cooling just from the looks of it it looks like a monster.....and for anyone with the cash, run it in a datacenter. Getting it hosted is your really best option unless you are willing and able to spend the money to add more Amps to a circuit or two (not to mention the nice electric bill that comes in at the end of the month).

Just looking at the specs online for these things. http://www.bit-winkor.com/xproducts_view.aspx?id=11 25Kg=55Lbs.

Ok, good. Yes, 2000 will blow not only every 15a circuit, but every 20a circuit at 120v. You can't run a circuit above 80% continuous (20a * 120v * 80% = 1920 watts). You will have to use dual circuits. They come with dual 1000w power supplies, so you'll have to put each power supply on a separate circuit.

Right. so doable if the circuits are seperated. For home based mining these will be very impractical. Also something of note....make sure the wires used are rated for the PSU currents being sent through it. Don't plug in a power cable used on a 300W PSU into a 1000W PSU or you will find the cables exploding, catching fire, melting (one or all at once). Common rookie mistake I made that mistake years ago on something else. Learned that lesson quick. I presume the systems will come with cables rated for use on them. That said check the cable jacket before plugging in. OR plug it in wait a few minutes....if the wire is hot to the touch, power the miner off lest you burn your house down or have the cable explode which could also cause the PSU to fry as well and in turn the miner.

These are just small but significant technical details most people don't think of as out side of the server room rarely is hardware this power intensive run. But yea what syke said is accurate as well. Better to split the load across to circuits. In theory you COULD get away with running the 2TH miner on a single 20A. But really really pushing it at that point and only then if you have a dual pole circuit. Single pole will likely just overheat and trip regularly in the summer. But that also assumes the miners run at peak 2k power all the time. Most of those are 80 percent efficient themselves (if I am guessing at bare min on PSU). So its possible to run ONLY a 2TH miner on a single 20A circuit and nothing more.

To be honest just looking at the pictures its pretty obvious what they are and comparing them to the website (http://www.bit-winkor.com). They are just re-branded...honestly see nothing wrong with that. We see it all the time with products. Sometimes its a tablet, or a phone or something else. Its all usually sourced from something in China with a few exceptions. If it works and we get our hash power + comp....looking at the economics of it, with whatever chips AMT had left (which likely was considerable) they could have had these made at a much lower cost than the advertised price and just had to pay for the additional work on assembly. They are working with an already working and proven design. On the cost side it should be alot less than the advertised price for them just on the point that AMT would have likely provided their own chips. How much more? Guessing each machine would be built at 1000-1300 depending on the model. This is a guess based on AMT providing chips to the source. Who knows what other incentives and such are involved that could bring the price up/down. But it seems like a reasonable estimate.

So this is what they're shipping to everyone? $1000 machines to people who spent $5000? Even Apple can't pull off those kind of profit margins. WTG Josh!

Yea would be pretty bad if they sent out just 1THs systems to 1.2Ths....guessing here but I think all 520Ghs users get the 1Ths and the 1.2Ths get 2ths seeing as there are no lesser options than 1Ths. Not a great situation...it would be nice if it were better comp for everyone (again assumption). I guess cross one bridge...at this point getting them at all is one bridge to cross. tackling the compensation situation would be another one. Assuming this is what is actually shipping. Until we get the hardware its just all speculation at this point.

SCAMMERS!

I'm just wondering who you're screaming at?

This isn't their thread. If you are just trying to make it known they are scammy then obviously you're a little behind the times.

Orders of 1.2TH should receive at least 1 2TH/s just because the fuck ups. I think they will use that as their justification for MPP. If they give the 1 TH for the 1.2 TH I think someone might hunt them down. It won't be me, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was someone

Now if we are looking at this from a monetary point of view we should be expecting at least 2 x 2Th/s models. This may not be the profit margin they were looking for but they would still make a couple hundred off of my order. Now remember they said they expected to run at a loss at first just so they could get their name out there and get some word of mouth. I think they've managed that at this point. Maybe not like they were expecting.

now 2 x2 TH/s is pushing it for keeping it in my home. It will make everything miserable and my outdated apartment's electric weep sparky tears. I live in a goddamn desert anyway. I'll have to look colocation if I don't want to fight the heat with the cooling. I'm wondering how much would be reasonable to pay.

I mean obviously what it would cost in electricity + just the convenience I've never had to co-locate before, anyone who has any words of advice so I don't get taken... again? Or just point me to any website you might find helpful and I'll take it from there.

There are a few cheap colos in the midwest and rockies as power tends to be cheaper, this thread http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=960832 has some good ones. Personally so I have the hardware closer I am willing to pay the premium and keep it in the NY/NJ area. But that's me, I have other things going on that require them to be close to me. But for most people, I would recommend the cheaper route. They are no less capable. Only drawback is you likley would be moving it outside of an easy to reach area. If you happen to be in one of the areas of cheaper power, then you should be able to find a colo local to you. Shop around and check reviews from IT pros in your area as well. That will help immensely.

To spread the word about the AMT User page on Facebook, I've started an ad campaign to reach the masses around the world. It's quite amazing the tools that facebook has in it's ad manager. In a few short weeks I've been able to reach thousands of people and more everyday.

Although this number is less than the views the thread on bitcointalk has, this campaign is reaching unique people vs repeats on bitcointalk.

yes, you need to use the appropriate 20amp wire also (12/2 Gauge). I also don't recommend using 10amp chords on single miners even at 1000w, user 15amp.
