Can someone explain to me why the XC mixing method does not mix coins? Wouldn't that make XC fundamentally broken?

So this is not FUD'ing. Your comment seems like you're the one throwing some mud. o_O

Listen dude, it's still in beta.

That is not fud. If it is the case of a mixer not mixing, then it really is fundamentally broken.

Obviously we can not have this discussion in this thread. I"ll go back to the unmoderated one.

A DRK bagholder wants public to be informed....

Why don't you go and inform all the DRK people about the 40% instamine and that the dev have been dumping it these few days to drive the price down...

OR...

that DRK masternode doesn't provide 100% anonymity?

Lots more you can do for the DRK community than the XC community with FUD....

Wow. No mud slinging from me. I'm only asking why the "mixing method" for XC does not mix.

The response from this thread so far has been: "FUD!, or ignored."

ATCsecure already answered you...  and you kept going on...

this transaction was not mixed, but rather just passed through

The question is why was it not mixed when sending with the "sendfrommixer" command. Why did it just "pass through"?

What a surprise you spend most your time on the DRK thread, maybe you could add your expertise to the question of why has the code release been delayed.... Again..

lots of people have already proven the mixing works, i guess there is a small problem, it's not finished yet,the dev has acknowledged it and will fix it, so calm down, you sound like your about to burst into tears.

This is being looked into but it's still in beta so there will be bugs. It happens just ask EA. There have been many transactions proved to be mixed if 1/1000 doesn't go through in BETA, that's more than good for now.

I'm eager to get the new XC logo up on my website: http://www.cryptocoinstats.com/
Which should I use?

1:
2:
3:

I go with number 14.

I kid, but darn it too small to see for us old blind folks.

Sorry, I presented them in the size that they will be displayed on the website.

I know just giving you a hard time. Personally I like #2. I have this thing for darker colors.

Ok, I got a bunch of votes for #2 so I switched it out on the website.

Why do people who buy a coin call themselves "investors"?
i don't know why, because there not investors, there speculators.

Propulsion is a confirmed troll and one of DRK's biggest supporters.

Ask yourself this, why do the DRK trolls come into this topic whenever the price starts moving upwards? I know why. Fear  Cool

Why when using the "sendfrommixer" method, are the coins not mixed?
Every other time the coins are being mixed. So odds are that person made an error. Otherwise the dev can look at it .

Your claim that it's fundamentally broken is obviously wrong. But ...hmmm..how many other times have you made similar claims only to be proven wrong?

Oh god. Look I've already disclosed publicly that I'm interested in darkcoin. That does not mean that I am trolling.

Every time I've entered this thread, it's been to ask questions on the current development model. Keeping yourself ignorant to other currencies is asinine at best.

Instead of calling me a troll and spreading FUD, lets look at the question and have a civil conversation about it.

Seriously, I'm not here to start mudslinging. Anytime you go in the darkcoin thread with technical questions they do get answered.
Let's try to achieve the same in this one.

I just bought 550 XC and did set up a wallet following instructions and i reserved the 550 coins so they won't stake, ready for BETA testing !  Cool

Is there any way to see if my xnode is setup correctly? Something specific to look at in the debug log? Or a RPC command to execute?

Propulsion in all of your posts here I not seen you post one positive thing. It's negativity and trying to cause uncertainty in every post I have ever read from you. Quite frankly, you are an asshole and I will laugh at you when XC destroys DRK.  Cool

Why would the "sendfrommixer" command not mix coins and only pass through.

Can this thread have a serious discussion on Chaeplin's findings instead of going "Oh we're undervalued!"

YOu think that if its a bug there is the need to discuss of this bug on this forum where the half of the users dont know what is a hash ?
Can you just grow up a little and tell at cheaplin to discuss of it with atcsecure by PM ?
I have helped to debug some error from my user perspective and that was made by private message.

But you ! you are a samaritan you just want the truth ! what a joke !

So keep all information private and do not disclose code breaking bugs.

When having a feature that is supposed to mix coins does not mix them, investors should not be informed?

Classy.

Masternode payments don't even work and caused the entire DRK network to FORK. The DRK dev has pushed back the fixes another 2 weeks until the end of the month because he keeps finding new bugs (read the DRK forum).

In terms of development time DRK has had months more development yet already we do some things better than them! Transactions are encrypted. Xnodes can be run in ANY wallet! Compared with DRK nodes which have to be setup by a guru in a cloud server!

Then factor in we have encrypted messaging coming soon! And version 2 of XC will use the multipath paradigm (similar to TOR onion routing)! 1-2 months max before we overtake DRK in every technical area and by god are the DRK holders scared. I would be hedging heavily into XC if I was a big DRK player.

This coin is so undervalued right now it's insane. I don't know the future price of this coin but I do know a double up in price of XC is one of the surest bets you can make in crypto right now. I am expecting a 4x increase in price in the next month, minimum.

I'm all for civil conversation and I do believe your questions are fine.  BUT, you do come off as a troll because your questions always end with some kind of snide remark.  It's obvious you are only hear to spread FUD.  FUD can be anything as long as the purpose is add Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt. Let's be honest, that's the only reason you are in this thread.  So let's stop the bullshit.
