By the way, anybody know what is the relation between difficulty and POW block output?
For example, if difficulty double, what will happen to block output?

edit, I found this equation:
Subsidy = (the max mint reward) / (the forth root of the difficulty)
but don't understand very much
My understanding
max mint reward is 50
how about the forth root of difficulty?
Currently the diffuclty is less than 0.1, if we use this equation, this will result in a subsidy to be more than 50?

My last block reward is 13 coins

Not at all if you take into consideration how much 100 burnt today will be worth in 1 month. People selling are stupid.

by burning coins, you are buying a portion of hashing PoB.
why you get nothing is because there are almost 23000 coins burnt already
your 28 coin is mere 0.1%. which means you have about 1 in 1000 chance of finding a block.

why you get nothing is because there are almost 23000 coins burnt already

so i burned 80 coins, wow 0.4% chance of finding a block..
oh wait, i used two different wallets..

1 wallet burned 20 coins = 0.1% chance
1 wallet burned 60 coins = 0.3% chance

I ain't gonna find anything Sad

Is it possible to burn coins via slimcoind on remote linux server?

...and then mint with PoB?

EDIT:
Found the answer to the first part of the question:
Code:
 ./slimcoind burncoins <fromaccount> <amount> [minconf=1] [comment] [comment-to]

Now, how to mint?  ./slimcoind setgenerate true? How slimcoind would know to use PoB but not PoW? Or would it use both?

Thanks!
