Currently NXT,NEM,NXTL,NAS - all probably will have such exchange i don't see point in that in general.
Etherum will be also designing build in exchange but diffrent programing model will be included...
...To many features build in will slow down such currency and will cause bugs in security.
More features more possible bugs/exploits.

i'd rather say: buyers know that others have been dumping for weeks and have been speeding up recently (probably to get all money out to jump on DRK) and do not "buy" (== drive the price upwards) since the dumpers will always deliver at a low price right now. Just look at the intervalls of orders being filled, could not be more obvious.

Why is the price dropping?

People seem to prefer to cash out all BC and take the loss. Then take whatever BTC you have and put it in DarkCoin as that coin seems unstoppable.

But Darkcoin went up too fast too soon, huge dump is imminent. It is like when BitCoin skyrocketed to $1200 too fast.
The only question is when this dump on DC will happen. When that happens a lot of people will again start buying other coins like BC, CiNNI etc.
