Wowza! The gaming gateway on hypergg.com is looking pretty good, sounds like they are making solid progress on development of the Hyper web wallet also which will bring a lot of new gamers into the fold. And there's a lot of talk that the Hyper-only poker site will be done in the next couple weeks. That could be a Game Changer.   

Keep up the great work fellas please do remember to keep us posted both on here and on Twitter, it is appreciated. Lot of semi lurkers like myself who still want to read what's new, but have no interest in wading through the small stuff.

Hey guys first time posting, but as meowball said I am working on getting something together for more Hyper swag to help spread the word, I have reached out to https://bitcoingeneralstore.com/ to see if they can add Hyper to there crypto swag collection starting with stickers. so if someone wants to send me some ideas of what they think the stickers should say and a pic that would help.

I think this is the ideal way of doing it, so that way anyone who wants to participate, can by buying some and doing the footwork by going to events ect... and handing them out wherever your at.

One more thing, with Microsoft now accepting bitcoin for Xbox stuff, I see this as a door that just opened for hyper to introduce gamers to crypto, just sayin.

Just got the StarMade server registered on StarMade-Servers.com, so it will hopefully attract even more public attention, which will then hopefully create more awareness of HYPER in the general gaming community!  For the time being, I just modified the existing HYPER logo-banner-thing for our server listing on the site, but if someone with digital artistic talent (and more time than I have) would like to create a custom banner specifically for our server, then by all means go for it, and send me your ideas & creations!

Hey everyone, if you've been keeping up with the HyperGG development, I am Mr.B. This past week I've been working on making a sophisticated HYPER plugin for Source-based games specifically Counter Strike:GO right now.

To me, here are the two biggest problems with HYPER right now.

1. Difficult to purchase -   I mean sure, if you have an account on an exchange, you send them a check, they cash it, your account is credited and you purchase BTC. After that approximately 5-7 day period, you then need to move those BTC to Bittrex to then exchange the BTC to HYPER. Finally once the HYPER is purchased it can be moved to your HYPER wallet or anywhere else. I think one HYPER's main goals should be to make the process of buying HYPER easier and less time consuming on the buyers end. Sure it's no problem if waiting for the process I described isn't a problem but if it could realistically be set-up to allow direct transfer of fiat currency to HYPER, that would be optimal for HYPER's growth.

2. Gamer's don't know about HYPER - Sure you may be a gamer and know about HYPER, but I can say right now the vast majority of gamer's out there have no idea that HYPER exists. While there is still a lot of work to be done in terms of HYPER's infrastructure before it should be a mainstream thing, it would be a good idea to start spreading the word and getting people hyped for what's to come. 

These are issues that we've discussed in the past, but I think it's important to talk about them and figure out how to spread the word of HYPER outside of the cryptocommunity. I agree it is really limited as to how HYPER can be purchased. I heard that there has been developments going on to work with a solution to directly make that conversion between a currency like USD to HYPER. I think that is really important. I would bet most people would not really feel comfortable using an exchange especially. The easier the process the better!

I think it's important to get involved with the outside community (aka the real world with people who have never heard of cryptocurrency or have heard of it but don't care). What would be a good way to introduce them to use HYPER? I was thinking of spreading the word at some high schools and colleges eventually. I know that @Crypto_Believer is thinking of creating stickers which would be awesome!!! It would be a great start to just spread those around at events.

If anything, just mentioning it in different forums and gatherings and even during online gaming could be a start.

In outside Hyper is unknown project on that day. We must have many services around game industry( Like Falcon market). And one exchange with Fiat pair( USD,Euro,Rur,CNY). Im want to ask add Hyper on Exmoney.com for that.( but they not have CNY,B-ter is best CNY exchange for me) .

Frankly, the one thing that HYPER has that the other alts dont is David Seaman. Right now, much of HYPER's value is backed with his reputation. It's keeping us afloat, but the market isn't moving. Nor should it, until something changes.

That's an interesting point. The HYPER team is working hard to make changes that would help HYPER be unique and worthwhile for people to hold and use. Especially, we at the HyperGG is trying to create a community hub for gamers through the Hyper Gaming League and game server plugins that would work alongside the web wallet seamlessly. Being able to easily create new services and game servers on top of what HyperGG offers would be a large stepping stone for HYPER.

This is a really great idea! And, I think it's terrific that you have joined the forums! Please keep us posted with any updates. The more people we have participating on here the more awareness it brings to the cryptocommunity which would help with expanding outside of it. I would gladly purchase stickers when they come out! As for where to start with the design of the stickers, I would use new HYPER logo that is shown on twitter. HYPERfuture would probably have good ideas about this as well!

Yeah, I agree with you. It's difficult to obtain HYPER right now. However, it is a lot easier to send HYPER to someone, and I think the web wallet would help with that tremendously. Also, PM'ed you!

We're still in the very early stages, and I believe we will get to where we want to be soon! We just have to work step-by-step. We're here for the long haul. I think I'll be able to get a prototype web wallet out by next week!

Wow so much great discussion about HYPER has been happening this week.

To answer some questions and provide an update:

- The HYPER Poker site is coming along well I actually have access to a working prototype and I think it's going to be a big deal when it launches.

- In regards to an easy way for gamers to purchase HYPER with USD we have been in talks with a number of large fiat to cryptocurrency exchanges / payment gateways and one of them is going to add HYPER but they have not given an ETA yet. If someone wants to set up a simple HYPER buy and sell website that lets people buy HYPER with USD and other fiat currencies I will provide a bounty to kick things off! PM me.

- Dave Seaman has certainly helped get HYPER off to a good start, but I wouldn't say his involvement is the only thing keeping HYPER going. At this stage all of the promising HYPER projects seem to be what is providing impetus to the HYPER project.

The HYPER website, forums and wiki have hosting fully paid up for one year so if the site goes down temporarily it is just a technical issue with the hosting (they have 99% uptime but as we all know hosting does go down from time to time) so please do not panic at all if one of the sites goes down temporarily. Hosting has been fully paid up for one year and the HYPER sites will always be there! As HYPER grows we may need to upgrade the hosting for the forum and wiki etc so I will keep an eye on it but please let me know if things slow down too much and I will upgrade the hosting.

After a community request HYPER has been added to CryptoCloudHosting.org as a payment option.

The info he is looking at is the FUD he is pulling out of his you know what. I mined HYPER at the start and I love this coin. Love that a FUD campaign is starting means the coin is doing something right if it's getting a high enough profile to be noticed.

I've thought of something and have gotten alot of suggestions around adding CS:GO items and such to hyperbundle. the thing is I can't do discount on it because I have to buy for full price of the steam market. This also goes for TF2 items and such. I want feedback. Add or not?
