Another idea, also interesting for big trader
10% for a full first deposit each adress (not staked ORB)
everybody must hold this first deposit min. 3 month
once bonus per member bitcointalk, member must post their adress here for check. and is also responsible the bonus to demand!

only the first people get this, so the first 200, 100, 50, 25, 10.

200 x 125 = 25000 x 10% = 2500 ORB
100 x 250 = 25000 x 10% = 2500 ORB
50 x 500   = 25000 x 10% = 2500 ORB
25 x 1000 = 25000 x 10% = 2500 ORB
for big trader 10 x 2500 = 25000 x 10% = 2500 ORB

so we get more volume and are interesting for other exchanges
