Zcash Update!

We’re glad to announce that our work on the Zcash mining software is successful and we have increased the Zcash hashpower of every user that obtained a contract before 30th November 2016 12:00 UTC for 30 percent. We’ve also updated the contract pricing respectively!

Yep another upgrade if you bought back before October 28th hashrate went from .6 h/s to now 2.5350 h/s for $35, but still is near 0 compared to what my new nvidia 1070 can do ~ 190/s a sec .

But still better then nothing..

This is really boring.
Genesis clearly publish their prices and costs appropriately.
They don't promise an ROI.
If you want to convince yourself that you will make $$$ from these contracts, that's your problem, it doesn't make them scammers when it doesn't happen.
Buy any form of cloud mining and you will get the same disappointing results, if you are not outright stolen from by bogus operators.
You scam yourself.

I don't agree with you ,we choose a big company because they will service their customer well, do our best to satisfy customer expect it today business  base rule.

A big company means bigger expenses - larger offices, developers, and fancy marketing don't come for nothing. Then there is the problem with contract-type of securitized cloud mining, which is that there is always the risk of Ponzi - liabilities exceed its assets while investors are kept in the dark.

G-M sell delusion to its customers , for example ZEC 1 years contract cost about 0.046BTC, daily earning approx 0.00015 zec , with current price of zec i need 10 years to recover my initial investment.

We don't have control over the returns as those largely depend on mining difficulty and market conditions. Those conditions are variable, as is the nature of cryptocurrencies, and any investment in these contain possibilities as well as inevitable risk. That risk can be calculated to some extend through various independent websites that offer calculators which help making estimates for mining returns, such as http://www.coinwarz.com, where you can check mining returns for any amount of hashrate at any level of mining difficulty, you can check difficulty growth charts to help make more accurate predictions of the future.

Of course for Zcash launch the risk was a bit greater since nobody knew what was going to happen, how much total hashrate would be mining, how high or how low mining difficulty would be, how large mining returns were going to be, or even if there was going to be decent mining software to begin with. Those that bought our services took a chance on all that, except for the mining part, as we promised our customers would be mining or get a refund if all failed. We lived up to our promise and managed to deliver the promised hashrate, and our customers were among the ones mining right from the start. Since then we have managed to implement several upgrades on the hashrate also and we keep looking for further improvements. Daily returns still depend mostly on conditions that are beyond our control, but no matter how high or how low those returns, we will deliver the mining service our customers bought.

So which plan is the best for zcash hashrate buying, as you don't have any control on it than what measures we can take to increase daily payment from genesis mining. Because many people are now mining only zcash through your site is there any further updates on implementing any new hashrate buying, so that we can able to increase our daily payments.

It's not that we do not have any control. We control the hardware and the mining algorithm we use, the software we use to keep an eye on performance of various mining pools, and more. With our level of knowledge and experience in these matters we can assure you that is taken care off the best way possible. But mining difficulty and coin values are beyond our control. But to get any insight in those, you can use external sites that keep track of mining difficulty, hashrate growth, block rewards and coin values and such. They should be used before making any purchase so you have an idea of whats possible. And even after purchase there are times when changing payout to a different coin might be beneficial, though that requires some more understanding as it would mean keeping track of several coins and their exchange rates. But currently we have no Zcash hashrate available. We are working on that but it's hard to say when we will have hashrate available again.

Yes i see many people are complaining about the same thing, every investor need to make some profit but you are not making your customers because of low hash rate and you are giving very low % to people. Almost more than 60% of the people are not happy with has rate and their daily payout. At least you need to concentrate on this and make your customers happy.
