I don't think this issue/ticket is being handled correctly.

Genesis-mining has been refusing to payout my DASH and XMR balances for weeks now, all of my balance went to 0 and after numerous tickets and run arounds, It looks like they are simply not going to pay up.

Can you explain why you haven't paid out to POM and why his balances are now 0?

POM did and his issue is being looked into, but obviously we will not share private information outside our official channels and certainly not with just anybody.

can someone explain to me how payouts work for dash. i bought 5mh 3 days ago now when i bought it said mining payout will not be full as it will not be 24 hours witch i already figured. now 2 days later as that payout was for the 22nd i still have not got one for the 23rd is 5mh really that low it don't get a payout everyday. it as on auto btc and i wanted to mine dash so i switched it to that.

so first days it mined 22.03.2017     BTC     0.00015130

and nothing for the 23rd..

You will Payout Everything it mines no hidden charges like before ?
Because that's how pretty much every cloud miner company f***s their customers with all those "hidden" charges.

Ah nevermind I only looked @ dash , now that I had a look at the rest it seems like nothings changed everything unroiable unless a miracle happens and then your better off just betting straight on the miracle.

I hope you don't believe that line that no hidden charges will be deducted, how do you now expect them to run profitably in business if they are paying you every thing your hash generated or how will they themselves pay for their own overheads. What I expect is that the charges should not be too unbearable.

First, with regards to the previous posts, our prices and fees are mentioned on our pricing pages. There is a daily maintenance fee for Bitcoin Mining, but there is no fee for Dash Mining, Ethereum Mining, Litecoin Mining, Monero Mining and Zcash Mining. No maintenance fee means you pay the purchase price only (which then includes all running and maintenance costs) and receive mining returns during the time of your plan. Most mining plans run for 2 years.

As for pricing, this might help a bit! In honor of our three year anniversary (thank you for the birthday wishes, ZetaOS!) , in which we managed to service over half a million customers, we have an Easter egg hunt promotion which will give you 5% discount.
