hello genesis-mining, current time is PDT 16:08 (Oct-29th), it have been 31 hours from Zcash launch, but in my genesis account there weren't any Zach ,the wallet is 0, I noticed you said the Zcash will be paid in 24hours after Zcash launch, are there any change now?

If you paid with cc you have to wait 30 days only bank xfer and btc are instant

We do not deduct fees. As for minimum payout, due to the scarcity at Slow-start period, there is no limit yet, but that might change once there are more coins, and for example exchanges will have minimums in place.

If there are issues with payout, please know that payouts are processed once per day, within 24 hours after a mining day. So, for mining day October 29, payout will occur on October 30, before midnight in UTC time. For now that means there's about 7 hours left at this moment for October 29 payout to occur.
If you have an address for payout in your profile and you have not received any payout at all yet, then please create a ticket so we can help you personally. If you fairly recently (after previous payout) added a wallet address then payout will go to that wallet at next payout cycle. If you wish to create a ticket for support please do so either through https://genesismining.freshdesk.com, or via your Genesis Mining account > My Account > Contact Support (which will create a ticket at https://genesismining.freshdesk.com for you).

Regarding the other requests for ticket information and ticket updates, we cannot go into details via public forums, we will only do so via the mentioned official support platform.

Genesis hasen't paid ANYONE for 400 days EVER, are you crazy?   give it MAYBE 200 days it will "fee out"   , like they always do

Another question , whether Genesis-mining will continue lift the Zcash mining contact hash rate in the future through technology improving ? It seem I will lose half of my invest in Genesis-mining contact price after 13months according to current Zcash price.

buying a cloudmining contact is like  lending your buddy money
then getting paid back in tiny ("dust" as we refer to it in crypto) daily amounts
that are constantly decreasing to even tinier amounts until at some point (usually,around when you've gotten
about half your money back tho if you're lucky, maybe a bit more)
the payments become less than zero (negative) in which case your buddy says
"sorry no more payments! " ..... wah wah waaaahhh!
