Are they scam and runaway yet?

As far as I know genesis mining is good compared to other cloud mining websites. I have seen many positive feedback about the company. Still, they are paying withdrawal to people who invested.

Update from VIP assistance service:

"I confronted IT with this problem because they were telling yesterday, that the transaction 2017-12-18 was delayed due to the backlog. They confirmed now an transaction error so this transaction has to be repeated. I'm still waiting for them to tell me when they are planning to do that."

Looks like they were waiting for the network to get better because transcation fees went down a lot just now.
It looks like a lot of new hashpower joined BTC network.

EDIT: BTC network is slow again. It looks like some hashpower is used only in case of emergency(like backup) because time of blocks mining fluctuate too much sometime.

I "believe" instead of converting your scrypt coins to BTC, they give you DRK instead.

I am sure I have seen an answer to this already, will try and find it if I can, or someone from GM can answer it for definite.

Maybe but how many people still hold BTC since 60x times and how many still have BTC lifetime contracts?

Both investment are good and with investing into mining you take part in securing the network.
This is very important as we see recently with huge backolog and very high transcation fees.

I have BTC contracts with GM since 2016/07 and they still pay great even when BTC price is going down like in past weeks.
I don't need to worry that I will freak out, panic sell and so on.

I think he meant that he already earned that much. His contract is finished by now.

IMHO it's a scam. They claim to be governed by German law however when I took out a contract  I changed my mind within 24 hours of payment, however they refused to refund anything. Consumer protection is law, the  Chinese support doesn't seem to understand English let alone EU law

Yes, people should understand with the increasing price of ETH and BTC some times the income may be lowered and now they are not sending daily withdrawal. Even I am also experiencing the lower withdrawal from the Genesis.

i am not getting ETH payouts since 1-1-2018 it was lowering and lowering it was first 0.2 eth per day then it went to 0.188 then to 0.166 but i think thats with the difficulty but still after 1-1-2018 they quit sending ETH payments to me . i am still receiving BTC payments and my contract didn't end so idk whats going on i cant call them scammers since they pay the btc payouts which is also lowered very much.
